The dentist, Dr. Bello, was professional, but my experience with the hygienist, Kelly, was extremely negative. At that time, I had just moved to the United States, did not speak English well, and naturally relied on my husband to communicate. Instead of showing understanding, Kelly made remarks suggesting that I was like a child depending on my husband. I found this deeply mocking and humiliating. During the cleaning, she smiled while inflicting pain on me, and it felt cruel and deliberate. As an Asian immigrant who couldn't speak English then, I felt that she treated me differently in a way she would not have treated other patients. That made the experience even more painful and isolating. I cannot confirm whether Kelly is still working there, but that experience left me with lasting trauma and a deep mistrust toward dental hygienists in America. In my opinion, no patient should ever be made to feel ridiculed or discriminated against because of language or cultural background.

They also wouldn't bill both my insurances. Turns out DeltaDental paid some of it so I had been billed almost $300 more. I had to call & get reimbursed. They only sent me part of amount so I had to call again! Then I had to submit another claim to Humana Dental when I found out they covered the extraction. The check for $436.77 incorrectly sent to Seattle Oral & not Mr since I paid for procedure out of pocket. Seattle Oral cashed check, never notifying me. Now I'm trying to get in touch with whoever handles this, after sending email, voice-mail, speaking with reception. I was told I'd hear back this morning & haven't yet. They've now kept my money 3x! I wonder how much money they've kept from other people​​

I got two other opinions from other oral surgeons, and that wasnt the case at all. I got my wisdom teeth removed easily with numbing shots, she gave incredibly irresponsible advice. Be aware of the pressure to be worked on while asleep. Also, the medical assistant is weirdly hostile too, wouldn't want to add that behavior/professionalism while in the vulnerable state of getting surgery.

He has performed a total of seven dental implants for me, including rebuilding the jawbone under two of them because of significant bone loss due to extractions 25 years ago. Dr. Nguyen devoted a great deal of uninterrupted time to my treatment so that he could achieve the best possible results. He truly did an exceptional job. After leaving his office after the most recent implant, my face and jaw were not swollen, and I experienced no pain at all. The others caused only minor pain and swelling. In fact, I almost never had to take pain medication after any of the many procedures he performed on me. Our family has been seeing Dr. Nguyen for the past 23 years, and we have been extremely happy with his professional care. He is sincere, thorough, pleasant, and always helpful. I strongly recommend Dr. Nguyen to anyone who needs dental work, whether minor or major. Being able to have so much of the necessary work done in one office saves a great deal of time, money, and discomfort. Dr. Nguyen is one of the best dentists in the Bellevue/Seattle area, and we will continue to see him for as long as we can. The clinic had a full house of patients but it was managed with flow and professionalism. However that didn't deter Dr. Thi Nguyen to spent his time addressing all of my questions in depth and to top it off he was the kindest most compassionate and genuine man.
