When I tried calling the local office, someone with an accent started screaming at me. I asked to speak to someone in the local office, and he started yelling asking if I thought Windstream started in Dalton Ga. He just kept screaming that I needed to call customer service and hung up on me. I called same number back and he went straight to yelling and screaming telling me not to ever call that number again, and then hung up. I didnt get to say anything. A couple of c/s ppl have helped, but when you have talked with 20 of them and only 2 tried. Thats bad.

The customer service is awful. They make it very difficult to speak to a person. Asking a person to reverse these charges is near impossible.. also my service would lag a lot, and randomly go out, taking up to 10 minutes each time to reconnect. The charge of $128 a month is ridiculous. I wouldn't use them if you have another choice.

It has that 2005 feel to it when ISP's would secretly throttle their customers just to save bandwidth. Anyway, if I figure out how to get pro-quality service with another company, I am done with TVN. They do not take it seriously. The service is intermittent and wildly inconsistent. When you call them, they never admit that anything is wrong.
