I know this place has mixed reviews, but me and my partner always love this Olive Garden and we've never had a bad experience here. We never had to wait that long and we love the never ending soup. Today, I tried the fried shrimp and I found it delicious! We have always had kind staff and the seating area is always filled with lively people. I will say that every time I order the iced coffee, it's made differently every time but that doesn't bother me personally, just something to think about! We will be back for more yummies! read more

We are back at the lovely Italian restaurant Olive Garden. We came near 5:00pm on a Sunday, no wait. We could have got a better waitress (she rarely stopped by),but no complaints. Our previous server was funny and delightful. The food was delicious as always. The creamy, cheesy pasta with the crispy chicken. The fried mozzarella was crisp and melted in your mouth after a satisfying cheese pull. Food could not be better, always great every time. I had dined there with my daughter yesterday afternoon and mistakenly left my credit card in the kiosk on the table. I realized this early today and called right away. The first person who answered the phone put me and hold and I was disconnected. I called back and the same guy asked me where I was sitting and said he would check and would "be right back". I was on hold for about 5 to 10 minutes and no one picked up. Called back a third time and received a rude response that nothing was found. Unfortunately this location is chronically understaffed and it is nearly impossible to predict how long you'll be waiting. While you can look around and see plenty of empty tables, they just don't have the server staff to keep up with demand. And though the website waiting list might say that there's no wait at the moment, when you get there they nearly always say there's at least a 20 minute wait, even if you've joined the waitlist. When we arrived it was fairly early in the afternoon and the wait was 25 minutes, which I though was strange. The host or manager, I'm not really sure what of her title, informed us that they were down a waiter and couldn't get in touch with them. I was in shock that she would tell me all this about another staff member. Even with all of that there still shouldn't have been a section not open up to customers yet 2 hours after opening. In fact there were several other customers waiting and some who left very angry without eating. Nonetheless we waited the 25 minutes out. My daughter and I come here weekly. The service is always great, food is good and we get there early enough that we never have to wait. This past week, we had a new waitress, Briana. She was the sweetest thing. At the end of our dinner, she told my daughter how impressed she was with how well mannered my daughter had been, that she surprised her with a free dessert.
