The time of getting the parts in and replaced and getting my laptop back wasn't more then two weeks. I was very pleased with this and got my other laptop screen estimated. They checked back with me to make sure everything was working well. My other laptop screen has a crack across the center and I had replaced it before for $400 because the guy had told me it is only sold as a whole part and he couldn't just get the screen, so I was expecting a big price for the repair, but once again I was very shocked. They estimated me $150 for this repair which makes me wish I had gone here the first time. I will be going here from now on for any electronic repairs. The customer service is also exceptional.

It is one of the few places in town where you can get any type of computer component you need to build your own computer, where many of the large chain stores only carry video cards, and hard drives. While the website doesn't have the panache of bigger online stores, the fact that you can find what you need and then pick it up from their store is great because you can save big on shipping costs. In addition to that they offer a 30 day return period which is about double what Best Buy and other chains offer. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and can answer any questions you may have about your purchase. They're also able to make great recommendations for a PC if you have never built a computer before but know exactly what you want to do with one. The biggest benefit they offer is custom build services where they will put together any custom system you design. I have had them build about 2 or 3 of my systems before I was confident enough to do it myself and they always did a great job. Overall I would highly recommend CPU Solutions because of their excellent customer service, and their great prices and selection of parts. Instead, they took the time to understand the problem, to contact a competitor (and their partner) and offer a solution -- all this sales engineering at no cost. From the beginning of our network in 2009 to now, they have provided invaluable advice and confirmation. Yes, they will be more expensive (slightly).
