Went here for dinner Friday around 10:30 pm. Had a 25 min wait. The inside was full and crowded. Our waiter was attentive all night long and our food and drinks all came out at decent times. Drinks: I tried the Grey Goose Strawberry Mule (10/10) it was soooo good! I was happy I gave this a try because it just might be my new fav drink. I also tried the Long Beach Tea (8/10) it was pretty good. Food: we shared some Chicken Nachos (10/10) we completely cleaned the plate. It was a great portion size, hot, fresh, and delicious; loved the flavors all together. I ordered the Spicy Jambalaya with linguine (10/10) yummy flavors, wasn't too spicy, and again, a good portion size. Tasted the Buffalo chicken pizza and it was actually pretty decent. We stopped by Yard House for happy hour. When we walked in there was a fair amount of open tables, so I was happy it wasn't super crowded. Our server was Nathan and he was friendly and accommodating!! I like the amount of happy hour options compared to some other restaurants with just a few. We got burger sliders with fries, calamari, poke nachos, and chicken lettuce wraps. The calamari was ok but it was some very tough ones to chew and the portion was small. The tartar sauce that came with it was good and a little spicy. The poke nachos were decent, but I'm not a raw girly to often, so I'd definitely ask if it could be seared. I put it in the air fryer at home, and it was pretty good. My daughter enjoyed it!! The lettuce wraps were just ok, the chicken was kinda rubbery and chewy. The wonton shell was delicious though and the sauce was good. My sliders were supposed to be all the way with lettuce, tomato, onions, and secret sauce. But when they came to the table they were plain with no sauce. I started to eat and about 5 minutes later the food runner brought my correct order. They said they gave me the table next to ours food. So the waiter came back to take it back, and I asked if they'd throw it away? He said yes! Which kinda bothered me. I asked since it was going in the garbage and it wasn't my mistake, could I keep it. He said the manager wouldn't allow it. With inflation why would the manager rather trash perfectly good food? It makes me nervous when restaurants take food back. If it's sat down on a table it shouldn't be returned, just take the loss, because how do I know your not going to replace it and serve it to someone else. I'm not a fan of that!! I'm not accusing them of doing that, but that's the thoughts that run through my mind in situations like that. The table was spacious at the booths and it was clean inside. Yard House does not disappoint. I was hesitant about this location because they're so busy no matter the time we come, but we weren't let down. LOCATION/AMBIANCE: It's in Town Center where parking is difficult depending on the time/day, so we parked in one of the busy structures. Ambiance is loud, fun, family-friendly, and busy. We came for Friday dinner but put our name on the list on our way there and only had to wait about 10 minutes - definitely recommend for all to do that. SERVICE: EXCELLENT. Not disappointed at all. We made it right when Happy Hour was ending and they let us order off the HH menu right as we sat down. What a great server!! Even more impressive was when the food came out like not even 5 minutes after ordering. Server was attentive even in the business. FOOD: Yard House has the best Happy Hour menu. I was a big fan of Yard House for many years but I hadn't been there for a while until yesterday. I suggested Yard House to my friend because they've always had a great happy hour. I ordered two glasses of wine and two appetizers. When the bill came it was $48, I was shocked. I asked the bartender why it said happy hour half off apps on the check but the charges were full price. She looked like she was doing the math and then abruptly said it was correct. Situated at the center of town center , this restaurant is on the first floor of the tower where hotel Westin is. As you get in, there is the restaurant's reception and they take you to the sitting area. They have this bar thing on the center which looks amazing and the wide window seats let's you have a look of the road . They are wide and bright. The food here is good and must have . Ive tried the brussels sprouts, lettuce wraps, burger sliders, nachos, Wisconsin cheese curds, boneless wings, pizzas and salads. They have a great beer selection. We had dinner at Yard House mid-week before the holiday rush with friends visiting for the July 4th weekend--first time for some of them, and it did not disappoint. From the service to the food, everything was spot on. Our server, Sarah, made the experience even better. She was personable, knowledgeable, and offered spot-on recommendations from both the food menu and the extensive beer list. She explained the spice levels in various dishes with clarity, which helped everyone make choices that suited their tastes. Lately, I've been on a mission to try Brussels sprouts at every restaurant, and Yard House's Crispy Brussels Sprouts with gochujang sauce and malt vinegar aioli dip may be one of my favorites. They had a subtle kick from the gochujang, which the aioli smoothed out perfectly. The crispy leaves had great texture and were flavorful enough to stand on their own. We also shared the Onion Ring Tower, which is always a hit. The light beer batter was crisp and didn't fall apart when you bit into them--a small but impressive detail. The dip had a touch of spice that added just the right zing. For mains, the Korean BBQ Cheesesteak stood out as a creative and flavorful twist on a classic. The combination of kimchi and gochujang brought bold, authentic flavors that paired surprisingly well with the rich cheesesteak. The maui Pineapple chicken plate along with the cilantro lime chicken were flavorful and delicious The fish n chips were standard as were the shrimp & fish tacos. Our server was good. The ambience was dimly lit but lit enough. The place was crazy busy for a Thursday evening. Two large groups of Birthday celebrations and a large formal party arrived as well. Understandably, the staff were busy but still managed to be attentive to patrons. Parking is free at the garage adjacent to the restaurant. It's also a nice little area with shops to walk about. They get a 4 because of the ladies restroom needing attention and being out of hand soap. They should've had a staff member tending to it knowing they had large parties. All of it was bland, my spicy chicken had zero kick, the mains arrived randomly instead of together, and one of the burgers was only half cooked. We thought he had gotten a tuna burger with how raw it looked. All the fries were late to arrive with the mains that should have gotten them. The total for 3 drinks, 2 apps, 2 mains was over $100!
