We went at the last available time and weather was nice with a cool breeze, but can get very hot and sweaty if there was no clouds. They have plenty of water stations on the trails and they have a super long zipline that is 1/2 mile long super cool view of the mountain and ocean. Definitely recommend them and this was my second time and as great as I remember

Griffin, Tanner and Zoe were so helpful, friendly, and genuinely fun to be around, while also being safety oriented and making sure everyone was comfortable throughout the entire experience. You could tell they really cared about making sure we had a great time while keeping safety a top priority. One of our favorite surprises was getting to enjoy fresh snacks from the farm, including apple bananas, dried apple bananas and delicious tomatoes. Everything was fresh and tasty with plenty of water stations along the way. We even got to hold a chameleon, which was such a fun unexpected part of the experience. The views, the adventure, the guides, and all of the little extras made this a memorable experience for our family. We had a blast and will definitely be going back on our next trip.

The tour was incredible, the scenery was absolutely stunning, and Jeremy may be the best tour guide I've ever had. He was hilarious, informative, kept everyone engaged, and even went out of his way to take great photos of everyone throughout the tour. If you're doing this tour, ask for Jeremy. He's the man! Highly recommend.

My brother was visiting from Florida and loves Jurassic Park so I had thought it would be fitting to take him in the Jurassic Adventure Tour. We chose the bus option instead of UTVs because we wanted to relax and enjoy the sights but there is a UTV tour option as well. We were able to see a lot of the different movie sights and our guide was great at explaining and walking us through the history of the ranch and all the different movies and shows that have filmed there. Our guide even got it to the episode or scene for each show or movie, which was really cool. Once your tour is over there's still so much to do and see if you have time. There's a small farmers market store towards the front of the ranch as well as a visitors center that has a souvenir store as well. I can't wait to go back to do another tour and keep learning about the ranch and area.

Thankfully when it was time for our day trip, all of the sites were fully accessible. We packed in a full day visiting Garden of the Gods, Shipwreck Beach, Lanai Cat Sanctuary, Hulopoe Bay and hiking the Pu'upehe Trail. We started with breakfast at Blue Ginger and later visited the 50s themed diner in the new bowling center for afternoon ice cream. The Jeep was quite new, very clean, with CarPlay, and everything was in good working order. I highly recommend downloading offline maps for navigating Lanai, as there is barely a bar of cell service, even in town. We never actually had to use 4WD for the Jeep, but the height clearance sure did help us on some of the rough dirt roads to some of the sites (places you'd never want to take a regular car). Jim gave us a thorough explanation and tips for visiting the sites when we arrived on the morning shuttle to pickup the Jeep (text the shuttle company ahead of time to reserve your spot at the ferry harbor). There was a laminated map inside the Jeep for us to take with us for the day. Process was smooth. Would rent from Cheap Jeeps again if visiting Lanai. Mahalo!

Out of the several receptionists we encountered, only a couple seemed knowledgeable and efficient. When we checked in, we were told our room was still being cleaned, even though it was already check-in time. We had to keep following up ourselves to ask if the room was ready instead of being updated proactively. The receptionist also wasn't very welcoming or friendly, which is not the level of hospitality I expected. Second, the rooms have very poor soundproofing. We could clearly hear noise from outside as well as guests in the neighboring room. At one point, we could even hear people next door arguing. The glass doors and windows did little to block outside noise, making it difficult to relax. Third, the hotel provides vouchers for complimentary coffee, but the coffee itself was disappointing and not worth recommending. Finally, the billing process lacked transparency. The hotel did not explain the charges or temporary holds on our card during check-in. Instead, we had to notice the deductions ourselves by checking our bank account and then call the hotel to ask for an explanation. Overall, this was not a great experience. Between the slow service, excessive noise, poor coffee, and lack of communication regarding charges, I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to others.
