It was an exciting event for me...I realize my life isn't important to her and her life isn't important to me but her business is providing a service for an event important to the customer, duh. I was trying to keep my business local and I completely believe in supporting local small businesses. I will never use this baker and I'm still mad at how she lazily strung me along with her "email only" contact. Can you imagine? You can't be bothered to speak to your potential customers. I have 2 businesses and I would never behave like this or I'd be done. But then again, I expect to be treated as I treat others, and customers are important. I made the above review based 100% on my own personal experience. I have had no influence anyone, I don't know anyone who has used her. I don't know her and I still have no idea what she sounds like or looks like. This was a disgraceful way to conduct business and this is the review you get for that uncomfortable and rude process.
