Considering the currently guidelines, there aren't many places you can go that are open past midnight at the moment. It was nice to have somewhere to go. Now, as soon as you walk in there's trash on the floor, it looks like the floor has not been cleaned in days. It was our first time to this location, we went up to the counter and were told we could sit anywhere. Keep in mind, people had just left as we walked in. There was zero disinfecting of the couches between customers. The lady there was not very attentive, we had to call her over to check on our coals. The restrooms were both gross. Absolutely no cleaning. The doors to the restrooms were completely smudgy as if they have NEVER been cleaned. All around just seems like this place has zero upkeep. A definite no for me. I don't like to put bad reviews, but this place was absolutely disgusting. The bathrooms have obviously never been cleaned and even missing parts of the toilet. The floors in the lounge were dirty as were the couches (all of which are severely damaged.) Additionally, the hookah was very hard hitting and not set up well so we couldn't even smoke it. The charcoals (we got the natural ones) burnt through the bowl in less than 5 minutes because she put 3 on one small head. We only stopped in here because they sold blue mist so we could use it at home, but I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here for sanitary reasons. Went here after yelping to try it out. Good thing about this place is that they have Fumari brand, not like most places where they mostly carry starbuzz. Price is not bad for being a hookah bar. They do have a cold pack mouth piece for an additional charge like most places. What I didn't like about this place is that they only provide you with instant lite charcoal, which will burn quickly. To get the coconut coals it is an extra charge, which they don't tell you. Like most places, the coals are unlimited, but not this place here. The inside is beaten up, Small compact area. Small little shop located in a tiny strip mall, it would be easy to miss, but theres a huge sign that lights up in the night that says HOOKAHS on it lol. They have random happy hour, but thursday in specific is 11$ per person for 3 bowls ( they say unlimited on the phone, but its really 3 bowls-- which is a lot for one person in one sitting). bummers: no food in shop, and you're not allowed to bring anything in either. but they are really nice-- so hit up the taco bell/mcdonalds drive thru if you need some late night grub. Bathroom- clean. they have a tiny little lot that they share with a jeweler. In my opinion this place is a bit pricy. On normal days, i think they give you 3 coals, after which you need to pay 5$. Each hookah is 15 and 11 for repacking-- 2 per hookah. Id return because the girls do a fantastic job making them. They normally play whatever theyre in the mood for, or depending on clientele- so hip hop/techno/lumineers type thing and keep the tv on to the news channel. All they have for selection to smoke is Starbuzz even though they carry far superior shisha. $16. For hookah. Oh, didn't I mention no Tongs? Yeah, if you want to move your huge quick light coal (you'll be too late before it burns the bowl) you have to move it yourself or call someone over. When asked, that's what they told us. (We can't give you tongs, we have to move the coal) Anyone who knows the littlest bit about hookah knows you have to manage heat to keep it from burning and smoking well. I don't recommend this place at all, do yourself a favor, order a nice $50-60 pipe online and some good tobacco and do it yourself. It's a much better investment. Overall, this shop is priced well for your hookah needs and the service so far (I have been twice) has been great. Hookahs has been almost completely empty every time I've come in, but it's a pretty small business, so it might feel crowded on a busy night. The employees are incredibly friendly, almost too friendly, seeing as this last time, the man working spent most of the time we were there at our table, smoking his own hookah and talking to us about his life. He's good at what he does, just a bit over-bearing. The female I've met the other two times I've come in, was very pleasant and very professional. A hookah with two sets of coals goes for $15 with refills at $11- $13. A double hose hookah runs around $23. They only allow two people per hookah, even with a double hose. They have two menus, so if you aren't sure about the flavors you see on the one they give you, ask for the old menu. I can recommend the Underwater Mario, Fruity Pebbles, Mama's Milk and Confetti Cake. They're all great, but the last two are stronger, if you aren't used to hookahs. When we walked in the building, there were multiple couches with NO ONE on them so I would understand if we were taking someone's spot that could be smoking, but that was not the case. Best Place to buy shisha and coals. The only place out here that let's me buy 3 kings coals by the box, and 250ml is about $20. The staff is extremely hit and miss though, it almost seems like a staff member with the exception of one or two are new by the month. You can never guarantee a good hookah or good service here because you can never know who's working. Some nights you may get a person who's brand new to hookah and get a subpar experience, while other nights you will get a person who's been there for awhile and knows what they are doing and give you a great hookah. Above all though, the place itself could use an upgrade. Needs new coaches and depending on the song they are playing the speakers will crackle. "Jackie" repeatedly let it be known how much she "didn't want us there on a Wednesday" and that she wanted to "chill on a week night, not take care of 15 people."
