Pizza was on point, along with the cheese curds and the fried mushrooms were better than we've had at many other places. Great beer selection and very cold! For as busy as they were, we didn't have too long of a wait so that was nice! Our experience when vacationing in beach towns has usually been... meh, on both food and service. Typically places are short staffed with super long waits and sub par food. Lots of places are typically dirty too. On this day, staff was keeping up and cranking out the food and the waitresses we had outside all had a smile. Placed was clean enough, Food was good and we have No complaints here!

It was very light and crispy. The Bang Bang Shrimp Po Boy Burger and Steamed Trio were Awesome. They ran out of Clams for the Trio but added extra Shrimp to accommodate. You will find a diverse crowd of various ages, social classes and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Everyone is welcome and you can dress casual or come in your wedding attire, as some have done to continue the party! They do get crowded in the summer and you will have to be patient to get a drink. The owners Matt and Ashley have always got something fun lined up every night of the week. Follow them on social media for updates. They have also been honored as an official Carolina Hurricanes bar and you can find most sports events available there besides the Canes. Dogs are always welcome and there's a food truck on site that offers fresh made pizza and hot dogs. For us locals, we celebrate our big moments here as a family and in our times of loss or need, they are quick to give a helping hand.

We had the calamari appetizer and it was excellent! It was very lightly battered and was so soft and flavorful. I ordered the fried oysters which were plentiful, light and so tasty! My husband had the scallops platter and they were very large and tender. I can't remember having such delicious seafood! What was so nice was we walked from our rental to the restaurant and enjoyed the fresh air! It was a lovely evening with family.
