It was great timing as i had a number of knives that were dull and in need of sharpening. I was just recently searching for a service and dreading the process of shipping out the knives and waiting forever to get them back. To my surprise, i was immediately responded to by the owner and her husband. All the important and pertinent questions were asked and the appointment was made. Within a few days, they were at my door to look over the knives and make an assessment of what needed to be done. The work was performed in my driveway and in their vehicle as they are mobile(well worth the nominal trip charge fee)! I was given updates via text to my phone! Just a few days later and only $12 to sharpen, that fancy knife was sharp as new! Barely pull across a thick tomato skin and slice right through with no weight on it. Wow!
