One of my favorite hookah lounges in the LA area. The atmosphere here is great whether you want to sit indoors or outdoors. The staff is all really cool and willing to help with anything. The quality of hookah is great for what you pay and the fact that they serve alcohol is a huge plus since most lounges don't. The food is pretty decent as well such as cheese fries, wraps, pizza. Parking is pretty tight so sometimes you'll have to park on the side street and walk over. Plenty of tvs to watch a game and at night they often have a dj playing music. Is very bad day i had there. No body doesn't care about customers i stay there 10 minutes and no body was not there for ask what I waned and after 20 min they give me on table for 2 people and i said ok , but until i went too call my friend and came back after 30 seconds, they give the table too someone else and they told me because they are 4 people we give it them but table was for 2 persons and just had 2 chars . This is the worst hookah bar I have ever been to. They use the cheapest coals that burn on the bottom within the minute and you have to keep flipping them to get a good hit. This hookah lounge is located in a popular area of Glendale. The music was great (Hip Hop/ Rap). The food is tasty. I had the turkey breast sandwich...delicious. The hookah is very smooth. The staff is friendly and attentive, shout out to Ara! I wouldn't recommend parking in the parking lot. It was very hard to get out because it is small and over crowded. On top of that, your car might get blocked in by another car. Despite the parking issue, I had a great experience. This is a good place to come and relax with friends and enjoy the good vibes. Today after some time I called with a friend to go watch the Barcelona game ... They said they had football but can change the channel. We show up and see about 15 people sitting waiting for the Barcelona game and not the american football game. I told the waitress You have 16 people here 15 of them want to watch the game... We r paying customers you guys should order the channel or show the game somehow. Ignored my question or comment.... 2 more people came in asking for the game. Finally she asked one of the owners .... While he is sitting smoking hooka said no we r not showing. No service!!!!! I came to this establishment earlier this year and am handicap. I came to this location and was told that I couldn't park in the lot even tho there was a handicap spot open. When I tried to talk to the security guy in the front he was extremely rude and had a very bad attitude. He made me park down the street and walk to the bar due to a party having a reservation even tho the other party was not present and my reservation was before theirs. I will probably not return to this location due to the rudeness and unprofessionalism. Food is great tho but customer service and kindliness is not their specialty. I have to say that Lina is a great waitress tho. The owner Vee contacted me to invite me back to his Resturant. When I called to setup the reservation to come back to his establishment he declined the offer. He explained that I only had 30 days to use the offer but never stated that to me. I've been to boba bear and a lot of other hookah places, but i always find myself coming back to this place. i'm in love with the vibe, especially inside, where there is a LIVE DJ Set I believe, EVERY Friday and Saturday nights. Inside, it's really chill, the music is louder, even without a live dj, the seats are very comfy, the lighting is dim which has a romantic vibe , there are cool laser lights moving around the room. It's a great place, even though there is a minimum for each person, I'd rather buy drinks or food here, than go to other Hookah lounges that play good music,but have bad vibes. Let's face it here at the hookah lounge, i find the vibes that i cannot find in any other hookah lounges in LA/Glendale.
