The cookies are great, but the customer service at this location on June 25, 2026, at 7:30 PM was absolutely horrible. I hadn't been to a Crumbl in a while, so I didn't realize I was supposed to use the self-order screen. I stood at the counter for quite a while before figuring it out, and not a single employee greeted me or pointed me in the right direction. Once I placed my order, the machine beeped repeatedly to alert the staff that I was paying cash. When someone finally came over, her only greeting was a blunt, "You're paying cash." She took my $5 bill and handled my change while wearing her food-prep gloves. After digging through the cash drawer for bills and coins, she immediately went back to assembling orders. While she used a spatula for the cookies in the boxes, she used her bare, glove-covered hands--the exact same gloves she had just used to touch dirty money--to place the apple toppings on my Caramel Apple cookie. When I pointed out that she needed to change her gloves after handling money, she couldn't have cared less. She just muttered "OK" and walked off. The total lack of customer service is frustrating, but the blatant cross-contamination and food safety violations are unacceptable and disgusting! June 29, 2026 @ 1915. The cookies were great as advertised. However, I have noticed the staff were disorganized and everything is pure chaos. Been waiting here for more than 30 mins for just FOUR pre-made cookies. Staff should be educated on how to do quick customer service and not just lollygag around. The atmosphere here feels warm and looks like the AC is not working well. There are no chairs for those waiting inside as well. Better to order in drive-thru than inside. I am not a big cookie person, but I love Crumbl cookies. You can get them in a couple different sizes. You can get cookies and cakes. Theres different flavors each week. I have not been dissatisfied with them. The service here is okay, I dont think they do a thorough job of reading orders. I hate leaving bad reviews but I'm sad to say I had a bad experience today. So today is my birthday and I came in to collect my birthday reward (as I did last year). I told the guy at the counter I had trouble locating my reward and he went to get who I assume is the manager lady. She took one look at my app and said "Ohhh so you're a bronze member and you need to be at least a silver member in order to receive a birthday reward" GRANTED - it's not the employees fault that whoever is running the company has decided to penny pinch customers, but she was pretty snarky when she explained it to me and then she shrugs and follows up with "you guys are still free to buy something though" We came in ready to buy at least 1 extra cookie, and honestly we still might have purchased the 2 cookies if it wasn't for her attitude. I am writing to formally report a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at your today around 4:55PM. I placed an online order specifically for curbside pickup and received a notification stating my order was ready. I waited over 15 minutes and no one came outside. When I went through the drive-thru to ask for assistance, the employee stated they were "too packed" to come outside, said my order was not ready despite the notification, and spoke to me in a dismissive and frustrated tone, instructing me to come inside. Once I went inside, I overheard the same employee speaking about me to a colleague and saying, "that lady was so rude," without realizing I was standing nearby waiting to be helped. This comment was not only inaccurate but extremely unprofessional. When I addressed the situation, the employee rolled her eyes and walked away to avoid accountability. Additionally, a staff member who appeared to be in a supervisory role made the comment "me no e-speak Spanish" out loud while speaking with another employee. This was offensive, inappropriate, and unacceptable in a professional workplace. I understand stores get busy, especially during holidays, but that does not excuse dismissive behavior, gossiping about customers, or culturally insensitive remarks. I chose curbside pickup because it was offered as a service, paid in advance, and even left a tip--yet was treated with disrespect throughout the interaction. I've been wanting to go to Crumbl forever! So excited I finally made it. It smells amazing as soon as i walked in. Love that they have a drive thru also. Their menu changes every week and this week I got to the coconut cream pie, pink doughnut, cinnamon roll and the brookie. All were so delicious but the pink doughnut was definitely my fave. Decided to finally try the infamous Crumbl! When we pulled up I noticed a drive thru I was like hell yeah, never seen a drive thru crumbl. We pulled up and ordered the staff was very friendly greeted us right away! When we got to the window I was paying cash but she had some tablet and right away asked for a tip. I don't really like that it's like begging to me. It's one thing to say we accept tips but to ask if I'm going to tip is weird. The change was $2.02 I told her to keep that she seemed happy! She also asked me to open the box to make sure I was ok with them and first thing I noticed is the cookies were all different sizes. I've seen people review them online and usually theirs are uniform in size so Idk. I got a 6 pack 2 peanut butter chocolate that tasted more like a sugar cookie with a hint of peanut butter and a drop of chocolate on top. Really nothing special! Got 2 m&m cookies because my kids and they were ok I feel like a 7-11 m&m cookie would probably scratch that same itch and it $3.00 cheaper! We also got the butter cake OMG they did their big one with that it was AMAZING to say the least I mean WOW whatever they put on top was like crack and I will have to go and get another one before they stop selling those. And then we got the cheesecake cookie it was good. Loved this location because of its drive-through! I love the convenience of not getting out of my car and just being able to get them at the window. This specific location you can also go in to order or also order online and pick up curbside. For this weeks flavors what brought me in was the tres leches. It was okay. Just more of a reg buttery cookie but did not resemble a tres leches. Would not get that flavor again. But the other flavors I did get in my box where great. Always a number 1 hit for my family is the chocolate chip cookie! The kids loved their take on the golden oreo cookie and thought it tasted great especially when it was warm. Last the galaxy's brownie, when I tasted it, it reminded me of when I was back in elementary school and my mom packed it for my lunch! Over all it was a great flavor week. read more
