Sherry, who handled my X-rays, provided poor customer service from the start. When that came up, Sherry told me I was "lucky" a hygienist had a cancellation, then made me sit down as I was leaving to explain how scheduling "works," even as I was visibly upset and crying. She told me there was no reason I should feel that way, which only made things worse. The dental hygienist who ended up doing my cleaning was kind and professional, and I appreciated her care. However, the overall environment was not welcoming. The male dentist also made repeated comments about how badly my orthodontist had done my braces when I was younger, which felt unnecessary and unkind. I won't be returning.
