I'm not a big cyclist, so you wouldn't think I'd wind up in this store. But I DO ski, and one of…read moremy son snowboards, so we do get here once in a while. My latest visit was to help someone find boots that fit. Her build (short, strong calves) requires a wider boot cuff. Most boots don't fit, so we were getting panicked about finding her something. The gentleman helping us (didn't get his name) was extremely helpful. Most important, he was honest. While he said her situation isn't uncommon, they didn't have a lot of boots in stock, and unfortunately, didn't have one that fit her. I appreciate that he didn't try to sell us something, or to come back some other time in the distant future, etc. We had found a different place that had a boot that fit her - he suggested we get it. Service like that will get me to come back in next time I need something they offer. The store, otherwise, is clean and well organized. Their health precautions were extraordinary - we actually had to wait inside as they seemed to be limiting customers to how many attendants they had working. I had no problem waiting. Their selection is good. Prices can feel high - but they carry quality products. If you want cheap stuff, you'll want to shop elsewhere.

Bobby even put it on my car for me and showed me exactly how to do it. Bobby knew a lot about the bikes and was very patient with me. I highly recommend Erik's if you are looking for a new bike.

They look the same, they carry mostly the same items, and pretty much you know exactly what you're going in there for and you know what you're going to find. This location is no different. This is a two-story location. It's fairly large. And, it is fully stocked with all of the things you would expect them to carry. So, if you want to go in here and buy those sporting goods that you need, this is the place to go. This location also carries a lot of Badgers and Packers jerseys, hats, T-shirts, and all of that kind of stuff. So if you're looking for that team stuff or memorabilia, again, this is your place to go. As in all Dick's Sporting Goods, the staff here are all very nice and they will help you as best as they can. So, if you look looking for what Dick's has to offer, this is local location to go.

I didn't see the Kohl's across the lot until after I spent nearly $200 here. Even the same items are priced so high here. The cheapest shoes I could find were $99 and they were wrong size so I passed on those. You tick the size and style into a kiosk and then a worker brings the shoes to you, but she brought a women's 7 instead of a man's 7, and it was too late to re-do the process so I just skipped buying the shoes. The line at checkout was super long, too. I don't think I'll come back here.
