They are rude and only care about over booking and making money. They will push medicine and visits and hit you with a bill for much higher than other local vets in my experience. They will tell you your prescription has been "added to the board" and will not follow up. When you follow up they will tell you it's not ready yet. Then when you go in they will give you attitude.
