It's a wonderful environment and would highly recommend especially around 1-3yo. We joined at a time when our daughter aged out of the infant group but was honestly still too young for the older classrooms at the center based schools. We were at multiple centers and decided to try home day care instead. Ana and her teachers really got to know our daughter and we truly could trust she was in great care. They prepare breakfast lunch and snacks every day which is so valuable for busy parents and amazing value included in the tuition. My daughter has learned so many songs, stories and words in Spanish. She was potty trained with no issues. The teachers come up with fun activities every day incorporating fun themes throughout the seasons. They post wonderful videos and photos on what's app which my daughter loved scrolling through with me any chance she had. It was a huge relief to find a place where she could develop trusted relationships with her teachers, play with kids around her age in a safe and engaging environment. Ana also hosts date nights, typically monthly, where she will watch the kids plus siblings for a few hours while parents can escape for much needed adult time.

My experience has always been pleasant and Ana goes above and beyond to ensure that the childrens needs are met, following nap schedules, etc. She communicates and provides updates daily on how/what the children are doing, offers home cooked meals and lots of fun activities. I couldn't recommend this daycare more and I only wish I had found her sooner for my first son.

We hired a nanny, Mimi (also goes by Mary Beth) for one day per week. Over the course of just a few months, Mimi took multiple days off, was then absent for an extended period, and resigned abruptly via text message with zero notice, claiming she had an ongoing family emergency to tend to. After Mimi's resignation, the agency shared that she had expressed concerns about working with our family. I honestly took the feedback hard and it sent me to a dark place, as I didn't know this nanny I TRUSTED was judging me and my home so harshly when I'm just trying to do the best I can as a postpartum working mom. For what it's worth, much of the feedback seemed to be rooted in misunderstandings and in some cases, reflected basic responsibilities that were explicitly outlined in our nanny agreement. And none of those concerns had ever been raised directly despite months of her being sweet and warm to our faces. Again, I do not blame the agency. While I can't recommend our experience with this particular nanny, I can say that Rimma handled a very difficult situation with professionalism and compassion, which is why I'm choosing to leave the agency a five-star review. Rimma followed up with us thoughtfully and took our concerns seriously, and worked quickly to ensure we had a fantastic temporary nanny in place so our family wasn't left without childcare.

We are especially grateful to Maggie, who was able to find a replacement nanny in less than 24 hours with some challenging circumstances that happened last minute with one of my kids! This is definitely the best fit for us. My daughter is not a great eater. At the previous daycare, they would send her food back every single day and she became pickier to the point where she only ate fruit. She became visibly thinner so I pulled her out to get her back to health. A friend recommended Ms. Ana so we gave daycare another shot. We started at Ms. Ana's a few months ago and my daughter is chunky again. This is one of the many signs of their attentiveness to every single child--they literally run after my daughter to shove a spoonful of purée in her mouth. My daughter loves her time at Ms. Ana's. She reaches for Ms. Ana at drop off and is all smiles when I pick her up. We get timely communication throughout the day--they are up front with any issues. They have a great outside play area and indoor space for circle time and etc. Healthy snacks and home cooked meals are provided. The warmth and love they give each child is clear and abundant. On a side note, once you're "in the family", they will take drop-ins for siblings (immunization forms and etc required). This place is a second home.

One of the things we loved most was the small group and the fact that children of different ages learn and play together. It creates such a warm, family-like environment and teaches children how to communicate, help each other, and be part of a little community. Because the group is small, the teachers are able to give each child plenty of individual attention. My son learned so much during his time here. He knows all his letters, can spell his name, count to 100, and so much more. We truly believe this is thanks to Kim and Amanda, who made learning fun and exciting. Most importantly, he absolutely loved them -- and they became very special people in his life. We are also incredibly grateful for how they prepared him for his transition to a new school. They talked to him about his new school in such a positive and exciting way, which made the transition so smooth and gentle for him. Thank you, Kim and Amanda, for these two wonderful years and for giving my son such a loving and happy start. We will always remember this place with so much warmth and gratitude.

The transition to daycare was a breeze and our daughter stayed the full day on her second day. It was easy and made us feel so comfortable having Flor watch our daughter. I was also in shock with how much our daughter learned during her time there. What I really loved/appreciated was that Flor provided updates for us via text/email. When we met Flor for the first time, we knew within minutes that she was the right caregiver for our daughter. Flor just exudes patience, warmth and care, and we definitely felt comfortable leaving our daughter with her. Flor was extremely flexible when our daughter began day care. We were able to slowly transition her into daycare by bringing her in for a few hours here and there, before transitioning to full days within a couple of weeks. It was super easy to work with Flor for any special dietary & drinking needs for our baby. Villa's Daycare is immaculately clean and well stocked with toys, and Flor does a great job stimulating the babies with activities and events every week. It was great to see our daughter come home every holiday with special arts & crafts, and photos of the babies dressed up :) Flor does a good job keeping in touch with parents via text or email. Even during the COVID shutdown earlier this year, Flor continued to keep in touch with our family, providing story time and music time via video, which our daughter loved. We feel very fortunate to have found Villa's Daycare!

We've seen a lot of schools over the years with our older child, and this one stands out. The teachers really understand early childhood development, and you can feel how intentional everything is, from the classroom setup to the daily activities and programs. Nothing feels random or one size fits all. We'd play videos from his school day at home and he would clap, stomp, and smile watching the songs and activities. He also picked up sign language quickly. We also loved the early, positive exposure to using the potty and know this will be helpful when it comes time for potty training. Communication with the staff is easy and open. They always made time to talk and were glad to discuss his progress or any questions we had. We never felt rushed or brushed off. The food program is amazing. Organic ingredients, lots of variety, and creative options like spinach waffles along with different lunches and snacks. You can tell a lot of thought goes into it. They were flexible with schedules and routines, so he was supported based on the needs he had at that specific time not what the whole group was going through. We're sad to be leaving, and the only reason is that we're moving out of the area.
