Can't remember but it was sausage based and a seasonal menu item a couple years ago and they said it would come back but it has not. So it's a 3 star review that could have been a 5 star review. I've been to several Honeygrow locations in the last few years--it's one of my favorite restaurants--so I was excited to learn that one had opened up near me. The food itself was great--I always order the spicy garlic noodle stir-fry 100% of the time I go to any Honeygrow, and my meal this time was consistent with others that I've had at different locations. My only complaint is with the staff. The last two times I've gone, the same woman has worked the cashier and has been both unfriendly and unhelpful. The first time, she was unwilling to assist my dad when he had a simple payment question, and he was left with a very negative impression that she was rude. When I went this past weekend, I had a similar experience. As I went to pick up my food from the counter, I saw that there was already a fork on it. Before I touched the fork, I asked if she could take it off because I'd prefer to use chopsticks. She was not willing to take the fork away and overall was uncommunicative and a rude in her curt response. read more

Awesome stop in! They were slammed and our order still came out really fast. Both bowls had plenty of sauce this time, and the rice and noodles were both nice and hot. We also had the brownie and it was quite good. It was very rich though so you may want to split it with someone or save half for later. The flavors were good, the food quality was good, and the staff was prompt and friendly. Definitely a recommended stop. read more

I was so thrilled when this location opened in Exton and I'm so shocked to see the reviews here. This place is fantastic. It's healthy food with an eye to local sourcing and sustainability. It's Honest Growing! It may seem like a chain because there are several locations around, but it's a Philly local company. They have their roots right here and it's worth supporting that. The staff are incredible and they go out of their way to make your day. You can absolutely get two meals out of an order or split it with a friend. You can customize to your preference or chose one of their recipes which are perfected already. There's always a learning curve when hiring new staff for a new location, and these guys opened up during a global pandemic. Take it from someone who eats here consistently-not a first timer- this place gets it right and on the off chance something doesn't satisfy you, just bring it up to them and they immediately make it right. read more

I love this establishment when I went to KOP. When I heard it is coming to Exton I was very happy and asked my few friends join with me for the first visit. I was very confident that my friends would love it . But unfortunately our few friends did not liked the food and it was little sweet and salt was bit less and when we asked for any salt they don't carry any . Food is ok but takes forever (20 min) to make and they make mistakes often. We left with our food and when we got home it was wrong. Tried to call to save some time when we drove back to exchange and the phones do not connect. Had to wait another 15 minutes to have them get ready. read more

We just moved to Exton and we're so excited to see there was a Honeygrow nearby. I had ordered two salads, one was a CYO salad with kale and the other, a Cobb salad. The kale salad was fine but the Cobb was disgusting and inedible. The lettuce smelled bad and was brown and slimy. The avocado was brown and bacon was uncooked. We dug through to see if there was anything we could salvage and found a piece of an avocado shell. The whole salad ended up in the trash. Very disappointing. read more

One positives of working from home during a National pandemic is that HoneyGrow is so close to home! I typically order on the HG application and then do curbside pickup. It's super easy and streamlined. I've also been inside the restaurant and it's super nice and clean, and they strictly follow Covid protocols to make customers feel safe. The food here is fresh, delicious, fast, and consistent. Additionally, the service is always wonderful. I also like healthy options and love that the ingredients are locally/sustainably sourced and so tasty! I cannot say enough good things about this location and the food! I ordered a Greek Out salad off their website. It listed all the below items it included. This turned into a 14.25 salad. According to my receipt the basic salad cost 7.39. They charged extra for the roasted chicken 3.39. another .89 cents the olives,59 cents for the banana peppers, .59 for crunchy chic peas = 1.40 for feta cheese. The quality was good but the website description was deceiving. I wanted to order from Honeygrow, but when I called to place an order, I was told I would have to download an app or order from a delivery service. I'm trying to understand, when I had an employee on the phone, why he just wouldn't take my order. So, I went somewhere else. It's a shame, because we live nearby and would have frequented them. I love honey grow, especially the one in KOP. This honeygrow I keep having issues with. Not only once but twice have they given my order to someone else (They did not have the same name as me). Lastly, I ordered a door dash from Honey grow and they gave me undercooked noodles..it was disgusting and they were all stuck together. We called and they blamed doordash.
