Lime Oolong Tea and Jasmine Milk Tea
Tina D.

Drinks are solid and toppings are good. My boba is the right consistency. The owner is so sweet, it's refreshing. She offered to do my drink at 50% sugar and suggested I try it and if it wasn't sweet enough, she'd be happy to adjust. Which I appreciate, and my drink was sweet at 50%, due to the two toppings I added. My fiancé liked his Lime Oolong Tea. Looking forward to trying the crepes!

Very strawberry Slush with Boba

Went to this place today looking for a boba drink. We usually go really far because the places around here are not great. However I remembered seeing the sign up for this place when I passed by a few weeks ago and decided to stop by. The place is small but really cute. The owner/person at the counter was super nice. She was preparing fresh fruit when we walked in. We tried the very strawberry slush with honey boda and it was sooo good. It tasted like fresh fruit. It wasnt overly sweet. It was so delicious, Im so happy we found this place so we dont have to go so far now. Must try!

The staff was friendly and the service was fast, I like the inside it was simple with long large tables for those that wanted to work or study, I will be back again the matcha was absolutely amazing!

I noticed a steady flow of customers during the time I was there. They offer a limited menu of savory foods such as avocado toast, sandwiches, and burritos. A nice selection of pastries is also offered. I was informed that the baked goods are sourced from Purple Potato Bakery. They use 'Southern Weather' brand coffee, and they sell bags of beans as well. Never heard of this brand before. It was good. There's no baby changing table station or purse hook in the restroom. I ordered the Breakfast Burrito and an iced Americano breve. The exterior of the burrito looked very good. I didn't care for the interior visual and mouth feel of the burrito (grainy looking but not dry), but the flavor was good. It's not very obvious, but I happened to notice that the espresso machine has dark transparent side panels, which is interesting as it allows a view of some of the inner mechanics. Nearby patio offers extra seating options. Very good customer service. It was a very good experience overall.

Friends were from Texas and they LOVED their breakfast. 5 stars!!!! Pancakes: fluffy and delicious; tasted way better than Denny's and Cracker Barrel. French Toast: perfectly pan fried and dusted with powdered sugar; best french toast I have ever tasted! Will order this again! Waffles: delicious and perfectly made; extra butter reqiested and each little square had butter in it; ate every bite. Bacon was extra crispy exactly like we requested. Ham was perfectly seasoned and eggs were made exactly as we wanted. Nutella pancakes were delicious!! My niece asked for the icing from the red velvet pancakes and loved it!!

I did overhear a larger party ahead of us being told the wait would be about an hour, so just a heads up if you're planning to come with a big group. The restaurant is huge with a lively, fast paced atmosphere, and it does get very loud inside. Their menu is massive. They have everything from steaks, tacos, burritos, sandwiches, soups, omelettes, pancakes, etc. My only disappointment was that they don't serve Spanish rice. Because of that, they don't have a traditional carne asada burrito, so we ordered the California burrito instead. It was still really good and came with a side of fries. We also ordered the Chilaquiles Tricolor Casa's Way and they were probably the best chilaquiles I've ever had! To be fair, I've only ordered chilaquiles at a handful of restaurants, but these definitely take the top spot. The red velvet pancakes we ordered were also delicious. They also have a huge drink selection (including bottomless mimosas) and I was tempted into ordering a mango michelada at 11am Overall, the food was delicious, the service was quick despite how busy they were, and I would definitely come back especially with my group friends.

Coffee was good. Got the washed Peru in pour over…read more Writing this because of the weird interaction I had. Teach your baristas to put a little more care into explaining the coffees on bar and what's available on pour over. I wanted a single-origin coffee so I asked the barista taking my order. She said the espresso wasn't single origin but said they offer single origin pour overs but told me it would take 10-15 minutes. She then handed me a laminated sheet with all of their offerings and I chose the Mexico but she said that's what was on espresso....? I got confused because she told me there wasn't a single origin on espresso? Anyway.... the paper she handed me stated that a pour over will take 3-5 minutes, yet she told me 10-15 minutes twice. So I called the bluff. The place was empty. I ordered the pour over anyway, sat down, and sure enough, my coffee was ready in about 3-5 minutes. It almost seemed like she didn't want to make the pour over because she recommended an americano. Specialty coffee needs more transparency, more education, and more passion. If you're a coffee roaster, your staff should be excited to talk about the coffees they're serving--not discourage people from ordering them. I sensed laziness. If you see a customer struggling to pick a coffee, recommend something that's fruit forward or something that's more classic. Don't wait for the customer to ask, ask THEM what they like and work off the customer. Care a little bit more. This was my first and last impression. Vesta Coffee will be my go-to.

The space has a relaxed, welcoming vibe that's perfect for meeting up with friends, getting some work done, or just enjoying a quiet morning. On this visit, we ordered a croissant breakfast sandwich along with coffee and tea, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. Mothership continues to do a great job with both their drinks and their food, and this location was no exception. The only thing worth mentioning is that they don't seem to keep much cash on hand, so if you're paying with cash, it's a good idea to bring smaller bills since they usually aren't able to break anything larger than a $20. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stop by again the next time we're in the Fremont area.
