Service manager treats you like an idiot. Will not return. Horrible customer service. I'll drive the extra 40 min to Acheson.

Great motorcycle shop! For parts & service!…read more The owners are friendly & honest & experienced! I have total trust in the mechanics working on my bikes! I have had my Harley in for inspection & maintenance, & also street tires installed, and the mechanics are pros! I used to be a mechanic & worked on all my own stuff. But, health trouble has made that tuff to do. After trying a few other shops, I was glad to find Sherwood Motorcycle! I'm totally confident in letting the folks at Sherwood Motorcycle do the wrench pulling for me!! And the lady at the parts counter & her staff are knowledgeable, friendly & fun to talk to! They have an amazing inventory, especially for off road machines, but also some street bike stuff, helmets, gloves etc, and I'm sure there's more parts and accessories, you just may have to ask! I am not an employee, or relative & did not know the folks until I came to the shop/store. I have been a customer since the Summer of 2015. I could soon tell that this place was just the small town atmosphere parts & repair place that seems to be uncommon these days, which is fantastic!! You can't please everyone, and haters gonna hate, what can you do? But if you want professional work, from knowledgeable mechanics & parts people, who remember your name, with very fair pricing, Check out Sherwood Motorcycle!! Thank you...

Kevin and the guys went above and beyond by pulling chain and sprockets off their demo bike to make sure I got home safely. Sorry to anybody who missed out on a demo ride on my account! Apparently, Royal Enfield parts are hard to come by in Canada these days due to issues with customs. In any case, these guys were awesome to deal with and definitely worth a visit!

They offered to do it for $45, and instead of going 45 minutes across the city 3 times to grab my wheel to bring back to Alberta cycle and then return it, I thought it was the reasonable thing to do. Now, I go into Alberta cycle to explain the situation hoping to get my $45 refunded and was told "no. You should have brought the tire back for us to do it here." I had the paperwork from the OOP inspection to prove it and also the receipts from when they put my tires on the same week. Not fair that they expected me to waste 2 hours of my time for their mistake.

The sole operator at the time apparently bailed a few weeks before expiration of the lease and took the business computer with all the customer contacts/account records with him! I rented a U-haul trailer and dropped my bike off there the last week in March for repair. No service was ever done on my machine and most importantly, I received "No Notification " from the (at that time) sole business operator! My bike (along with 11 or 12 other customers bikes/property!) were abandoned on site, NOT Impressed! I only received a voice message on my cell, from one of the other legal partners who saw my name and phone number on the keys still in my bike ( but not the operator of the shop), 24 hours before the lease expired!!. Fortunately, they arranged to have my bike hauled to another repair shop for service...it looks like I faired much better than the other bikes left behind, which were also hauled to another shop for storage, as the other legal partners had no records of the owners, in order to contact them to make arrangements to pick up their property, shhhh! Very Unpleasant experience- buyer beware!

I called them Monday for a new rear tire for my 1700 Nomad, dropped it off Monday night and it was ready Tuesday!!! So fast!
