NOT HONEST AT ALL. BEWARE! The quote should include everything. No add on prep, labor or unapproved materials. The quote includes EVERYTHING! Industry standard is "this is how much I will charge to paint your house, now that I have looked at the job." Material, labor included

Very happy and satisfied..no more leak!

I'm glad my landlord contacted Victor to fix a leak in our bathroom shower. Thanks to him and his guy Carlos who work quickly to resolve our problem by sealing the leak by replacing new parts/materials plus installing new shower head and handle on top of the plumbing job. Really appreciate their help and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I pinged Victor for repairing a dent in the drywall in one of the bedrooms. Victor replied promptly, gave an everything-included price. On the day of the service, the crew showed up on time (how often can you say that these days) and took exactly the amount of time that was quoted to me before. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the job. And the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

It took less than ten minutes for Victor and his crew to repair my shower. Thank you.

    Old trash compactor.

These guys are amazing! Their team of 3 got more done in 3 hours than most teams would in an entire day. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. They pulled out an ancient stove/microwave unit and installed a brand new stove with a new hood fan unit, all while painting the kitchen, replacing a smoke detector and removing an old defunct trash compactor and installing a custom cupboard and drawer in its place. They cleaned up nicely afterwards and hauled away the old appliances. To say we were happy is an understatement. We were totally blown away. Can't recommend them enough. Great friendly service at extremely reasonable pricing. The owner was there as part of his team and even gave us a (used but perfectly working) counter top microwave for free. Beautiful work!!

Last summer, they painted the entire exterior from a dirty dull beige to a lively white with black trim. They patched up all the holes/cracks in the stucco, power washed, and taped EVERYTHING! At the end of each day, they cleaned up and put away the tools so the house was still accessible. It's crazy how different the house looks compared to before. I'm just loving it! Then over the winter, Chris' team returned because I wanted my garage refinished. I had 70s paneling and broken/crumbling dry wall. Considering how much time I spend in my garage, I can't believe I lived with such an eye sore for so many years. I gave Chris the hard task of wanting smooth walls, and if you know...that's a whole lot of sanding. His team came through and delivered! I love the new paint color on the walls, and no longer despise my garage. Oh, and also want to mention that he also patched up a bunch of holes inside my house (from electrical work I had done) and matched the existing wall texture and paint. You can't even tell the difference. Overall, Chris is amazing to work with. He's super responsive via text/calls. He's worked with many contractors over the years, and can give referrals if additional work is needed for your home. I would definitely recommend All Purpose Painting to my friends and family.

The previous painter 15 or so years ago had also done a goofy/lackluster job, which added to the complexities of our current paint project. Steve and Authority Painting were prompt and organized when meeting us for a quote/evaluation, and replying with the itemized estimate. Since materials for every house improvement project are backordered forever, we got on the schedule for a couple months out. Right on time for the estimated time frame to start, they were able to begin this week. Our buildings are a bit difficult as my in-laws, who owned the home prior, built TWO extra garages, so essentially it's like painting a large 2-story house, or more. There is also a ton of detail in the exterior, so this made masking/painting a real pain. Steve's team arrived on time, was courteous, and asked questions when they weren't sure about an aspect of our house. They left each day by cleaning and tidying their work area as well. The work itself was super-duper, and completed within the estimated amount of time. The paint went on very tidy and nicely coated and refreshed our house. It looks very high-quality and like it will last for years and years, which is awesome. Hard to explain unless you see it: the paint "pops" and the lines are very clean! Steve addressed all the concerns I had about the previous shabby state of the house and paint, and my concerns that he would need several coats, etc. His and his team's experience in dealing with a variety of problems proved a real asset, as they could anticipate and prevent problems that would have blindsided me if I chose to DIY (trust me, don't DIY exterior paint, get a professional!).

What really stood out was their customer service after the job was finished. A year later, Tesla upgraded one of our inverters, leaving a small exposed area where the original paint had been. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them!

I hired Color Pro Inc. for both interior and exterior painting at my Saratoga home. Unfortunately,…read moremy experience changed significantly after the interior work began, and I ultimately lost confidence in the contractor's handling of the project. On August 11, 2026, I signed an agreement with Color Pro Inc. for exterior painting at $48,000 and paid a $10,000 deposit by check, which was cashed August 12. The exterior work was scheduled to begin in October. On August 13, I signed a separate agreement for interior painting for $58,000 and paid another $10,000 deposit, which was cashed August 14. The interior work began August 16. A significant part of the interior contract was wallpaper removal. The contract specifically lists "remove wall paper" as part of the scope of work. On August 16 and 17, one painter began preparations and removed the top layer of wallpaper from the entrance area. When I left at approximately 4 PM on August 17, most wallpaper on the other walls was still intact. When I returned at approximately 8 PM on August 18, I was shocked to find that the entire top vinyl layer had been removed from the wallpapered walls, but the backing paper and adhesive remained. More importantly, primer had already been applied over the remaining backing paper and adhesive. This was particularly concerning because covering the remaining wallpaper backing and adhesive with primer can potentially cause problems with the finished surface, including poor adhesion, bubbling, lifting, or peeling. I expected the contracted wallpaper removal to include all layers, not simply the top vinyl layer, which can be peeled off by hand or with a simple tool. I also expected appropriate wall preparation before priming and retexturing. During our initial consultation, Ramon Coria explained how the wallpaper would be removed and used this scope of work as part of the basis for the project price. I immediately contacted Ramon Coria, the owner of Color Pro Inc., by text at approximately 9:07 PM. He responded that "the entire wallpaper is removed" and that what I was seeing was glue that had been primed over and would later be skimmed and textured. This was not what I understood "remove wall paper" in the contract to mean. My concern was that the wallpaper backing and adhesive had not been removed before priming. The next morning, August 19, I spoke with Ramon Coria by phone. He said they had not expected another layer of paper. I explained that the material remaining appeared to be the wallpaper backing and adhesive, rather than another layer of wallpaper. Ramon Coria also told me that a drywall company had been arranged to retexture the walls that morning. I asked him to stop further work so I could inspect the situation before anything else was done. I arrived at approximately 8:40 AM and met the owner of the drywall company. He told me that, in his opinion, if wallpaper removal had been paid for, the remaining backing paper and adhesive should also be removed before the walls were repaired, sanded, primed, and retextured. He specifically told me that he did not think "the walls are ready for texture." When Ramon Coria arrived at approximately 9:10 AM, I again explained my concern. His crew demonstrated that the remaining backing paper and adhesive could be softened and removed with water; they removed approximately a three-square-foot area while I was there. At that point, Ramon Coria still maintained that sheetrock contains paper and glue and that it was ok to leave the glue and wallpaper backing underneath. He said he would remove the remaining backing paper and adhesive if I insisted. However, by then I had lost confidence in the way the project was being handled. I told him I did not want his company to continue and requested a refund of my deposit. He refused. I am posting this review because I believe prospective customers should know about my experience before hiring this company. I paid $20,000 in total deposits. The exterior work had not yet started, and the interior project was still in its early stages when this dispute occurred. My concern is not simply that we disagreed about a construction method. Wallpaper removal was specifically included in the interior contract, yet the work initially proceeded by removing the easily peeled vinyl face and applying primer over the remaining backing paper and adhesive. When I objected and asked the contractor to stop, I ultimately lost trust in the company and no longer felt comfortable allowing them to continue. I have photographs, payment records, written communications, and contract documentation supporting my account. I am also consulting with legal counsel to understand my options and appropriate next steps. I will update this review if there are significant developments. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Color Pro Inc.
