Her pricing is VERY reasonable compared to other salon's I've researched in LA and the quality of her work is superb. For appointments, It's easy to schedule a time and date through text. I like to go around every 2 months after the lashes completely fall straight. To keep them healthy, I just lash serum nightly and have absolutely no damage from the perm. Appointment goes for about an hour long, sometimes a little over depending on how long your lashes need to sit with the chemical for. It's a painless and easy process. For parking, there is free parking all day (with her receipt that you can show the parking guy) in the small plaza where her salon is located on the 3rd floor. You'll see Daiso when you enter the lot. There's also street parking around which can be packed. Another alternative is parking down the e next block next to Marshalls, Sushi Stop, Matcha Village which is free with no validation needed. Highly recommend going to Saiko if you are interested in lash perm!

I replied just saying so I they will be like this, looking bad , for the next 2 realizing she blocked me!! blocked for asking her a couple questions? come to today, less than 48 hours later, and I wake up to 99% of the lashes gone. She replied from 1 1/2 -2 hours. So basically I'd be getting a subpar service. I found that to be completely unacceptable and considered to be a bait and switch, which is illegal. I can't believe she even offered that to me smh literally made no sense. I think special deal or not that they would want to do their very best work on every client. The whole point of the ad is to bring new customers in. Why would I ever come back if you didn't do a good job to begin with. I would never choose Lash pilot again first and foremost they lie in their ads, the staff at that location were very rude and they did not give me a refund for my deposit. People these days are so quick to ask for a deposit to make an appointment, but they are real slow to give you your money back when they don't honor their end of the bargain. My nails have never been healthier and I often get people commenting on the designs. Initially I was very happy with my white ombré nails but I noticed my cuticles weren't as smooth as they typically would have been if I had gone to my usual spot. I remember noticing that my cuticles weren't cut and Kazumi told me that cutting cuticles would dry them out more. Sadly, as the day went on I was stressing out and the next day I had to get my cuticles fixed right before of my wedding at another salon. The technician actually told me that my nails "looked terrible." I am sure Kazumi gives great work to other clients, but I was disappointed and I don't know if I will come back. My cuticles aren't always in the best shape (I'm a healthcare worker) but I expect at least they would've been cleaned up better considering the $50+ I spent and the fact that my nails were going to be photographed up close for my wedding.
