I was with them for eight months and unfortunately have to move out of the area for family health reasons. I called to cancel and they said... no problem I was on my billing/service cycle so they would not charge me again. An hour later I saw a $250 charge from them and an email stating they forgot to charge me the cancelation fee. I called and was escalated to the loyalty department. They said let me see what I can do and I'll get back to you by end of day. Two days later, after no call back, I called them and they informed me they thought they texted me but it looks like it didn't go thru. They would not be able to do anything for me and the cancelation policy was in the fine print of there contract I signed. I offered to pay an additional month along with recommending them to the new home owner for ongoing service. They said they could pull back the cancelation and I could pay out the remaining 5 months= $270. I said no thank you. BTW the new home owner ask for our recommendation I told them who not to go with. We have also had ongoing issue with spiders outside making a mess of the house not sure their quarterly service plan is enough to control the FL spiders.

We contacted them about rats getting into our crawlspace and attic. During the inspection, they emphasized how urgent the issue was and outlined a plan to seal all entry points using wire mesh, foam, and vent covers. We were told this initial exclusion process would take 4-8 hours. That was on May 26. As of June 20, the job is still not complete. Instead: *Visit 1: Techs arrived without proper materials, did partial work, and left *The next day I was charged the full $2,500 and told the job was complete *Visit 2: Work started, then one tech was pulled away mid-job for another "priority" *Another false "job completed" notice sent *Visit 3: No manager showed up despite being promised; incomplete and sloppy work done *Visit 4: Lead tech admitted the wrong traps were installed and the job was only about half done Visit 5 scheduled 6/19/26 resulted in a no show and no contact from the company. There is zero communication between their team and no coordination whatsoever. I've had to call repeatedly just to correct billing errors and false completion notices. To make matters worse: *One soffit vent wasn't even properly covered--just filled with foam *Other entry points were never addressed *Attic sanitation and insulation quote were never completed I paid in full for a service that has not been delivered. Worst company ever. On May 26,2026 we had Nolen come out to…read moreinspect our attic and crawl space to see if rodents had entered due to seeing a few come over the fence from my neighbors home. Keith Coggins said he did see evidence in our attic that they had been in there. He said first step would be to close off every entrance that they could be getting in. (We) bought vent covers and he said they could put them on for us along with using wire mesh to cover all open places. We were told it would be one trip to do all covered holes...they would also put boxes in the attic and check them for 3 weeks to make sure nothing was still alive . Also, that rat poop and pee was in our insulation and they work with a company who would remove all insulation sanitize and replace with new insulation. The crew came out the following Saturday...it was four of them and after about an hour or so two of them left and the other two did hardly nothing talked walked around and then also left. The next day we received a text saying the job was completed and we need to pay. My husband then called and said nothing has been completed hardly nothing has been done. The lady said well her paperwork said it was completed and we needed to pay. We tried to call Keith numerous times just to get voice mail..left several messages with no return call. Finally after many tries we heard back. We were told they would have a full crew out here the following Friday..one man showed up worked a little over 2 hours and we couldn't even tell he had made any progress. Another week two men showed up...again still open holes all around crawl space when they left. We call again...this time the crew manager came out and said what have these guys been doing. This job isn't half done yet. He said they know how to do a better job then this. He said the first thing he was going to do was to let Keith know the job isn't no way close to being finished. So my husband ask if he could check the boxes in the attic..he did and said OMG...these are for little mice these are not the right boxes . So he replaces them with larger ones. Another week has gone by nothing...no one has came back. My husband calls again to be told a whole crew will be there on Friday. Friday came no one showed up all day . I was home all day waiting. Still...not even the first step of closing all entries has happened. It is now June 19th. Nothing more has been done. No one has came back to check to see if dead rats could be deteriorating in the boxes..There is a smell every time the air conditioner comes on. It is not healthy for us to breathe. Nolan has received their money from us after the first visit. Please do not use this company. There is not any communication among themselves or to the customer. Worst company we have ever used. Very expensive and they could care less if the job get done. Just a bunch of " Oh yeah we'll get right on it. " to be left hanging for weeks at a time. During this time, they will take time to speak with you about problems you are having and make an effort to help you address them. If you call and have a problem, they will make a special trip to come see you to assess the problem. I have also used them for termite prevention and they have always been helpful and professional during their services. They also provide LEO and military discounts.
