I found the donuts to be a little bit bigger than Dunkin' Donuts, and the inside to be more fluffy. However, the outer part may have been slightly more chewy. They have a walk in window , and they also have a drive through. The service was good, but they're expensive. A dozen is about $18, which is about $4 more than Dunkin' Donuts. I still think Allie's donuts is better than all of them and bigger, but those are even more expensive. In any case, they were good, and I would recommend them.

Their frozen hot chocolate was a high school staple, their flavored coffee and work friendly ambiance got me through graduate school, and I never visit RI without bringing back a bag of chocolate chip cookie beans. I've taken meetings at their small tables, curled up in an armchair with a book by the fireplace, gone on dates on the patio and snuggled with my infant daughter on the couch. There's a spot for whatever you need - as long as you get there before the rush! My go-to has always been a jalapeno bagel with jalapeno cream cheese; their baked goods are all made in-house and are chefs kiss. Once I became a coffee drinker I always opted for a black flavor of the day but have slowly been switching to a seasonal latte. It's all yummy. I love seeing their menu items grow and will occasionally treat myself to a slice of cake. It's not a cheap coffeeshop but I personally don't find it to be outlandish. Unfortunately indoors is not the most friendly atmosphere for a rambunctious toddler so on crummy weather days I visit other coffeeshops. The patio is better, though. The place has not changed in terms of tasty drinks and food. The staff also is always wonderful. The place gets really busy but don't let the line deter you. They move very fast ! I ended up going twice in the same week to the one in Smithfield, but l am curious to see if quality changes from one location to the other. The first time I went, I bought a dozen since / was taking them to a brunch and the second time I ordered half a dozen. One thing that immediately sets them apart from other bagel shops I've been to is their attention to detail which I am huge on. When I purchased the dozen, I requested one cinnamon sugar and they wrapped it in parchment paper so the sweetness wouldn't get on any of the other bagels. So far, I have only tasted the jalapeno cheddar and the everything bagel. I love that they're loaded with flavor, the bread is soft, not airy but also doesn't feel too dense, it is not dry, and the dough is slightly elastic-y which I love. I think a good way to measure how good a bagel is is to eat it without toasting it. This one passed with flying colors. The first time I came, l was a little confused as to where this place was because the GPS led me to the back of the building but did find my way after driving around the building. The second time I came here, 1 realized they have a drive-thru window which is very convenient. There were about 4 cars ahead of me, but within 5 minutes I was on my way home.
