    Love sitting at the pool.

The staff is always really nice and the rooms are always very clean. The views are classic Waikiki and we just love the old school island vibes here. When it cools down at night, there's a great cross breeze! The bellhop got all our hella heavy luggage up here very quick and he was a really nice guy! Housekeeping had the room so clean and the ac on for us! Will book again for next June- next time we're trying the penthouse room, our goals to do a week in each room type that holds 4 lol.

    Gifties!

Stayed at the Wayfinder for a couple of nights for our minimoon (plus I wanted to use up my credit for CSR). Staff were really cute and decorated our room and left snacks/wine for us! Our room was a bit noisy as it faced the street, but I guess they must have known as they left earplugs for us. The pool was also always very busy and sometimes there weren't even any pool chairs. It's a cute hotel but definitely not luxury by my standards. More like an affordable beachy getaway kind of vibe. Would come back if we're looking for a deal, but not if we're looking for peace and quiet.

When I booked Wayfinder through founders card I was a little apprehensive. Little did I know, this hotel is a perfect hidden gem. I would say everything is perfect except for a couple things. Check in is easy. Valet parking is $50 a day with unlimited access. Depending on the time of day, front desk is hit or miss. Our second day I asked if there were small coolers to rent like the Igloo one they have displayed on the shelf. The gal on the morning on 2/27/26 was very unpleasant. She wouldn't look up or away from her monitor to answer questions to give me 2 minutes of her time. I was bothering her. We have the pool room which is very nice and spacious. Theres no elevator but the second floor was easy to access for us. There's a cute screen door that allows the outside breeze to come in as well. We also had a pull out couch, microwave, fridge with plates and utensils. The furnishings are simple but feel clean and neatly appointed. Couple suggestions I would make is a full length mirror somewhere in the room and a couple more outlets for power. Otherwise the room Is perfect. Now what I didn't enjoy is the small children using the jacuzzi the past couple days. Some of these children were left alone with floaties in the jacuzzi. Now I get the pool isn't as warm but 5-6 small children with swim diapers in the jacuzzi left unattended is not acceptable. Not sure if the hotel can control this. I'm still giving 4 stars because the property is very nice and not what I expected at all compared to a major chain hotel.

Overall had a great stay at Wayfinder Waikiki! Check-in was super smooth, and the staff throughout our stay was great! They offer valet parking only which was $55 / night at the time of our stay. If you want to try to avoid paying for parking, there is street parking on Ala Wai Blvd which is adjacent to the hotel, so the walk is not far at all. This is a very busy street though and parking can be hard to find, so I would only try to do this if you're willing to be patient and think it's worth trying to find free parking. Also be aware of the street sweeping schedule! The hotel has a small cafe that serves coffee, tea and pastries during the day and a restaurant, Redfish, which has breakfast/brunch and dinner services. They're both very convenient. They also have a pool with a jacuzzi, and a pool-side bar. We had a welcome drink at check-in so we were able to try one of their drinks and have a keepsake cup from the trip! The room itself was quite nice - it felt clean and overall well-maintained. I believe these rooms were renovated recently, so that could be why. The only slight downside is the noise from outside does come through the windows pretty easily - if you're a light sleeper that might be a bit bothersome. The other issue that we experienced during our stay was related to the elevators. There was only one working elevator and it was extremely slow. At some point we just started taking the stairs exclusively because waiting for the elevator was rather frustrating. I also appreciated that they offered different amenities for rental! We were able to rent out beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, and a GoPro during our stay! The GoPro was great to use, but of course you will need to transfer your footage and clear out the memory card before you return it, so if you plan on using this, bring a device for transferring footage! Location-wise, the hotel is just down the street from Waikiki Beach, so it's a very close walk! This made it super convenient to get to all the shops and food spots in the area!

Poke nachos - only $12 at happy hour and soo yummy!

HIGHLY recommend staying here!! Wayfinder has so much to offer that I wasn't even expecting! Great location, very short walk to the beach and near all the restaurants, shopping and grocery store. We didn't rent a car and did not find it necessary because we were so close to everything. If you want to go on a hike anywhere then you'll have to uber or rent a car. Their food and cocktails are really yummy, definitely worth the prices. Their happy hour food and drinks are a great deal too! They have amazing customer service, from management to bartenders and servers to the poolside service. Their prices are so worth it with all the ammenities you get! You get a welcome drink, breakfast voucher, some snacks in your room, free boogie board and towel rentals, various free classes and activities everyday, they have sunscreen and aloe for everyone to use at the pool, they will randomly walk around and hand out popsicles at the pool too! On Fridays they have a pool party with a DJ. They have a bunch of pool floats in the pool, one of the employees has her jewelry making stand there and she sells very affordable, adorable jewelry, and they also walk around and hand out snacks for free during the pool party! Everything was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The pool was never overly crowded which was so nice; we never had a hard time finding a chair. We really enjoyed our stay and will 100% be staying here anytime I return to the Waikiki area.

    Gorgeous uncrowded pool area

The room was small and stuffy for four people, but for one our two it would be just fine. I found it to be conveniently located in the heart of Waikiki and the grounds were well-kept. The pool was beautiful. They provided sunscreen and aloe there which was a nice touch. It wasn't crowded and the lounge chairs were in the shade. The restaurant there was really good and everyone who works at this hotel is very friendly. It's a nice small boutique hotel amidst corporate giants. It was reasonably priced and I would stay here again!

Loved our recent stay at the Wayfinder Waikīkī! We were looking for a hotel in Waikiki near the beach - one that wouldn't break the budget, but was also safe & clean. Honestly, we weren't expecting much when we first booked this hotel because there had been some reviews about construction noise, and the photos of the room decor looked like it would either be a cute tropical vibe or possibly tacky. So glad it turned out to be the former! The exterior of the hotel seemed unassuming from the road, but the open lobby area (cozy seating, warm lighting, wood ceiling, stone accents) and entering our room made such a great first impression. While there was some nearby construction, we didn't notice much (if any) noise during the early morning or evening. In fact, it seemed quieter than the hotels on the main roads (Ala Moana Blvd). Our stay included a free welcome drink (alcoholic & non-alcoholic options) from the poolside bar, a small discount for a meal at the hotel's restaurant (which by the way, has fantastic poké!), and complimentary GoPro camera, beach chair, & boogie board rentals. While the saltwater pool is on the smaller side, there was a decent amount of poolside loungers and tables, and it's big enough to get a few laps in. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer to enjoy the pool & room more! Would happily return upon my next visit to Waikiki.

Free drinks at the pool with check in token

Nice hotel, but a bit off the main drag downtown and the rooms are small. We squeezed 3 people in the room and it was tight. On the bright side, they have free GoPro rentals for the day and workout classes. We took a morning stretching class and it was great! They also offer free drink tokens at the pool bar when you check in. We had brunch at the restaurant downstairs and it was surprisingly delicious! Nice surprise!

Redeemed our complimentary drinks ! Cheers !

I enjoyed my recent staycation here at the Wayfinder! My man had booked us a staycation for NYE/New years and what better way to ring in a new year than a hotel stay?! The hotel was pleasantly nice and had quite the aesthetic. It had scenic views and I liked that the Wayfinder was conveniently located on a busy street. And in a good area of Waikiki considering Waikiki can be difficult to navigate due to the never ending chaos 24/7. We honestly didn't expect much since there were mixed reviews of this place when we had originally looked for hotels in the past. But overall I am happy we took the chance and stayed here. Our stay consisted of bottled water and candy waiting for us as we arrived to the room. Along with complimentary tokens to redeem (alcoholic or non alcoholic beverages), which I thought was very generous and cool of the hotel to offer and we redeemed right after our night swim at their pool! They also gave a 15% off discount for RedFish Poke Bar since it's located in the lobby of the hotel! Many other amenities & services were included in the stay along with gym access & other special perks for us guests. And we had a great view of the city from our room, as well as having a nice cozy cute room. I also thought it was a nice touch for them to include robes in our closet which we ended up using to watch the fireworks at midnight. Their pool was huge (in my opinion), which I appreciated since it was spacious and people like me who don't like to be around many people , I could be in my own space. My man and I were fortunate since the time we swam was in the early evening so thanks to our luck we were really the only ones in the pool. Also , may i add in , I'm glad that the pool is salt water. As a girl who has sensitive skin , salt water is way gentler and calmer on the skin than chlorine. Since many pools tend to have chlorine in it. We didn't get to use the hot tub since there were many people in it , but I'm sure it was lovely. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. When we didn't know where the ice maker machine was , the kind worker at the front desk offered to fill our container up right there for us. And she also directed us to the machine , I think it's nice they put the ice maker in a good spot on the floor where it's accessible to all us guests. Also to add in , my only downsides from the stay were that the bathroom was a bit small and there was a time we needed to reach housekeeping but nobody answered ( but I understand it was a busy holiday season , so I assume it may have been difficult to get ahold of someone due to that fact ) . Overall I enjoyed my stay and as a local , it's always nice to get out of routine to play 'tourist' and enjoy a good staycation with a loved one! 10/10 for me , I'd definitely return in the future!

    noisy hallway with no soundproof

3-star is the most accurate rating this hotel should have. Yes, they have all the renovation and it looks cute, but they need to do a little more to get to a higher rating. Pro: - cute design - good location - 15% off Red Fish restaurant, 1 free welcome drink at the Pool side bar - spacious enough. I read so many reviews saying the room is small. People need to remember this is a boutique hotel. Go get a room in traditional full-service hotels like Sheraton, Hyatt, Hilton if you want an "American standard" room size. - check-in is quick and staff is friendly Cons: - only 1 elevator works. Average wait-time is 5+ minutes, not including peak hours. - they give you earplugs for free for a reason. The noise level is super high here and soundproof doesn't exist. Hallway noise, footstep noise, nextdoor guest's noise, car honking and traffic noise, car blasting music noise, all kind of noise you can get. - AC maintenance at night??!! They left a note that an AC towel is clean from 10PM to 6AM Thursday night through Friday morning, requesting guests not to turn the AC on since there's no cold air flowing out. They should have sent the notification out when confirming the booking just so guests can plan this in advance. - sticky floor. They need to do better on the cleaning. - super soft bed. My lower back screamed for help after one night because the bed was super soft and sunk down to the frame - no lock on the balcony door - trash smell all over the hallway at 8AM when the trash trucks go around to collect.

Such a cute experience for NYE! Great view for the city fireworks. Valeting my car was easy, check in was a breeze and I booked a Corner Premium View Kind Bed with Lanai (kamaaina price) on the 13th floor. I appreciated the 2 freed drink tokens for the pool area, but unfortunately I didn't get to visit the pool because I did a yoga class at the beach and then some shopping on the strip before the fireworks. I used the 15% off coupon for the Redfish restaurant, the food was amazing and I ordered more to go. The hotel room was so cute and cozy. I wish there was a thicker or cozy throw blanket for the evening, just my personal preference. The soap and hand lotion smelled amazing. Would have loved to see more local art on the walls in the hallways and in the room. Lanai was easy to access and very clean, the sliding doors to both lanai doors could maybe use some WD-40 and new sealing around edges to help keep out noise. The streets can be noisy at night but I appreciate the earplugs that were provide. I played white noise and slept just fine. I was a little bummed about the options for sale at the cafe downstairs. I bought a super cute shirt but definitely wanted some stickers and other small things... they seemed to be sold out of a lot. I went back twice to look and everything was picked over and a little unkept. Overall a 10/10 from me. I live here and will come back again soon with friends.

Needed to stay here for 6 days and 5 nights because we are doing some renos at our place. We have an elderly dog that can't walk long distances so need to be close to grass for her to pee. This was great and even better than I expected! It was easy to book on their website and with kamaaina rates is very reasonable! It's pet friendly - $35/night and $49/night valet parking. Kamaaina is half off valet. I like that it has the parking in the building underneath so close by and all the valet guys are nice and friendly! There is a simple open lobby area where you pull up to the entrance and you can just chill whenever. Redfish restaurant, B-side cafe are right out front as well and pool and gym is a little in the back of redfish. Seems like all the employees are friendly and cool with each other which is nice, it's not all separate. When you check in, they give you a 15% coupon to redfish and a free drink token to any of the three places including the pool I guess they have fancy drinks too. Wifi, small mini fridge/cooler - don't expect it to be like a regular fridge but tip put 2-3 small ziplock baggies full of ice and that should keep some stuff like drinks cold. They also said housekeeping comes every 3 days but you can call and request to come whenever to change bedding and I think they come daily to change towels and trash. I called couple times needing help with the tv channels or lights and the front desk and maintenance/housekeeping were helpful and quick to attend to us and I wasn't waiting a long time! The shower and room were pretty clean and I like the lighting where you can dim it. In the shower it's a little dark because the curtains but I wish they put some non slip mat as it got a little slippery so be careful. One thing to note - the beds were a little too soft like it sank in the back area. Wish housekeeping mopped or used the wet sweeper first as some parts of the floor were sticky - bring some house slippers or just wear your regular ones inside. They have ice machine on 8th and 6th floors I believe. I really felt comfortable at this hotel and will def be back if need a place to stay and recommend to others esp locals.

    Accessibility room on 4th floor
    Susan H.

The property was very nice. We received an accessibility room on the fourth floor. We don't require an accessible room, however, I quite enjoyed the extra bars in the shower to hold on to in case of slippage. I did notice the shower had a moisturizer instead of a conditioner bottle which seemed strange to have in the shower. Otherwise, I was just missing a kettle and the room would have been perfect. The earplugs came in handy to sleep as the glass was single pane. We received a welcome token each for a free Pina colada or beer at the poolside bar. The pool itself has lots of loungers but they do fill up quick in the sunny afternoons. All the staff were very kind and made our stay the best! The food on site was fantastic. We received a 15% off coupon to try out the restaurant. Shoutout to Duane in the restaurant for the excellent service and providing some tips for things to do during our next trip to Hawaii.

Hotel offers different types of pillows in the room and spare blanket in armoire. Also in the armoire is hangers, an ironing board and steaming iron, which came in handy for those wrinkled linen shirts mashed in my suitcase. The Bathroom. - one sink with a little counter top space but sufficient. The toilet was also bidet in the master bath. The shower pressure on 21st is ok but low, but it did the job. The Ac in room was awesome! It gets super cold, if you need it, quickly. It was nice for those hot humid days of walking in Waikiki. It had an In-room mini fridge and bar sink with 4 real drinking glasses, which I like. Hated there was no freezer in the mini fridge But the bell hop station offers to freeze ice packs, or whatever you need, for you. We had 3 sliding doors with west views and moderate views of Waikiki beach. The Second bedroom has own bath with also a single sink, toilet and shower- No bidet. The room/bedding/bathrooms were clean with no mold in the showers. The furniture showed a little wear but nothing excessive. The Elevators were fast! The pool, mangers reception and breakfast are all on the 4th Floor (terrace level). Breakfast was typical of Embassy Suites, I like the made to order omelette which makes it much better. Lots of fresh fruit and even some miso soup and other Japanese/Hawaiian offerings. The Staff was awesome and super friendly. I Used valet every day. Great service, fast and practical IMO but hard to swallow the daily fee. The hotel was attacked to the Waikiki beach walk. Island vintage coffee was a regular stop for coffee and sometimes breakfast. Order coffee or food to go online after 8am to save a ton of time standing in line. Hotel was Very close to all ththe shops. Awesome location. Much better location than Hilton Hawaiian village location!!! Our fav restaurant close by the hotel was Kana Pilla and Monkey Pod, which were across the street. Make sure to make Open Table reservations for both way ahead of time. I did mine 2 months out. Housekeeping willing to clean and supply new towels daily however linens are not cleaned but every 5 day, unless you request it, which they are happy to do! Views from 21st floor were awesome and all 21st floor rooms had extensive balconies. 3 sliding doors. Keep in mind Ac doesn't work, yes the fan blows, when the doors are open!! It's too humid at night to sleep with them open so we had them open for select times, mostly am. There's a Washer/dryer laundry room on site, 3rd floor only. It was Very convenient especially packing 4 days of clothes for a 10 day trip so our suitcases weren't stuffed . Use laundry room on sundays/mon or late evenings when people are too busy arriving and leaving. $5.25 to each wash load and I think $4.75 to dry. Washers only wash with cold which I like. Perm press on dryer seemed to dry all our shirts and socks well. We hung our nice Aloha shirts on the hangers in the room and they dried within a day. Washer and dryers take credit cards. Yes they're is a soap machine that also takes credit cards. I didn't use and just bought soap from ABC. ABC stores are EVERYWHERE so don't lug around suntan lotion or waters in your suitcase. Just buY at ABC which is only 20 steps away. FYI ABC doesn't no GIVE out bags for items unless you spend over a certain amount. ANC bags cost like .50 cents. ABC has Awesome poke and alcohol (spirit and beer) choices. Yes single purchase tall beers too. Don't forget the free brief fireworks show in front of the Hilton Hawaii Village on Friday nights only. We saw them set off at 7:45p by the lagoon. It's amazing how many people attend so be prepared for the crowds to and from. Big tip: make open table reservations for all your restaurants months ahead! All places are super busy until about 8:45 pm on most nights. Hope I helped.

Halepuna Hotel This…read moreis a review of my experience staying at the Halepuna Hotel, located in Waikiki. I booked my stay via Costco Travel recommendations. WORDS TO DESCRIBE Halepuna Hotel: Modern, clean, safe, economically and environmentally friendly (bamboo room cards, water dispensers for your reusable water bottles), bright, airy, quality service in hospitality and room service LOCATION I loved staying at the Halepuna Hotel. It was centrally located at the beach walk, so ABC Store, shops, restaurants, and the beach were all within walking distance. *It was difficult finding the location of the hotel, when we first arrived. There was no big sign that you can spot, while you're driving, so my landmarks I always looked for were the ABC Store and Denny's. STAFF/SERVICE: Everyone that we came across during our stay was very friendly, generous, kind, and attentive. A shoutout to the Valet Service crew, especially RJ. There's an ABC Deli right next door and that is very convenient!!! The rooms were clean and the bed and pillows were great! Still our favorite hotel for our family staycation! We've been coming to Hilton Hawaiian Village…read morefor years and have stayed in just about every tower except one, and we've enjoyed each experience. We're not high-maintenance travelers--we simply appreciate the opportunity to spend quality time together, and every stay here creates lasting memories. One of our favorite conveniences is the ABC Stores on the property. They're reasonably priced and have surprisingly good sushi and poke bowls for a quick meal. This summer visit was noticeably busier than our fall stays. The pools were definitely crowded, and the village was packed with tourists. While people say tourism is down, that certainly wasn't our experience--it felt very lively throughout our stay. Instead of driving, we used Lyft to visit the Waikīkī International Market Place, which ended up being much cheaper than paying for parking and was well worth it. During this trip, we stayed in the Kalia Tower and loved our room's view overlooking the ocean, lagoon, harbor, and even the marketplace below. My husband also enjoyed using the fitness center. He mentioned it was busiest in the mornings and mid-afternoons, so evenings seemed like the best time to work out. One of the highlights of our stay was our daily feathered visitor--a pigeon that stopped by to greet us every day, which became a fun little tradition. Overall, we had another wonderful stay and made more great family memories. We're already looking forward to coming back again next year!

With all respect to the Hilton family, The Hilton name should be removed from this iconic property…read more It's an embarrassment to say the least. The Hilton accomodation standards are shamefully missing from this iconic resort. After reading several reviews and confirming that the iconic Rainbow Tower just completed its multi million dollar renovation, I secured a Rainbow Kai High-Floor Oceanfront room. Room 2719. The room view was spectacular however the room itself was not Hilton comfortable. Decor was nice but not what we anticipated it would be. After our first night it became obvious that the multi million dollar tower renovation was cosmetic only. A/C system was noisy and not adequate enough for sleeping comfortably. Mini fridge leaked water on floor. Hot water in Shower/Tub/Sink took between 4 - 6 1/2 minutes to get warm/hot. NO EXAGGERATION Closet had a musty odor and wooden hangers that were absolutely disgusting and should have been discarded years ago. The super (main) pool was littered with leaves and debris with zero upkeep maintenance. The tower elevators were another issue. The elevator lobby facade was updated but that was it. The wait for an elevator was absolutley ridiculous. The tower has 6 cars with smart technology. Once inside you couldn't help notice how old they were. Loose wires, dirty mirrors as well as creeks, bangs, scrapes. Definitely an unnerving experience. The Hotel wait staff were very friendly and hospitable although no one stood out for name recognition. The MOD (Manager on Duty) did provide a $200 and $100 resort credit for the hot water issues. She did indicate that the recently completed renovation was a cosmetic upgrade only and that interior building components (Water pipes, elevator mechanical upgrades etc.) were not included. The Rainbow Tower was originally completed and opened in 1968 The property itself is expansive. The beach, lagoon, pools, shops and restaurants are all located on property within a 5-10 minute walk. Conveinant ride share area as well as Charley's Taxi service for an immediate ride with 24 hour availability at the bell stand. While Park Hotels and Resorts fully funded the capital improvements as the property owner, the daily resort operation and management remain under the Hilton brand. Such a shame.

One of the important standards I look for in a hotel stay, is a focus on supporting locals. For me, if there's a Starbucks in the lobby, then I'm already disappointed. This hotel has one of my favorite local chain cafes, Honolulu Coffee Company. The only local café that has consistently made perfect crema foe decades. Starbucks baristas are not trained for this. The hotel also has restaurants with lots of local flavor. The sushi buffet is amazing but difficult to get a reservation on the weekends. 100 Sails also has a buffet though ordering ala cart seemed like the best choice for us. Best place to view the Friday fireworks. Our only disappointment was how much street noise we could hear throughout the night, even though we were on the 28th floor.

We booked the Club Premier package, and we felt it was worth it because breakfast at 100 Sails Restaurant on the 3rd floor was excellent every morning. One thing to keep in mind is that parking is not included with your stay and must be paid for separately, which is something to factor into the overall cost. One big concern was the snacks on the 5th floor. We came across moldy bread, which was definitely concerning. I would think the staff would check the food before putting it out, especially considering this is not a cheap hotel. I loved that we could grab coffee every morning from Honolulu Coffee without having to leave the hotel. The lines can get long, but the service is fairly quick. The staff, overall, were not very welcoming and often seemed serious. However, on Monday, June 29, there was an older woman who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She really stood out and made us feel appreciated. One other issue was that the body wash in our room was never refilled, so we ended up not having any during our stay. We also requested a later check out and our key cards aren't working. The front desk never mentioned anything about need to change keys cards if we had a later check out and now we're outside our rooms having to go back downstairs and change our key cards. And they were making it complicated because they wanted my drivers license even though it's in the room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the beautiful views, great amenities, and delicious breakfast made it a memorable family vacation.

I stayed at this outrigger property 2 nights from March 6, 2026-March 8, 2026…read more When I checked in I was informed since my stay was for 2 nights if I needed to have my room cleaned to let housekeeping know. Once my room became available I dropped off my luggage and then went directly to the beach. When I returned I did notice some areas of concern where the room was not very well cleaned. Instead of calling housekeeping I went directly downstairs to the front desk. Front desk personnel were busy as there were only 2 people assisting the long line of quests. I decided I'll just deal with the room uncleanliness later. Please be advised that I did take pictures. Once I checked out on Sunday, March 8th, I advised the front desk personnel my concerns. The manager Ira listened to my concerns as I showed her my pictures. She immediately apologized and ask that I email the pictures to their corporate office. Which I did once I arrived back to the mainland. In the room there's a finger or toenail clipping on the carpet between the console and couch. Also you can also see that portion of the carpet has not been vacuumed. The clothed bench in front of bed was extremely stained and filthy. So filthy that I covered the bench with a bath towel if I needed to sit down. Also the refrigerator was very dirty. I chose not to put any food items in the fridge because of this. Also the bottom of the toilet is stained with either fecal matter, urine or maybe it's rust. If so, clean it then use caulking. These are the concerns I have with room 403. Hopefully I'll be hearing from upper management in regards to my unpleasant stay in room 403. The best part of staying at this hotel was the show Auana which is located at this hotel. Needless to say I will not stay at this hotel again.

The front desk staff were very kind and helpful especially during the situation where our room was facing the construction across the street which ended up being a little loud for us so we had requested a new room away from that side and they had a room ready for us in 10 minutes with someone who came to move our luggage. Rooms were nice and clean and spacious we stayed in the diamond tower facing part of the parking garage with a view of part of the beach! It was still great to sit out on the balcony and watch the hustle and bustle of Waikīkī along with the sounds & views of the ocean! The location was across the street from the beach. They also have free beach towel dispenser which really came in handy but make sure you return it before midnight to avoid a charge! Lol. The parking garage was a little questionable as it is very tight and hard to find parking especially late at night so valet might be your best option or alerting the staff that there is no spot for self park they'll usually work something out to make sure you get one. The valet staff was friendly and efficient and everyone we interacted with was welcoming. Unfortunately, the room didn't match what I'd expect from a Hyatt Regency. There was a leaking bathroom faucet, a chipped sink, rust and water damage around the bathroom door, dark buildup around the shower fixture, heavily stained blackout curtains, visible dust and debris under the bed and dark spotting inside the bathroom vanity where clean towels were stored. The room also had numerous scuffs, patched walls and signs of deferred maintenance throughout. The location and staff saved the stay, but the condition of the room fell well below the standard I'd expect from this brand, especially at this price point.

The way this team handles tabs in this bar is abysmal. Right when I sat down, I was attempting to give my bartender my credit card to start a tab. They refused to accept my card and said don't worry about it, and that they'll take it after I'm done. I explicitly told the bartender that I was going over to the lawn right next to the bar (still in the restaurant area) to get a better view of the musical performance, drink in hand.
