Stayed at the Wayfinder for a couple of nights for our minimoon (plus I wanted to use up my credit for CSR). Staff were really cute and decorated our room and left snacks/wine for us! Our room was a bit noisy as it faced the street, but I guess they must have known as they left earplugs for us. The pool was also always very busy and sometimes there weren't even any pool chairs. It's a cute hotel but definitely not luxury by my standards. More like an affordable beachy getaway kind of vibe. Would come back if we're looking for a deal, but not if we're looking for peace and quiet.

    Love sitting at the pool.

The staff is always really nice and the rooms are always very clean. The views are classic Waikiki and we just love the old school island vibes here. When it cools down at night, there's a great cross breeze! The bellhop got all our hella heavy luggage up here very quick and he was a really nice guy! Housekeeping had the room so clean and the ac on for us! Will book again for next June- next time we're trying the penthouse room, our goals to do a week in each room type that holds 4 lol.

When I booked Wayfinder through founders card I was a little apprehensive. Little did I know, this hotel is a perfect hidden gem. I would say everything is perfect except for a couple things. Check in is easy. Valet parking is $50 a day with unlimited access. Depending on the time of day, front desk is hit or miss. Our second day I asked if there were small coolers to rent like the Igloo one they have displayed on the shelf. The gal on the morning on 2/27/26 was very unpleasant. She wouldn't look up or away from her monitor to answer questions to give me 2 minutes of her time. I was bothering her. We have the pool room which is very nice and spacious. Theres no elevator but the second floor was easy to access for us. There's a cute screen door that allows the outside breeze to come in as well. We also had a pull out couch, microwave, fridge with plates and utensils. The furnishings are simple but feel clean and neatly appointed. Couple suggestions I would make is a full length mirror somewhere in the room and a couple more outlets for power. Otherwise the room Is perfect. Now what I didn't enjoy is the small children using the jacuzzi the past couple days. Some of these children were left alone with floaties in the jacuzzi. Now I get the pool isn't as warm but 5-6 small children with swim diapers in the jacuzzi left unattended is not acceptable. Not sure if the hotel can control this. I'm still giving 4 stars because the property is very nice and not what I expected at all compared to a major chain hotel.

Best Boutique style hotel in Waikiki! This was a last minute decision, booked through Costco Travel and regretted nothing. Staff, great, poke spot onsite, greater! Pool was so chill and drinks

Overall had a great stay at Wayfinder Waikiki! Check-in was super smooth, and the staff throughout our stay was great! They offer valet parking only which was $55 / night at the time of our stay. If you want to try to avoid paying for parking, there is street parking on Ala Wai Blvd which is adjacent to the hotel, so the walk is not far at all. This is a very busy street though and parking can be hard to find, so I would only try to do this if you're willing to be patient and think it's worth trying to find free parking. Also be aware of the street sweeping schedule! The hotel has a small cafe that serves coffee, tea and pastries during the day and a restaurant, Redfish, which has breakfast/brunch and dinner services. They're both very convenient. They also have a pool with a jacuzzi, and a pool-side bar. We had a welcome drink at check-in so we were able to try one of their drinks and have a keepsake cup from the trip! The room itself was quite nice - it felt clean and overall well-maintained. I believe these rooms were renovated recently, so that could be why. The only slight downside is the noise from outside does come through the windows pretty easily - if you're a light sleeper that might be a bit bothersome. The other issue that we experienced during our stay was related to the elevators. There was only one working elevator and it was extremely slow. At some point we just started taking the stairs exclusively because waiting for the elevator was rather frustrating. I also appreciated that they offered different amenities for rental! We were able to rent out beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, and a GoPro during our stay! The GoPro was great to use, but of course you will need to transfer your footage and clear out the memory card before you return it, so if you plan on using this, bring a device for transferring footage! Location-wise, the hotel is just down the street from Waikiki Beach, so it's a very close walk! This made it super convenient to get to all the shops and food spots in the area!

Valet at 1pm - proof that it's been full even before 4pm

I am writing to formally bring it to attention a profoundly disappointing and unacceptable experience my family and I encountered at this property. We booked five rooms at the Wayfinder specifically to celebrate my 20th wedding vow renewal on July 11th, with our dinner reception hosted at RedFish. Instead of the celebratory atmosphere we anticipated, we were subjected to what I can only describe as the worst hospitality experience of my life. I was supposed to have other relaxing plans for today and yet here I am, writing this review as I have still not received any response nor acknowledgement from their leadership team. The primary issue stems from the unprofessional conduct of their front desk associate, Emiko, and a complete failure in service coordination. We arrived early to check in. Our rooms were not ready, so we were told we could leave our bags. From the outset, Emiko's demeanor was cold and dismissive, based on her facial expressions and body language; she did not greet us nor acknowledge if any of us had been helped before giving forms to sign. There was just simply no hint of aloha nor welcoming spirit. When my sister asked for directions to the restroom, Emiko pointed nonchalantly and said, "Right there". Most importantly, neither Emiko nor any other front desk staff informed us at this time about any limited parking situation. The valet sign already read Valet Full upon our arrival (which we have photo evidence of), yet no alternative solutions or explanations were offered. In fact, when my sister asked about parking, she just pointed to the valet and pointed while saying "Talk to the valet later!" Assuming the room was ready at 645pm, when we returned ready to rest from a very busy and long day, Emiko informed us that there was no valet space for our four vehicles and told us we would have to find street parking. When we explained that we had already checked in earlier, Emiko shifted blame onto us, claiming that parking was on a first-come, first-served basis and that if we had arrived early, we should have registered our cars to the valet. When we corrected her and noted that the valet was already full during our 1PM check-in, she argumentatively replied, "Oh, if you were here early, then the valet already rejected you." We had no idea what she meant by that. Not only did she imply that the situation was our fault, but also heightened our anxiety during an already stressful situation, at what is supposed to be a special and happy weekend for my entire family. Emiko offered zero assistance, showed no empathy, and made ZERO effort to de-escalate the situation. The other front desk associate present stood by and failed to intervene or offer an apology. When I requested a manager, Emiko passively agreed without any effort nor urgency to offer any solution. She then told us to "step aside so I can help other guests", treating us as an inconvenience rather than paying guests. Andrew, the valet officer-in-charge, stepped in to assist. While he was making phone calls to find a solution, Emiko continued to watch our group, make faces, and actively listen to our private conversation. She then walked over to argue with us further, at which point I informed her we were done speaking with her as Andrew was handling the matter. Andrew successfully secured spots for our four vehicles. As I followed him to our cars, I informed Emiko that leadership would be notified of her behavior. Multiple witnesses in my party heard Emiko snap back loudly, "Stop talking to me, too". She had the audacity to say that knowing there were no other guests present at this time. This level of hostility from a front-facing hospitality professional is utterly shocking. To rub salt into the wound, we returned from resolving the parking issue only to find our luggage left completely unmonitored in a corner. Hoping to give the staff the last opportunity to redeem themselves, we explicitly asked for assistance. Instead, we were just told there's a cart on the side or call bell assistance. Ultimately, we were forced to load and transport our own pieces of luggage onto the cart ourselves without any assistance. We chose the Wayfinder expecting a 4-star experience, particularly given the importance of our milestone anniversary. Instead, the day before my wedding vow renewal was tarnished by physical and emotional stress caused entirely by your front desk staff. While the valet team, specifically Andrew, should be commended for problem-solving, the behavior of your front desk staff--most notably Emiko--requires immediate disciplinary action and comprehensive re-training. Guests should never be treated with hostility, and I trust you will take the necessary steps to ensure this does not happen to future patrons.

Loved our recent stay at the Wayfinder Waikīkī! We were looking for a hotel in Waikiki near the beach - one that wouldn't break the budget, but was also safe & clean. Honestly, we weren't expecting much when we first booked this hotel because there had been some reviews about construction noise, and the photos of the room decor looked like it would either be a cute tropical vibe or possibly tacky. So glad it turned out to be the former! The exterior of the hotel seemed unassuming from the road, but the open lobby area (cozy seating, warm lighting, wood ceiling, stone accents) and entering our room made such a great first impression. While there was some nearby construction, we didn't notice much (if any) noise during the early morning or evening. In fact, it seemed quieter than the hotels on the main roads (Ala Moana Blvd). Our stay included a free welcome drink (alcoholic & non-alcoholic options) from the poolside bar, a small discount for a meal at the hotel's restaurant (which by the way, has fantastic poké!), and complimentary GoPro camera, beach chair, & boogie board rentals. While the saltwater pool is on the smaller side, there was a decent amount of poolside loungers and tables, and it's big enough to get a few laps in. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer to enjoy the pool & room more! Would happily return upon my next visit to Waikiki.

The room was small and stuffy for four people, but for one our two it would be just fine. I found it to be conveniently located in the heart of Waikiki and the grounds were well-kept. The pool was beautiful. They provided sunscreen and aloe there which was a nice touch. It wasn't crowded and the lounge chairs were in the shade. The restaurant there was really good and everyone who works at this hotel is very friendly. It's a nice small boutique hotel amidst corporate giants. It was reasonably priced and I would stay here again!

Nice hotel, but a bit off the main drag downtown and the rooms are small. We squeezed 3 people in the room and it was tight. On the bright side, they have free GoPro rentals for the day and workout classes. We took a morning stretching class and it was great! They also offer free drink tokens at the pool bar when you check in. We had brunch at the restaurant downstairs and it was surprisingly delicious! Nice surprise!

Redeemed our complimentary drinks ! Cheers !

I enjoyed my recent staycation here at the Wayfinder! My man had booked us a staycation for NYE/New years and what better way to ring in a new year than a hotel stay?! The hotel was pleasantly nice and had quite the aesthetic. It had scenic views and I liked that the Wayfinder was conveniently located on a busy street. And in a good area of Waikiki considering Waikiki can be difficult to navigate due to the never ending chaos 24/7. We honestly didn't expect much since there were mixed reviews of this place when we had originally looked for hotels in the past. But overall I am happy we took the chance and stayed here. Our stay consisted of bottled water and candy waiting for us as we arrived to the room. Along with complimentary tokens to redeem (alcoholic or non alcoholic beverages), which I thought was very generous and cool of the hotel to offer and we redeemed right after our night swim at their pool! They also gave a 15% off discount for RedFish Poke Bar since it's located in the lobby of the hotel! Many other amenities & services were included in the stay along with gym access & other special perks for us guests. And we had a great view of the city from our room, as well as having a nice cozy cute room. I also thought it was a nice touch for them to include robes in our closet which we ended up using to watch the fireworks at midnight. Their pool was huge (in my opinion), which I appreciated since it was spacious and people like me who don't like to be around many people , I could be in my own space. My man and I were fortunate since the time we swam was in the early evening so thanks to our luck we were really the only ones in the pool. Also , may i add in , I'm glad that the pool is salt water. As a girl who has sensitive skin , salt water is way gentler and calmer on the skin than chlorine. Since many pools tend to have chlorine in it. We didn't get to use the hot tub since there were many people in it , but I'm sure it was lovely. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. When we didn't know where the ice maker machine was , the kind worker at the front desk offered to fill our container up right there for us. And she also directed us to the machine , I think it's nice they put the ice maker in a good spot on the floor where it's accessible to all us guests. Also to add in , my only downsides from the stay were that the bathroom was a bit small and there was a time we needed to reach housekeeping but nobody answered ( but I understand it was a busy holiday season , so I assume it may have been difficult to get ahold of someone due to that fact ) . Overall I enjoyed my stay and as a local , it's always nice to get out of routine to play 'tourist' and enjoy a good staycation with a loved one! 10/10 for me , I'd definitely return in the future!

3-star is the most accurate rating this hotel should have. Yes, they have all the renovation and it looks cute, but they need to do a little more to get to a higher rating. Pro: - cute design - good location - 15% off Red Fish restaurant, 1 free welcome drink at the Pool side bar - spacious enough. I read so many reviews saying the room is small. People need to remember this is a boutique hotel. Go get a room in traditional full-service hotels like Sheraton, Hyatt, Hilton if you want an "American standard" room size. - check-in is quick and staff is friendly Cons: - only 1 elevator works. Average wait-time is 5+ minutes, not including peak hours. - they give you earplugs for free for a reason. The noise level is super high here and soundproof doesn't exist. Hallway noise, footstep noise, nextdoor guest's noise, car honking and traffic noise, car blasting music noise, all kind of noise you can get. - AC maintenance at night??!! They left a note that an AC towel is clean from 10PM to 6AM Thursday night through Friday morning, requesting guests not to turn the AC on since there's no cold air flowing out. They should have sent the notification out when confirming the booking just so guests can plan this in advance. - sticky floor. They need to do better on the cleaning. - super soft bed. My lower back screamed for help after one night because the bed was super soft and sunk down to the frame - no lock on the balcony door - trash smell all over the hallway at 8AM when the trash trucks go around to collect.

The Banyan Wing is the original Victorian-era building which is listed on National Historic Registry and houses the main lobby and restaurant. The number of guests and visitor who circulate through this property daily is incredible. Including the Tower and Surfrider Wings, it has 791 rooms. Our Tower room had a great covered patio with incredible views of Waikiki and Diamond Head. We spent a lot of time on the patio watching the surfers, catamarans, and enjoying the island breeze. Our balcony was spectacular :o Our room was updated and very comfortable. I understand the owners completed a full renovation of all rooms in 2026. The beach bar is one of the best in the world. Cold cocktails, beer and wine. Good service. Great views! The drawbacks.... The pool is small and very crowded, especially for 791 rooms. With that said everyone in the pool was smiling and having fun. The beach is also pretty small for such a massive hotel. At high tide the hotel only has about 30 feet of beachfront and it is a public beach so it is crowded Rio style. For us this was not a drawback as we love Waikiki, the birthplace of Hawaiian surfing, and spend most of our time in the surf. Hawaii and Waikiki is one of the few places that completely lives us to the hype year after year and generation after generation. We can't wait to return. Aloha & Mahalo

So much history as shown throughout the resort especially on the second floor, but also the open Victorian architecture which presents a relaxing atmosphere. Our friends thought we were "rich" for being able to stay here but I don't recall the prices being too different than other hotels in the area. We also got a great offering through the American Express card. We arrived on island early afternoon and attempted to stay up as late as possible. However, we were given a room on the second floor of the historic side of the hotel where they host events on the patio area outside our room. While we were trying to sleep at 8-9pm, a festive wedding was going on with their DJ blasting music, people dancing, yelling, the DJ trying to motivate the audience, etc. It was not a fun night as my wife complained to the hotel staff about the noise interfering with our ability to sleep. It's not the fact the wedding was occuring, but rather the fact the hotel staff didn't let us know they were putting us next to the hotel night club of sorts. Hawaii is typically laid back and quiet, which this was not. The hotel staff sympathisized and mentioned the wedding would be finished by 10pm which it was, and tried to make things better. On day 3 around 4am, the hotel fire alarm sounded and advised everyone to vacate the building. When we vacated, we learned it was a false alarm. This was our last day at the Moana Surfrider which we assumed was a sign the resort wasn't meant to be a relaxing experience for us. The hotel has activities associated with the resort fee such as yoga, that we registered for. It was my first time doing yoga despite mention by my wife over the years to do it. I figured it would be a pleasant surprise for her if I signed us up, and it was a great class out on the same patio area as the wedding. I won't say it was fun for me, but it was an experience that we both enjoyed. The room itself was small which I assume is because it was part of the historic side of the hotel. There wasn't a balcony which we've come to appreciate especially in Hawaii to be able to go outside, view the water, and smell the air. Instead there was a window which we tried to orient ourselves in to get a picture of us with our welcome leis and Waikiki Beach in the background. Very challenging to appreciate a window as well as find space in the room to lay out two large suitcases without having to relocate furniture. The shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor as the cracks in the glass were not sealed so there was a constant wet towel on the floor. The bathroom in general didn't seem very modern considering the hotel had recently undergone years of modernization. Housekeeping was good and treated us well with towels and drinking water. I believe the Tower rooms of the hotel might be more modern and larger, as well as away from the event area of the hotel. I think we would look at other options in the future as we also spent a few days each during this trip at the Sheraton and The Royal Hawaiian which provided a much different experience in comparison.

It was centrally located at the beach walk, so ABC Store, shops, restaurants, and the beach were all within walking distance. *It was difficult finding the location of the hotel, when we first arrived. There was no big sign that you can spot, while you're driving, so my landmarks I always looked for were the ABC Store and Denny's. STAFF/SERVICE: Everyone that we came across during our stay was very friendly, generous, kind, and attentive. A shoutout to the Valet Service crew, especially RJ. He gave us recommendations for where to go. He always made us smile and laugh with his jokes. Thank you Uncle! My biggest issue with the hotel is that it's showing its age. The rooms and facilities feel outdated, and I don't think the current room rates reflect the condition of the property. Also, if you're looking to save on parking, park by the pier instead. It's much more affordable than paying the hotel's $65 per day parking fee.

I worked incredibly hard to bring my family to Hawaii, and I am extremely disappointed that so much of our time at Hilton Hawaiian Village was spent dealing with problems that should never have become our responsibility. Over three nights, we experienced two separate water leaks and repeated hot-water issues. These weren't minor inconveniences--they significantly disrupted our family vacation. The worst night, I slept approximately two hours. With water leaking into our room, I chose to stay awake and deal with the situation myself because I didn't want maintenance repeatedly coming into the room and waking my 1-year-old and 3-year-old children. Instead of resting and enjoying the next day with my family, I was exhausted because I had essentially spent the night protecting my children's sleep while dealing with the hotel's maintenance problem. That is unacceptable at a resort of this caliber. Management eventually provided compensation, and I appreciate that they acknowledged the situation. However, I absolutely do not believe the compensation matched the severity of what we experienced. I didn't work all year and spend thousands of dollars bringing my family to Hawaii to spend a significant portion of our vacation calling guest services, dealing with leaks, worrying about hot water, and effectively helping manage Hilton's property. Money can be refunded. Vacation time with my children cannot. For the price and reputation of this resort, our experience fell dramatically below what any family should reasonably expect.

Best service. We booked a stay last minute because of a power outage and then had to book subsequent nights which made explaining and moving rooms a bit messy but front desk was on top of it every single time. Even if I had spoken with a different person, they kept impeccable notes and went above and beyond to help us. I am beyond grateful that even though we had to deal with craziness of the hurricane, this hotel was the bright spot in our day. Cleanliness was also good. Out of the 3 rooms we had, I only called housekeeping once for a minor pillowcase and sheet change which they did immediately and apologized for. I recommend this hotel to all and look forward to staying here for pleasure in the future too.

We stayed at the Diamond Tower and since we requested to be on a high floor, we were given the 30th floor; which was great! The room was clean and spacious. It was unfortunate that rooms don't have balconies. Views were awesome. We had a rental car, so we had to pay the daily $45 parking fee for self-park. Staff do work slow though... there were times where we had to wait a long time for the front desk staff. Overall, we had a good time here at this Hotel.

I mentioned to Caren that this was a special birthday trip for me, and she truly went above and beyond to make sure my stay felt special. Caren took the time to look into different options and was able to find me an upgrade at a very reasonable price with a MUCH better view -- and I am absolutely blown away! The view is breathtaking, and I genuinely cannot stop looking at it. It completely changed the experience for me and made my birthday stay feel that much more special. On top of that, Caren even gave me a sweet birthday welcome gift since they were out of the chocolates they normally provide. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really showed how much she cared about making sure I felt welcomed and celebrated. I truly appreciate all of the time, effort, and kindness Caren showed me. She turned what could have been a small disappointment into such a positive experience and made sure my stay started off as a 10/10. Customer service like this makes such a difference, especially when you're celebrating a milestone birthday away from home. Thank you so much, Caren, for helping make my 30th birthday in Hawaii even more memorable!

I stayed at this outrigger property 2 nights from March 6, 2026-March 8, 2026…read more When I checked in I was informed since my stay was for 2 nights if I needed to have my room cleaned to let housekeeping know. Once my room became available I dropped off my luggage and then went directly to the beach. When I returned I did notice some areas of concern where the room was not very well cleaned. Instead of calling housekeeping I went directly downstairs to the front desk. Front desk personnel were busy as there were only 2 people assisting the long line of quests. I decided I'll just deal with the room uncleanliness later. Please be advised that I did take pictures. Once I checked out on Sunday, March 8th, I advised the front desk personnel my concerns. The manager Ira listened to my concerns as I showed her my pictures. She immediately apologized and ask that I email the pictures to their corporate office. Which I did once I arrived back to the mainland. In the room there's a finger or toenail clipping on the carpet between the console and couch. Also you can also see that portion of the carpet has not been vacuumed. The clothed bench in front of bed was extremely stained and filthy. So filthy that I covered the bench with a bath towel if I needed to sit down. Also the refrigerator was very dirty. I chose not to put any food items in the fridge because of this. Also the bottom of the toilet is stained with either fecal matter, urine or maybe it's rust. If so, clean it then use caulking. These are the concerns I have with room 403. Hopefully I'll be hearing from upper management in regards to my unpleasant stay in room 403. The best part of staying at this hotel was the show Auana which is located at this hotel. Needless to say I will not stay at this hotel again.

La Mer is a one of a kind French experience and Orchids is fantastic for any meal of the day. Just outside the hotel is a delightful oceanfront park where the hotel hosted yoga each day. A highlight for me. Great poolside service. The beach is small, so if you are looking to lounge on the beach, that's not really much of an option. This hotel is a member of the Leading Hotels of the World. So you know it has the highest standards. That brand has never steered me wrong. And the fact that it is not under a massive hotel chain umbrella means it can maintain its authentic individuality. The restroom is in the restaurant area. I never once left the restaurant throughout the entire evening. I was simply on my way to pick up my drink from the seating area and then head to the bar to pay. He told me I was "going the wrong way" when the way I was going would have led to me to the bar... The way this team handles tabs in this bar is abysmal. Right when I sat down, I was attempting to give my bartender my credit card to start a tab. They refused to accept my card and said don't worry about it, and that they'll take it after I'm done. I explicitly told the bartender that I was going over to the lawn right next to the bar (still in the restaurant area) to get a better view of the musical performance, drink in hand. They said go ahead. Nobody should be treated like this

The stay was because we didn't have electricity after hurricane Lala. It was such an amazing stay what started as 3 days/2 nights extended to 6 days! We were greeted at the valet $55 a night. Service is great- they had our vehicle ready at 6am for work. There is no self parking. However they are very efficient! The lobby is on the 7th floor- so helpful - Ayumi helped to extend our stay. We met her at check in also. All the staff are pretty helpful and nice. The rooms are so comfortable and the kitchenette is not the normal "kitchenette". The stove has 2 hot plates- no oven. A microwave. The dishware and cutlery. Subzero mini fridge & freezer. Breville toaster & blender. Zoriushi rice pot. Nespresso make and pods. The knives are German made Zwilling. Impressive. The sofa bed was comfortable - the mattress was like a memory foam type?! Or it felt like it. The gym has dumbbells up to 75#, yoga mats, medicine balls, kettlebell, cardio machines- bike- treadmill- elliptical and even a peleton too, they have circuit training cables and machines. Even filtered water, cold towels, fruits and towels to use. The infinity pool and hot tub were a joy. They offer towel service, lounge chairs, drink service, and complementary smoothie and ice cream with toppings (caramel, chocolate, and sprinkles) The business center or library has computers (good speed too), phone charger, printer and couch with additional chairs. There were 2 newspapers on the table the other day. Convenient. The restaurants: Bloom for breakfast and Kini Room. They also have a bar at the lobby. And a lil coffee shop. TRANQUILITY! 4.8…read more We stayed here during the first half of our most recent trip to the island, mainly to compare it with another property/residence that we really like and wanted to make a direct comparison. We also used our American Express Platinum Hotel Credit benefit, and it was great that this hotel qualified for it. Ka Laʻi is one block from the beach, backing up to Fort DeRussy Park, a military reservation, and is surrounded by many shops and restaurants, especially along Luxury Row, which is a non-negotiable visit for us. There is so much aloha felt here, with the staff always greeting us with genuine smiles and a willingness to help. The hotel is quiet and soothing, perfect for a relaxing stay. We checked in seamlessly and were provided with cold, refreshing water upon our arrival. Our room was spacious and felt very cozy, with beige carpet and tile flooring, brown furniture, and dark cabinetry in the kitchen. In the seating area, there was a large full-size sofa, an upholstered side chair, and a coffee table. The long dresser and closet provided plenty of storage. A lovely welcome treat was left in our room: two Ka Laʻi reusable water bottles, Hawaiian semi-sweet chocolate, and Beach Brittle. These items were a very nice touch. If you feel inclined to enjoy more Beach Brittle, you can purchase it downstairs in the small shop next to the spa. The bathroom had a double-sink vanity with plenty of counter space, which is a must for me, a large soaking tub, and a wet shower area. It was a generously sized bathroom with plenty of room to move around. Our stay included a wonderful breakfast buffet at Inyō. There was an omelet station with a chef preparing made-to-order omelets, along with a variety of beautiful fresh fruit, hot and cold breakfast items, rice, and Asian-inspired bites. The infinity pool is located near the restaurant, Inyō. It's tiled in a beautiful blue that adds a nice contrast to the tan backdrop of the neighboring high-rise buildings. The pool is long and narrow, accented by a series of raised, tiled planter islands that provide a bit of privacy between guests. We were too busy to swim or enjoy the other amenities, but just walking around the grounds was incredibly relaxing. It's a very peaceful place to stay, unlike many of the larger hotel brands. The standout at this hotel was definitely the service. The staff always made eye contact, greeted us warmly, and either asked about or anticipated our needs. This is a hotel that is definitely worth returning to.
