My rating has upgraded to zero! The man maybe owner didn't give his name, he called from an unknown number. The charges were reversed from the credit card company. The credit card company gave him an opportunity to dispute however they said they did not get a response therefore charges were reversed. He threaten to file a police report, I told him go ahead. I said you failed to repair the phone correctly and did not communicate until now because the charges got reversed. I do not recommend this establishment whatsoever!!! read more

I had my battery fixed for my phone with this guy. It broke, so I took it to another guy, and they said it was not done correctly at all. screws were missing. When I called to see if this guy would write his wrongs he told me that if screws were missing, the phone wouldn't turn on, but that's not true because my phone was working when there was no screws in it. Pedram is knowledgeable, quick, honest, and friendly. My Google Pixel 3 XL died unexpectedly one day. I couldn't get it to open or even power on. I chatted with Pedram through Yelp to tell him my problem and check his availability. He was available almost immediately. I took my phone to him and within 5 minutes he checked and tested a few things and was able to tell me the 2 things that could be causing my phone to no longer work. This guy is sleezy. He seems like a really nice guy but don't be fooled. I took my iPhone to get the screen fixed through insurance and the guy who fixed it asked me where I got it fixed last. Apparently this guy stole a part from my phone and left missing screws and even left a bunch of plastic he should have peeled off because it is a hazard. Called shop 1 hour before closing and gentleman who answered the phone told me he should be able to replace the broken screen in 15 minutes. Quick service and amazing job for the best price. I cracked my screen (iPhone 7 Plus) while on my way into the office. The shatter went from top of phone, over the front camera lens, to lower middle of my phone. It even left a few discoloration spots. I got 9 quotes from places in Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, Diamond, Brea and Orange. Between quotes and reviews, this places beats them all. I would be quoted one price for screen replacement but additional few if there were spots and that drove the price up. Before tax, screen and spots total came out to $79. With tax and tip I paid $93. Still $30 less (before taxes) than the other 8 places. He even put a screen protector and gave me an extra one just in case. As a person who dies every time I drop my phone this added reassurance knows no price. The shop is a small kiosk near Edwards across from Bruxie's that easy to overlook when you're looking for a stand-alone store. So- if you get lost message him on Yelp. He'll help you find it. Wanted my iPhone 11 Pro Max back and front glass replaced. We agreed to meet when he opened at 10:00am, I had to wait until 10:45. Great way to treat clients when they have other things going on. On top of that, he gave me a time frame when it would be done of 2 Hours, I showed up and waited an additional 30 minutes. When I finally got the phone back, there was glue leaking from the sides of the back glass, the edges were sticking up. The front glass was bulging in certain points and my Face ID stopped working. That same night, with a case on, my keys in my pocket somehow shattered the back glass. Never again. read more
