They will then let you in the room where you will sit for another 20-30 minutes before being seen. This has happened several times. And has never not happened. They are rude and only care about over booking and making money. They will push medicine and visits and hit you with a bill for much higher than other local vets in my experience. They will tell you your prescription has been "added to the board" and will not follow up. When you follow up they will tell you it's not ready yet. Then when you go in they will give you attitude. I would not recommend this vet. What could improve? Better customer service Better pricing Better communication Friendly staff Better scheduling and being respectful of customers time. This place is either so big they don't care or they have no idea how to run a business it's hard to tell. Maybe they have a great location and that's why they get business.
