While the food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and made quickly, the real reason I keep coming back--and why I recommend it to friends, coworkers, and anyone looking for a great lunch--is the customer service. Every time I walk in, I'm greeted with a smile. The team members at the register are welcoming and helpful, especially for anyone unfamiliar with the ordering kiosks. Even during the busiest lunch rushes, they stay calm, patient, and efficient. You never get the sense that they're overwhelmed, even when there's a line out the door. What really sets this location apart is how much they care about the guest experience. Even though Honeygrow isn't a full-service restaurant, employees regularly bring food to tables, check in to see how your meal is, and make sure everything is going well. They actively walk the dining room, clear tables quickly, and keep the space clean and inviting. It's rare to see this level of attentiveness at a fast-casual restaurant. I've also found the staff to be accommodating with modifications and special requests, and the food always comes out fresh and fast. Over the years, I've interacted with many different employees, and the excellent service has been remarkably consistent regardless of who's working. That tells me it's part of the culture here, not just a few standout individuals. I wish I knew everyone's names so I could recognize them individually--that's my goal the next time I visit. They truly deserve the credit. I've been to enough restaurants to know that great food gets people in the door, but great service keeps them coming back. This Honeygrow has mastered both. He actually came around from the other side of the station to help me get signed up for a honeygrow account, and then took the time to help me customize my order exactly how I wanted it. None of this was something he had to do, which is what made it stand out even more. Cesar was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and made me feel like he genuinely cared about making sure I had a good experience. Customer service like that is hard to come by. Went here after a gym session and it was everything I needed! It's very clean and I like the atmosphere. I've seen these a few places and always wanted to stop so I'm glad I did. I did the make your own bowl I got shrimp, chicken and egg as my proteins. I did two types of noodles and added garlic, spinach, cabbage and the sweet sauce. It was sooo good and the customer service was great they were so helpful when I had questions. I also got a brownie but it was just ok. Usually, Honeygrow's a favorite of mine and my family's, which is why it really is a crying shame that our experience this past weekend was such a letdown. When we placed our pickup order, we requested extra sauce and add-ins mixed into our stir fry because we have found in the past that they would skimp on them. While they did in fact give us extra sauce, they still skimped on the extra add-ins we requested, and we don't know what it was, but there was something very spicy that they put in our food to the point where it tasted like nothing but a mouthful of flaming, sauce-drenched noodles. And while I'd usually refrain from making comments about GI issues, let's just say that the spiciness was so strong and such a shock to our system that we had restroom issues for two days. As a service worker myself, I understand that there are days when workers aren't on their A-game because, of course, we're human, and not every day's going to be perfect, but it was a bit frustrating that the workers that day didn't follow through on all our requests, especially since we tried to make them as politely and as crystal clearly as possible. However, that will not stop me from coming back since, as I said before, this is still one of my favorite spots. read more

So I finally gave this place another try and it was definitely worth it. I got the garlic butter chicken stir fry noodle situation and added some soy sauce. It's so good!!! Very flavorful and they didn't skimp me on the portion size. I was not expecting that at all, wish I had gotten 2 so I could take some to work for lunch tomorrow. This particular location has kiosk for you to order at so after I customized my order it was ready in just a few minutes after being cooked right in front of you. Grabbed lunch with my nieces at the Honeygrow (Leesburg Pike). Great experience! I had the Kale Chicken Caesar Salad. Everything was fresh, the chicken was tender and the portion size, great. One of my nieces had the Cobb salad (she said it was sooooo good), and my other niece had the Red Coconut Curry which she raved about. The service was amazing - at checkout, they ensured that we were satisfied with our order.
