Her pricing is VERY reasonable compared to other salon's I've researched in LA and the quality of her work is superb. For appointments, It's easy to schedule a time and date through text. I like to go around every 2 months after the lashes completely fall straight. To keep them healthy, I just lash serum nightly and have absolutely no damage from the perm. Appointment goes for about an hour long, sometimes a little over depending on how long your lashes need to sit with the chemical for. It's a painless and easy process. For parking, there is free parking all day (with her receipt that you can show the parking guy) in the small plaza where her salon is located on the 3rd floor. You'll see Daiso when you enter the lot. There's also street parking around which can be packed. Another alternative is parking down the e next block next to Marshalls, Sushi Stop, Matcha Village which is free with no validation needed. I came an hour early at her request, changing my schedule to be accommodating and she's rude rught when I walk in!! ok so she does the lashes. while doing them, and again my first time, I had a few questions. she basically tells me to shut up, making it so uncomfortable, that I was silent until she was done. she finished and I did think they looked pretty BUT ... less than 24 hours later they start falling out. so, of course I reach out to her. who wouldn't? I sent a couple texts, one which I asked her if she could fix them, and she responds saying no. like straight up. I replied just saying so I they will be like this, looking bad , for the next 2 realizing she blocked me!! blocked for asking her a couple questions? come to today, less than 48 hours later, and I wake up to 99% of the lashes gone. I text her and call but she has me blocked so I go to her website and just make an appointment. then she decides to unblock me, cancel my appointment and send me a very insulting text message. like i did something to her. I was shocked and i still am. I could not believe her message and her treatment. I have the proof of all of this! I'm not new to lash lifts, I've had many over the years at different places, and they've always held for at least 5 weeks so this was disappointing. The girls working there were very nice, and the space is convenient, but for the price you pay, I expected much better and longer-lasting results. Sadly, the quality just didn't match the cost for me.

My cuticles aren't always in the best shape (I'm a healthcare worker) but I expect at least they would've been cleaned up better considering the $50+ I spent and the fact that my nails were going to be photographed up close for my wedding.
