The remodel replaced the floor with vinyl tile, replaced the tub surround tiles with vinyl sheets and replaced the vanity, counter mirror, tub, lights and all fixtures. The finished bathroom looks great with no issues. The fixtures, vanity and surfaces chosen by the Lux design crew look great. The installer did a great job, was very courteous and did the job with minimal disruption.

Her hourly wage is high but she was recommended so I thought okay I'll pay it. Her fee of $262.50 for a mood board is basically printouts from the internet as shown in my photos. It is not a mood board like you expect a designer to give you with measurements fabric samples etc. yes my budget was low yes I was unrealistic with my budget but when I asked for a refund if $431 she refused. Is she legally right? morally? You decide. I paid $1000 for meager services in my mind. I told her to donate the hours she wouldn't refund me to a teacher client since I'm a retired teacher.
