Hi there! Hub-hub and I (and let's not forget our little Puppy) wanted a nice spot to eat breakfast on a beautiful Saturday morning. We ended up here! We were seated promptly, and brought menus- which we immediately perused! I ordered a build-your-own omelette with Havarti cheese, peppers, and sausage. It came with hash brown taters and pancakes. Ok- now a place that purports to be a pancake place should have good pancakes and syrup that's awesome. The pancakes weren't all that. Too tough - and the greater sin was that the syrup was already on the table in portion-controlled plastic containers. In other words- it wasn't hot, fresh, nor was it that good. And sure enough- the pancakes were tough. The syrup was cold. The omelette was nice and fluffy- no issues there at all! The hash brown taters were - well- abundant! Probably too abundant (darn it) as I couldn't finish them all. Hint - bring out warmed up syrup with the pancakes, please! Hubby had an acai bowl which he labelled "Yummy" - yay! One of us got a good breakfast! Service was just fine- not special over great. The prices were reasonable and the ambiance was just perfect. So- will we come again? Maybe. Maybe. Visited for a work celebration breakfast on Friday morning. There were only 2 other tables occupied, so service was excellent. Our server provided a pot of coffee for the table and checked in several times to see if it needed to be filled. I ordered the granola berry crepes. Service was decent, I sat at the bar since I was flying solo and the did an adequate job checking on me, but the service provided by those who did stop by was sincerely really nice. Today I ordered the bagel and lox for the first time and the amount of salmon you get for the price is pretty amazing. SO GOOD!! Really delicious brunch place that's well priced with huge portions. When I got my order, I already knew I was going to need a to-go box. I got the corned beef hash which was delicious! I'm used to a more ground beef type of corned beef hash but this one had chunks of meat which were tender and flavorful. For just $2 extra, you can get a signature pancake upgrade so I ordered the signature honeyberry which had mascarpone cream with berries. It's a really fresh, not overly sweet pancake that isn't too heavy. Service was prompt and efficient. Our waitress got our drink orders and entree orders in pretty quickly and we got our food shortly afterwards. They have a vast menu here from avocado toast, to breakfast burritos, to waffles. I'm sure you'll find something to your liking for breakfast foods on their menu. A lot of their booths are made to seat 6 people comfortably and they have tables for smaller parties. I highly recommend this establishment! I made a reservation for 12 and the table was ready. The hostess was very friendly. I ordered the Denver Omelette with hash browns and white toast. It came out in less than 10 minutes and was delicious. I was able to taste every ingredient in the omelette. Came here again as it is our go to brunch spot. As a vegetarian there are SO MANY options which I very much appreciate. We got the Southwest skillet and subbed the chorizo for impossible patty. The only issue I had was that it cost $5 to do so which was a lot, but other than that it was a great meal. We also got mocha coffees which were bottomless. I placed my party of 4 on the waitlist via Yelp on Thursday, Oct 26th at 930am and when I walked in and communicated this to the person at the host stand, he treated me as if I was speaking jibberish.... The first thing that I noticed coming in was that this place is big! It's hard to tell that from outside. It's also super modern inside and is reminiscent of the swanky brunch joints in the city. It's definitely unusual for the suburbs. The seating was comfortable in the booth and the lighting was well controlled for the sun shining brightly outside. I ate the corned beef hash skillet and I would highly recommend. The portion was huge and it was worth every penny. They gave me a carafe for my coffee so I was well stocked for the meal. On that note the service was good and attentive, but nothing above and beyond. I will definitely be back here to explore this extensive menu. I try not to dish out 5-star reviews based on one visit, unless something was truly special.
