As far as the security services go, they're awesome. Now the Savant service on the other hand, is a rip off! They have an app that let's you control your home's lighting and cameras. You use to be able to control your home's temperature as well but they removed it and it's on a separate app. They also removed the garage opener option. Well I noticed every 6 months or so the app crashes and it gives you a "retry connection" error and says host is offline. Well in order to fix that they have to come out to your home which is a SERVICE CHARGE! The first time they came out it was $85/hr. Now it's $95! That's just flat out RIDICULOUS! Why should the customer have to pay for their system crashing? Its not my fault their app is crap! It happens every 6months. What a scam! So if you get their Savant package be ready to pay for service calls at least two to three times a year. They had to come out when I got att tv so that they could connect it to my home theater. That ran me about $180. That's a bit more understandable but the app situation is B.S. so now I don't have access to my cameras or the option to turn my lights on and off while out of town. Thankfully, I have the Ring cameras. read more

My wife and I recently closed on our new home in McKinney, TX. We did encounter one issue of which we thought anyone reading this should be highly aware. The company that provides the low-voltage wiring services for our builder (Ashton Woods), HomePro, is the only option for this service and they are housed for sales within the builder's design center. We contracted with them in the amount of +/- $2000 to do the wiring for security, surround sound, and Cable/Internet. When we moved in, I immediately called Spectrum for Internet and DirecTV for cable. (We were under contract with both at our former residence). HomePro did a decent job with the security wiring and an "okay" job with the surround sound. I did take issue with the fact that they wanted $995.00 to run an HDMI cable from above the fireplace to alongside it (pre-sheetrock). I am glad I made the decision not to do that as our installer did it for free and took about 10 minutes (post-sheet rock). The most disconcerting issue was with the wiring for Internet/Cable. After three visits from Spectrum and another three visits from DirecTV, we finally were able to accomplish having both Internet and Cable. The problem was that HomePro only wired one coaxial and one Cat5 into the house. Both companies (DirecTV and Spectrum) use Coaxial. I ended up having to pay DirecTV an additional $140. to re-wire for cable as Spectrum took the only Coaxial line. When I spoke to Chris at HomePro, he referred me to someone else who told me "that's what you ordered". That statement was quite patronizing, and it certainly was NOT what we ordered. That pretty much told me that I would have to make the decision to have Internet OR cable, which is ludicrous. I even looked at other houses here in our neighborhood, all by the same builder, and most had a more complete wiring bundle. Rhetorically speaking, why would I want to order something that did not fit our needs? Also, they neglected to wire one of the upstairs bedrooms that I DID order. The box they installed in the laundry room looks like a hot mess now and we are out $140.00. When I called and explained that a room was missed, they sent someone over, a Warranty person. He was quite nice but I was miffed as to why they did not send a repair person. (As if they didn't believe me when I told them about the missing outlet). Their schedule was full, so that wasn't repaired for a few weeks later. We are extremely happy with our home and its' builder, but I would never use or recommend using HomePro for anything. read more

I'm very disappointed with the Customer Services provided by Homepro. I literally just had a rep to answer the phone by saying "What you got"..... I asked, is this how you answer the phone? the response was "my bad, my caller ID isn't working correctly"..... but that's not my primary concern. I took the day off from work for the installation of our home theater only to be informed there was a mix up and somehow they didn't have the right size monitor. The size we ordered was on back order but we would be moved to the front of the list for the next installation when the screen is in. The next call was to confirm the installation 2 weeks out and the screen is in. Totally unacceptable....I took an entire day off from work for NOTHING!!!! There is a material gap in communication between the techs and Management. After calling in and requesting to speak with a member of Executive Management, I was advised there was no phone number only an email address. I feel like we are just a number and these unprofessional people could care less. The managers try to patronize you and offer a $50 gift card as if that will suffice for gross negligence, poor communication and not honoring prior commitments. Save yourself the time, money and frustration by partnering with a professional company that cares about their customers, return calls timely and honor commitments. read more

In December 2020 we moved into our new home. During construction HomePro installed high-voltage soffit lights which are about 25 feet high. The first service tech for the first appointment didn't have the part to install the light (This was mid-October). Two weeks after the first service call, we scheduled another appointment. I took off work and stayed home for the appointment. HomePro never showed and never called even though I confirmed the appointment with the office the day before. When I contacted them as to why they never showed up, HomePro indicated the light had to be ordered. Today, the new light was scheduled to be installed. The service tech called me and asked me to send him a picture of the light that needed to be replaced. The fact that there wasn't a part number listed on the service ticket only emphasizes HomePro's poor business practices. Another example is that HomePro installed the surround sound system. A microphone was supposed to come with the sound system package, but we did not receive it when the system was installed. When we inquired about the microphone, we were told it wasn't included with the system and that we would be required to purchase one; however, in the start-up DVD, it clearly indicated the microphone was included with the sound system. Had we not viewed the start-up DVD, we would have never known and would have purchased the microphone. I literally can't believe how bad this company's business practices are! Speaker they installed three months ago doesn't work and no one will give me a call back to remedy the situation. I was baited because our builder installed them. After multiple attempts to call... email... they call me back only to say they don't carry the speaker any longer (from three months ago), and that they will have to order it and it would take about three weeks, and I would receive a call. ALL THESE PEOPLE CARE ABOUT IS MAKING COMMISSION!!!! My husband and I are currently building a house and the homebuilders use HomePro for all their entertainment. We wanted to set up an appointment but these people never answer the damn phone. We called everyday for a week with no avail so my husband decided just to go to the showroom one day. So we drew the plans of where everything would get installed. Forward a few weeks. The house was ready for interior work but we wanted to make a few changes so we called the consultant we were assigned to. He said he'll email us the floorplan. The SAME DAY, we visit the house to find his contractors installing everything (this was before he even emailed us). We called him and he acted like he didn't know they were going to be out there. How do you not know? So he finally emailed us and we made some changes and emailed him back. His contractors once again came out to make the corrections. So was the 2nd time right? NO!!!! They forgot completely one of the things we paid for so of course my husband emails our consultant. I asked why he didn't just call the idiot and my husband said the idiot never picks up his phone (work or cell). For the amount of money we're paying these people, they sure SUCK at customer service. When building a new home and using HomePro be very very clear on what your are expecting. I opted for the Cat6 wiring system mentioning that i was super excited to get a gigabit network in my new home. Well they put Cat 6 in the walls, but they hooked it to a phone splitter in the closet instead of a gigabit switch. When setting up the wiring for my home theater center i explained that i intended to use my own tower speakers so they set up speaker prewires at hammer height. They installed at hammer height, but basically i got a blank outlet cover. To actually use the speaker cables they installed, i had to remove that cover and pull the cables out of the jagged hole in the drywall. They did not install speaker jacks of any kind. It's just a jagged hole with cable hanging out. All 3 of the ports i had installed about 5 feet off the ground for tvs were supposed to have hdmi hookups. Again i removed blank faceplates to reveal jagged holes in the drywall,only this time instead of the hdmi cables, i got nothing. No hdmi cables. Everything just seems terribly slipshod and unfinished. When i explained these things, they just shrugged and said this was business as usual and didn't offer to do anything at all about it. I expect to be out a fair chunk of change and a lot of time cleaning up their mess. Either avoid them, or layout your expectations in paper and get them to sign it. Very unhappy with HomePro. My backyard camera has never worked. Wi-fi extender provided by HomePro does not work. Driveway camera works intermittently. Doorbell camera is delayed so much that the person has already left front porch before I get the notification that the camera has been triggered. Customer service is mediocre. Some representatives are nice, some rude. I am frustrated to say the least. Why pay for equipment & services that I can't use? Bought a new Huntington home in 2015 and did Homepro upgrades. Decided to use them for reporting but didn't read the contract. They put in a cell reporter and charged more per mo. than anyone. After 41 mos. I called to cancel and I found I have a 60 mo. contract with a$205 cancellation fee plus a 30 day notice. BEWARE read more

STAY AWAY! They won't answer the phone, and for 4 months been attempting to cancel their service. You DO NOT WANT shady people monitoring your house. NIGHTMARE!!! Have had to go to my bank to stop them, since they are using my debit card, had to cancel my debit card and reissue with a new number. Now I have to change every other service attached to that card. This system has not worked right since we moved in in November 2019. Doorbell camera never works right, we don't get emergency messages.... the only thing it's good for is a nice picture frame. I called to have service done, again, and they tried telling me that our camera is out of date and we need to purchase a new one through them. What a scam! When I said that all I want is someone to come out and fix it and I don't want a new doorbell camera, they put me on eternal hold to "make that appt". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It is awful. Then they try to tell me that it's out of warranty and I'll have to pay for the service call, even though this is an ongoing problem! I finally convinced him that it's a recall. WORST experience with ANY Vendor in my life. Brand new home build, with so many promises that were NEVER delivered. I had them run approx 20 RJ45 Cat6 drops in my new home build, along with their Alarm system, with monitoring. Home Pro does NOT monitor anything, at $35 a month ( hindsight, why I couldn't understand why it was so cheap ) Our Alarm system went off-line for over a week, not one call from them to ask if there was any issue / problem with the system or the home occupants. Then, an alarm point contact that according to their system, had been bad for over Six months. It took a call from me to initiate the failure to have anyone at Home Pro address the issue. Eventually I ripped out this Alarm System and went with another Vendor - not ONE call to ask why the system no longer responded. WOW....they had no idea this had been done! Junction box in the MB Closet: All cat 6 drops, arrive here were we were specifically told at install that there would be an ethernet switch to connect to, from here to my ISP Service for the network /ISP service in the house. Low and behold, what was in the junction box you ask? NOT a switch, but a 20 port RJ11 Phone hub. WTH... deplorable. When moving into the home and seeing this, i call - to which they had the nerve to inform me that I should have known this and that we never tell any customer that there is a RJ45 Switch capable device. WHY would I agree to sign up to your service of lies then!!? Getting something that I never paid for. The best part? The RJ11 phone hub, cost me $150 which they refused to refund or switch out to a RJ45 Ethernet switch. I didn't drop 20 phone lines, I am not a business..this is a home! My favorite piece of all this shenanigans - Home Pro, did NOT document ( label ) the 20 plus RJ45 cables in the Junction box, so we NO IDEA which ethernet connection went to what room in our 2 story 2800sqft home. When I called to have them come out and label all the RJ45 connections, wow! Rude, confrontational... why should they have to come out and do this they asked? Finally after much back and forth... they sent two techs out, mind you these two wouldn't know their own Birthday's, to resolve this issue. Eight hours later.. Some of the install drops were wrong in which they then had to come back later, add or move them which also resulted in my new home having certain walls cut into, to finish the job correctly. Overall, a completely inept, unprofessional, inadequate and an install full of lies and no deliverable. Nothing ever worked, nothing was a it should have been.. and what do you get from them? In all.... nothing. Disappointment is a very kind word. STAY CLEAR of Home Pro... there ain't no Pro in this game. Nightmare! read more

Unfortunately, one star is the lowest rating this will let me give them. If you can, avoid using this company, which may be difficult if your builder (ours was Perry Homes) has a contract with them. We paid over $14,000 to have our home wired and set up with the most up-to-date technology. what we received was some wire and likely the cheapest possible equipment (if we received the right equipment at all). None of the equipment works as advertised, the smoke alarms are not hard-wired into our security keypad as expected, and our surround system has had numerous glitches (the technician who has tried to get the surround system to work has been great, but I don't think the system is a very good system). In general, it is very hard to reach anyone over the phone (we don't even know how to reach the security monitoring service), they constantly point fingers back and forth with the builder and other trades (they never take responsibility for anything), and it takes a long time to schedule a service call. After five months of poor service, frustration with the quality of the equipment, and general lack of trust, we tried to cancel our monitoring contract; only to find that we are trapped in a 5-year contract (the salesperson told us that we would be able to cancel after a year). Now, we have to pay another $2,400 to rid ourselves of HomePro on top of the $14,000 we paid for lousy equipment and what we are having to pay another security company to put in the right equipment and monitoring. I hope this review helps others avoid the problems we and others in our community have experienced. If you can get your builder to have their electrician do the work, you will be much better off. read more

Home owners, Check your contracts with HomePro and consider taking your business elsewhere. They will renew your contract with no prior notice. Most people sign up for these services for years and don't consider it until you move or need to cancel. Even when speaking to their representatives they never indicate your contract will renew unless you were to directly ask or try to cancel. Even when we told them we were moving, no mention or heads up.Per their representative, their practice is to not give any notice since it is written in the contracts. They also conveniently informed me they have no record of us calling. Feels deceptive but seems to be the way with many of these alarm businesses. Be diligent and read your contracts. they will not point this out to you when you sign (and set reminder in your calendar for 4 years and 10 months from signing to cancel or whatever your 60 day notice period is - oh ya and you have to do it in writing ) maybe also consider who you choose to do business with. UPDATE: called the number in Homepro's reply, no answer at that extension, went to voicemail. Left Voicemail and no call back....reading other bad reviews on this company seems their response is the same. "...Call Kedrick at ext. 259...." We purchased our home a year ago and a Home Pro Salesman sold us a 7 WiFi camera system and was informed that we had to have the monitoring system if we get the camera system. We purchased the system and from day 1 the internet upload speed was not adequate to operate the 7 cameras which was verified by their technicians on 3 separate occasions. After 1 year and numerous phone calls Home Pro removed the cameras. We were informed that we would be stuck paying for the monitoring system which we have never activated in the year we lived in our home. They refuse to remove the system and insist we pay for the 4 remaining years of the contract. I'm unable to use the monitoring system due to having an 86 year old mother living with me because she is unable deactivate or activate the system when we are not at home. This company's sales people and customer service are the worst. Kenrick, there Customer Service Supervisor, refused many times to return calls or take my calls. Very unprofessional to say the least. I have been a customer for almost 11 years and use them for alarm monitoring. We were on vacation this week and sadly had a home break in and we got cleaned out & ransacked. I called HomePro late the night we arrived home and Joshua said their record showed the alarm went off on Tuesday but showed as "a weak battery" and ignored it!! No call made to me (as is contractually REQUIRED) and certainly not to the police! What good is a monitered alarm system if it goes off - regardless of reason - if the listed contact is not even called?? I honestly feel if they had just called me, the robbery could have been ended by the police as I know my alarm battery was not weak and Homepro's own records show the alarm did go off. They try to "FIX" it but it keeps doing the same error to the point where we just don't use anymore because we come home to it going off who knows for how long. We are basically paying them for a system that doesn't work. Also read the fine print of your contract because as long as you pay them, they don't care until you cancel it then they'll get you with "Oh but your contract says that you will need a notice prior to it so now you have to buy out the new contact that automatically renew. If we could give a minus rating to Homepro Security - Alarm.com, we would. The technician arrived by himself, worked for 12 hours, left our house at 9:30 p.m. and was in such a hurry to leave, refused to check the equipment that was flashing red, told us one camera was broken and he didn't have another one, and literally gave us a 5 minute review of the entire system. We called the sales guy Jesse the next day, and he said he would get us another camera. For the past 10 days, we have not had consistent camera footage as at least 2 cameras a day go off line. We then called and complained and were told it was an SVR problem and they would send a tech out with a new camera and new SVR. Tech arrived, only had a camera, no SVR. He then tried to trouble shoot the SVR by calling a buddy because he had never worked on one before. When I asked him if the company did not require him to wear a mask because of COVID, he goes out to his truck and comes back in with a mask below nose. He then proceeded to try and prove me wrong and that it was customer issue instead of equipment issue. After several attempts, he then decided the SVR was failing. But said, "I don't have one on my truck". We then called the company asked for the manager to call us back, no call and was told they had no one who could bring out an SVR as all the technicians were busy. Do NOT buy from this company. And some how the sales guy, has completely gone out of the picture. I knew something was up when they did not leave the boxes of the installed cameras and SVR, and no instructions. We have asked them to come pull their trash cameras out and give us a full refund. Never have we had such a run around by a company who is supposed to be offering customer service. I have been in customer service for 30 years and what makes a company fail a 100% of the time, BAD customer service. No reason anyone should be this dissatisfied after just 10 short days! read more

Since having the system installed in May there have been nothing but problems leading up to me almost being shot in my own home by a police officer because of total incompetence. On numerous occasions technicians would have to come out to fix something and each time they said the previous person hadn't done something right. Apparently there isn't any QC in this business. I have been trying to cancel my contract and get my money back and all we get are over due bills being sent. I was finally in contact with Alan Frank, who said he is the CFO. We got a confirmation e mail on Wednesday that they'll be coming by Saturday December 9 between 9-12. No one ever came, this disgusts me beyond belief. I called the dispatching service, they send they'll reach out to the techs, it's not 1:10pm and no one has called. We should've listened to our friends who had a terrible experience with you guys. When we built our home we added the HomePro option for our security system. We had the cameras installed and had no issues for about a year. Then in the past few months we have had nothing but issues. Of course our 1 year warranty had just run out. We had them come out to fix our cameras, paid them for the service and they only worked for 1 day. We called again to schedule an appointment and the earliest was 3 weeks away. So 3 weeks later. Our appointment was today December 18th between 9-12. My husband called at 10 am to get a ETA on the arrival. He was informed that all the scheduled appointments were cancelled today for some "meeting". No one even bothered to call us to reschedule. And no one apparently was going to call us to let us know they weren't coming either. My husband took off work today since it was scheduled 3 weeks ago. How do you just not call your customers to tell them that no one will show up to your home because of a "meeting". They said they would have to reschedule and it wouldn't be till early/mid January before they had another opening. Uh no that is unacceptable. My husband shouldn't have to reset the cameras every time they aren't working. Do not go with this company. They are horrible! read more

We've had the company out to our house many times. Almost everyone of their reps who have come to our house have been unprofessional people that I would not let in let my house for any reason. You decide, do you want a bunch of unprofessional people who have no idea what they're doing installing your technology in your house? This is not just a one-time experience this is every single time this company has come to our house it has been the same story, stuff is incorrectly installed and they blame everybody else but themselves, they installed all of the technology since the house was built. read more

Horrendous customer service. I really wish I had read the reviews on the Better Business Bureau or researched other security systems before choosing them, but my builder (Milestone) recommended them so I assumed they were a decent company. In the past few weeks here are just a couple instances that I've dealt with: 1) They cancelled my scheduled installation appointment (that I had booked three weeks before) on Friday evening that was scheduled the following Monday. They left a voicemail with no reason given and when I called back immediately no one answered and I left a voicemail. Monday rolls around and no one returns my call. 2) I called again on Tuesday morning and got another voicemail. They finally called me back Tuesday evening but could not let me know why the appointment was cancelled and they had to call me back the next day to let me know. 3) The reason they apparently cancelled my appointment last minute was because they hadn't factored in enough time to complete the installation. (THEIR FAULT). I was told the next availability they had to come install my security system was a full MONTH later even though this was their mistake. Extremely frustrating 4) After debating back and forth with upper management we finally got someone out to install my house, however, there was a glitch and the tech needed to come back out the following business day. He put me on the schedule and assured me they would definitely be back the next day between 8-12. I clear my work schedule to make sure I'm home. 5) Next day rolls around with no one arriving, no calls, texts or emails. I call the customer support line and they are unable to tell me what happened. They called the tech's voicemail and supervisor and got no response and promised someone would call me back the next day. No one calls me the next day so I call AGAIN and leave a voicemail. Still no response. I calledl the supervisor and still have not heard back. Completely unacceptable. I assume I'll have to call again to harass them. 6) The tech randomly texts me days later asking if I'm home because he's in my area and "figures he has some time to finish the job". Says he got busy during our scheduled time Monday and gives me a half-ass apology. What company operates like this?? Let this be a warning - choose another company! read more

Horrible, horrible customer service! We signed up for the home security service as HomePro was the preferred vendor when we purchased our First Texas Home. We verbally explained to the sales rep at the time that we wanted a three year contract, instead they got us for the five year contract. After talking to the manager, Bob, he was not only rude, belligerent and inconsiderate talking over us as we tried to explain the situation over the phone. Our only recourse? Pay $500 to cancel service versus $600 if we continue service for the next two years! Wonderful!! If I could give zero stars I would. Stay away from these guys at all costs! read more

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. We have had homepro for a little over a year. One day our system simply stopped working. We contacted homepro and they basically said "tough luck". Their communication is AWFUL. DO NOT not WASTE your money on their products. They have a one year warranty and don't stand by their own expensive/ineffective products. Sat down with Visal Patel for a new construction low voltage design appointment. Normally would have never done something like this as low voltage is an area I feel very comfortable DIY, but it was required by builder. Am I glad I did! Visal was super knowledgeable about all current technology, future demands/compatibilities and even all of the specs, trends and services in our community. 1. Absolutely ZERO pressure. I expressed to him I had no interest in central vac and he never brought it up, but even answered my general curiosity questions about them in the demo room. 2. Pricing blew my mind. I worked for a car audio and home theater company in the late 90s and HomePro's prices were greatly lower than what we were charging 25 yrs ago. And it's not because of technology advancements, these are simply labor and wiring prices. The price was so low in fact, I had zero intention of buying home theater, but once I was presented the price just to prewire 5.1, I couldn't say no. I knew I'd be kicking myself if I changed my mind later and was crawling through my attic and pulling wire through my walls to save the nominal cost today. Same goes with something I didn't even know existed, a Christmas Package. Prewired overhang sockets tied to a timer in the garage. Cost equates to about what I'd end up spending on extension cords and timers anyway, but it will be much safer and cleaner. Oh, and I don't even know where to start with security (so many features), but again, if you're even slightly entertaining the idea, there will be a package that suits your needs at a price you can't beat. I also feel super confident that my wife, who admittedly was walking in unsure of what to expect or exactly what we needed, but a general idea of what she wanted, would have been given proper recommendations without pressure and great pricing. So, whether you're a well versed technology consumer, DIYer or a customer with general wants/needs, HomePro and certainly Visal Patel, can and will accommodate. read more

For starters, customer service is not very helpful at all. It seems like they read their answers from a script. We have an issue with a camera that we bought from them that they installed. They told us it would cost $85 for them to come look at it and they would charge an additional fee by the hour to fix it because it was over a year old. In my opinion, these people are scam artists. Also, make sure you have an understanding of the length of the contract ours is five years which we are going to eventually pay off early. They don't tell you the length of the contract upfront. Do yourselves a favor, and look elsewhere for your security service. read more

Home Pro installed 2 speaker systems, the utility/internet box, smart switches, and front door camera in my home. I was originally quoted almost $10k for the 2 speaker systems. After speaking with the builder, we revised the estimate to meet the budget of $3k so I wouldn't have to come out of pocket. This excluded the center channels, receivers, and subs for both systems. I planned on purchasing these after closing. First they installed the speakers at different elevations from floor to ceiling and from wall to wall. This has been asked to fix multiple times. I was told that it was due to the studs in the walls. The elevation up and down did not matter. This was not too big a deal as it was off only 7/8". From the distance off of the walls it was off by 5". One of the speakers was originally hanging out of the wall. Looks very sloppy. Next a few of the smart switches did not work on the first visit out along with the thermostat. They came out and fixed this. During this time, I asked for them to come and fix the speaker spacing upstairs. I was also inquiring about purchasing the missing items needed to complete my surround sound. I was informed that someone would be in contact. I have made numerous attempts to have this fixed and also place an order to complete my systems. NO CALL OR FOLLOW UP. Basically I have speakers installed in the walls and conduit ran. That's it. After making multiple attempts to complete this system with purchasing from them and receiving no attention, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I do not recommend this company. STAY AWAY! Only used because they were the only vendors allowed to install in our neighborhood. Better companies out there. Do your research! read more

I was mislead about what I was getting, which I thought was lower cable and internet. The security system was part of the package. Then I a get a bill for $5000 to be paid in monthly installments of $70. This cost was never mentioned. Needless to say I was stunned. I told him to come and get it and he said that couldn't be done. This was only a couple of days after installation. I have a neighbor that had the same thing happen. read more

Biggest jokes in the world. Do not do business with these people, I saw the reviews but decided to trust them and I was fooled. Nothing has worked since day one and now they cannot come out for three weeks to make sure it's done correctly. DO NOT DO business them. Well... it's been a couple months later and still the same crap. Finally got someone on the phone three weeks ago and they sent someone out to help fix the remotes and crappy signal, only to find out the the person they sent out has not been trained on the savant system. He was a nice guy and said they would mark this a incomplete and send someone out within 48 hrs... well, it's been a week and no call no show and when I call I get nothing and if I do talk to someone they say they will call back and dont. Worst company I have ever dealt with and hope people realize to not do business with them. Well, once AGAIN things are not working right and it's been two weeks of me calling and getting no one to respond. I have left VMs with them. The times I have gotten someone they say someone will call within 24 hrs to schedule an appointment - two weeks and still no call for an appointment. I called today and tried to get someone else only for me to sit on hold for over 20 minutes before I gave up. Can not believe a business like this exists. read more
