Overdue review Ordered a large charcuterie board during the holiday season. Ordering was super easy and straightforward. There is an option to modify your order to vegan offerings which is pretty cool (I didn't do that for this order). Both trays were absolutely beautiful. One tray hosted all the bread and crackers while the other contained the meat, cheese, nuts, fruit and honey. What a sight! At the end of the party there were scraps of everything left. Oooohh honaaaay! THIS charcuterie board was fabulous, mmkaaay?! Like really! Just finished it last night, and my little tummy was STUFFED!!! Picked up a "small party" charcuterie board to-go from Honey and Brie during their pop-up at Ale Industries, and I was blown away by the quality, composition, and creativity. I say "small party" in quotation marks because them servings were AMPLE. They served your girl UP! I'm talkin' fresh fruit, chocolate, all kinds of nuts and of course the goods: that cheese and those meats! Mmm hmm, all that... ALL of that. First of all.... my heart melted when I saw the Brie cheese. It was so creamy and delicious. And then my heart melted AGAIN when I saw that there were TWO pieces of Brie. They pretty much won me over with that. Brie is like my all time favorite cheese. And then they hit me with the fresher than life fruits! Blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and grapes! Yaaassss! Loved them all. Both the prosciutto and the salumi were tasty. And those BUTTER crackers! Ugh. Just givin' me all kinds of life! I much prefer these to the standard water crackers that you'd usually see on a board like this. The chocolates and madeleines were such a nice touch! I had planned to eat this board on Thursday, but couldn't resist having some when I picked it up on Wednesday. And by "some" I mean almost half of the damn items because they were so delicious! This actually served as my dinner for two nights in a row. Wowza! Ordering online was super simple, and everything was ready when I arrived for pickup. It was such a pleasure to work with this local business to make my office's holiday party extra special! I contacted Honey and Brie to order their 2 petite box deal for our cozy office holiday party. Communications were straightforward and easy. Things got a little wacky on delivery day as they weren't able to honor our delivery window simply because of the holiday traffic mayhem but we got through it together. The two boxes were delivered only about 30 minutes late, and just seeing them through the windows of their little boxes, I was dazzled at their beauty. The 6 of us feasted on the gorgeous fruit, cheese, chocolate and nuts like roman gods and goddesses. Pop a luscious fresh grape, round it out with a savory salami slice rolled up with herby cheese, and then finish up with a chocolate covered almond and a juicy strawberry. Put one of the decorative flowers behind your ear, and repeat until your eyes roll back in your head in utter bliss. Along with being absolutely stuffed after our party, we still barely made a dent in the first box. Amazing!!! We got the mini-boxes. Food was fresh and yummy, arrived on time and set up beautifully by a very nice delivery guy. Raquel, who I spoke to on the phone, was very understanding when we had to change our delivery date and time, and made us special boxes for our vegetarians. Very classy and the price was very reasonable. Sooo many people at our party commented on how good these were.
