The system I chose also included automation and so I added some items over the next couple of days and we all love it. I also ended up getting a surveillance system. I have friends that have security cameras that do an okay job and I know that I could find something cheaper than the professional cameras that I bought. I believe I could have even gotten some of the cheaper cameras through Secure 1 but I chose the better quality system. The reason is that in the last 3 years, I've had 3 experiences where someone was caught on video (once hitting our car in a parking lot, once vandalizing by kids, and once breaking and entering where the person was actually targeting my daughter) (and no, I don't live in a bad areas). Each time, the cameras caught our perps on camera but the camera quality was too bad to positively id the car or the person to a point where the police could do anything. If someone comes into my house again, I want to make sure that I know who they are and what they look like. I'm not settling for a poor quality camera and feeling that you just watched someone get away with a crime against you and there is nothing you can do about it. I appreciate the advice and input that I received from Henry. I appreciate that he was so quick to get my house to a point where we feel secure and I appreciate that he made sure that the job was done and complete to our satisfaction.

I have been calling them and leaving messages since December of last year, sent emails via their website and they refuse to return my calls. Maybe is because I am about 40 miles from them, but they took the job so this should not ben an issue. Please don't waste your money with this company. They will not stand behind their work. What frustrates me is the total lack of response. With the review they will probably get back to me and tell me it was just miscommunication.

Although they did an ok service, the company was extremely expensive for the services offered. Ultimately, we decided to use Google camera products. While these are very user friendly for indoor setup, we needed assistance for the outdoor setup (running lines into our attic). I found 8512 solutions on another app, however, as always checked his Yelp rating before reaching out. I contacted Joel late Friday night, he responded early morning on Saturday, and at our house by Sunday at noon. We decided to have Joel do an outdoor camera as well as a floodlight/camera combo. We had purchased all of our equipment prior to Joel's arrival. Joel was patient with us as we found the best place to hang the cameras. He was very diligent and paid care attention to ensure that he left the work are tidy. We had a few technical difficulties, so the install did run an hour over our scheduled time but Joel kept to his original quote.
