Thank you Brentton for these amazing engraved wine glasses! You're amazing.. I needed two wine glasses to be engraved for my best friend's Christmas present. I contacted the store on a Tuesday, brought in the wine glasses on Wednesday and they were ready by Thursday! Mind you Christmas was on Monday and they're closed on the weekends so it was crunch time.. Thank you for helping me in time of need! Brentton was very accommodating and responsive, making sure the gift came out perfect. Unfortunately, they did not sell the stemless wine glasses at the store so I had to buy some at Home Goods. While they were being engraved, one of the wine glasses shattered, Brentton called to let me know and replaced it free of charge! Word of advice for wine glasses, make sure they are fairly thick in glass to avoid this issue.. My best friend loved her gift! Shout out to all my Grey's Anatomy fans!!! Please stop by this shop for all your engraving needs! I checked Esty and they were waaaaay too overpriced for what I wanted but this shop is very reasonable for what you're getting and the service was great! I had a wooden pet urn engraved here using a special font I supplied as well as alternate characters within the font. Obviously, this project was very special to me and I was disheartened by how many engraving services in San Diego flat out told me they couldn't do it. The work they do here is of good quality. However, I took an award to them that was made at another shop with the hopes of getting it replicated. They took the award and said they would look into it. I followed up with them a few times and they told me they were still trying to figure out if they could do it. I finally decided to return to pick up the award I had left and they said they never had it. Having no paperwork to prove that I gave it to them (partially my fault), there was nothing I could do. I would like to think that this is a one-time occurrence, but maybe its indicative of a bigger problem...I don't know. Since that incident, I've found a great shop thats not far away called Awards By Navajo on Fletcher Parkway. Its made my need for Class A obsolete. read more

Got a great quote for 10 flasks that needed engraving for some groomsmen. Class A did an amazing job with the flasks. They went above and beyond what I had originally planned for each flask. Ok so I ordered some trophies from this place and don't get me wrong-they were nice. Workmanship was good. But I ordered trophies that were suppossed to be 28 inches tall and I when they were picked up I had trophies that were 16 inches tall. I was really dissappointed. This place is awesome! I called them on a Friday. I saw they were closed on the weekend, and I needed something engraved for Saturday. I called twice before going in. First I talked to a young lady who answered all my questions. I called back when I had another question and talked to her brother, Brenton, who does the engraving. He asked me to bring the item in so he could determine if he would be able to do it on my timeline. I went in shortly thereafter, and he took his time going over what I wanted and showing me how it would like and what could happen. They charged me just a small rush fee, and I got an email within 3 hours letting me know it was done. It was beautiful! He did an amazing job, and even with the rush fee it was less than it would have cost at Things Remembered. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a top notch engraver with great customer service. They were both amazing. read more
