I stopped by to get my 14 Pro Max screen replaced because it was cracked. The guy behind the counter gave me two options. One was for an aftermarket screen. The second for an original Apple screen. I opted for the second choice because he mentioned it was a thicker glass, and the color display would be true. The repair cost was almost $200. Shortly, after leaving the shop, I got a notification on my phone was not a factory original. It's also turned black on me a few times. Sometimes it comes back back on right away and sometimes it takes a while. I return to the store two days after they put the new screen on to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, nobody's here. The store hours aren't displayed and nobody is answering the phone. It's 1145 on Friday- normal business hours. I would not recommend this business. read more

Hi everyone. I totally encourage you to come here. My lightning cord would not stay in my iPhone so I decided to turn to yelp. This place was one of the first I contacted I immediately got a reply back tha likely all I need was for the port to be cleaned and just to drop in and they would do it for free. I thought there was no way it would be that simple and further got a quote for $95 to replace the port. When I wandered in a couple days later, Gio was friendly and pretty much removed the single grain of rice that I was shocked was causing the problem 30 seconds later. Came in for iPhone screen replacement and was quoted 70 dollars. Did repair but was told restore was 100 extra dollars. Went home and spent five minutes restoring software myself. Discovered home button was not working. Returned to business within an hour of repair. Was told they would not repair home button because they had been unable to verify it prior to it leaving the store because of the system restore. Quoted 55 dollars for button replacement. I said to go ahead and do it and then they didn't have parts to do so. Said to come back tomorrow and someone else would be here to help me. Paid for repair and repair was not completed due to bad part. (Edit: 2 bad parts, 1 replaced in initial repair. 1 part unavailable and was not tested during initial repair.) No warranty or service provided within an hour of getting service. Contacted by the business for follow up the next day, and it ended up being a miscommunication issue where the screen and home button were separate parts. I had not previously gotten a new home button like I initially thought. Came back in and the business did everything they could to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Was told I have a 30 day warranty on repair and parts. Very happy with the resolved issue and have updated the review rating to reflect the extra effort they put in to make sure my issue was resolved. read more
