They tampered with both my electrical and plumbing and I had to have the work assessed by a professional and take pictures and make records of everything for legal reasons. It is very possible that many of these yelp reviews are from family and friends or paid third party. Be very careful who you let in your home. ALWAYS ask for their detailed paperwork and match it up with their driver's license if you have to. Whatever it takes because there is A LOT of fraud out here nowadays. When I told him I was looking to save money by doing as much work as I could myself, he told me what would reduce costs (like removing carpet and as much furniture on my own as I could) and what splurges might not be worth it (matching laminate quarter-round and replacing my trim - I could just re-paint it). After choosing this company for the job, Victor answered additional questions and was very accommodating with scheduling the install. His brother and one other man came right on time yesterday to install. They were efficient (finished in about 5 hours and never took a break!), professional, and friendly. After receiving payment, they never did any of the work. A few months later, they were hired to power wash the balconies. Same story. They showed up around 4:30pm. After spraying some soapy liquid all over the windows and glass doors, (which I had to clean off after it clouded everything) they promptly packed it up and left at 5pm and never returned. I spoke with the property manager who admitted they get a lot of similar complaints about this company. Read their reviews on Google and the complaint about them on the BBB website if you need a clearer picture.
