She got inappropriately angry and defensive and never fully complied with my wishes. She was rude, and it was a horrible experience. I called the owner. She was just as defensive! "We have never had a complaint about our salon!" Unfortunately this is not the case. I would avoid this over priced, unfriendly and disrespectful establishment if you want a good haircut and a satisfied feeling when you walk out the door.

The equipment is sterilized and the actual foot baths are cleaned between clients. Secondly, the team is attentive and well-skilled. Many of the employees today were employees who worked under the original owner, Thu. Even though Divine Nails is under different ownership, you can tell that the current owners care just as deeply as the original owners, thus preserving the integrity of this Locust Grove staple. Not only do I feel welcome in this salon, I feel confident that the employees care about my experience and more importantly, my foot health. I am writing this long-awaited review because I was shocked to see how empty the salon was on a Sunday afternoon. This company deserves support and love! Gina, is the reason I will never return that along with the fact that the owner, Tom has not responded to the 5 calls Ive made. She butchered my hair to the point of me being in tears in the chair. I asked what she was doing and she abruptly stopped and walked away getting another sytlist. No remorse, no apology. Ive never experienced a salon visit like this especially from Salon Voss. The salon has gone down hill and the customer service is horid. Not sure what happened to the great stylists they once had! I used to refer everyone there, never again.
