The restaurant is small with some outside seating but ambiance is limited -- more of an eat and go kind of spot. They had some kind of expediter who was doing some sort of checking, but apparently was mostly just looking harassed and irritated. The gal in front of me was missing part of her order. Mine looked ok until I got back to my hotel and realized they forgot salad dressing. On the plus side, the salad was still good, even though it was a little dry with no dressing. Although Panera is usually a "go to" while traveling for breakfast and lunch, I will find someplace else to eat tomorrow!
