The staff is always helpful and pleasant, the shelves are always full and the store is always clean. Can't ask for much more than that, right? But I have taken my wedding ring to another jewelry store just 20 minutes south and the final cost for repairs was HUNDREDS of dollars less than the quote I got from Silverton Jewelers and they succeeded in doing the job in less than 2 weeks while Silverton Jewelers had my ring for months and never got it finished. So I strongly recommend not using this store for repairs!
