Brent and his team were referred to me by several happy customers, so I reached out to them to get a quote on the sound system and video hookups for our basement. I talked to several different companies, and the Hooked Up Installs team was by far the most professional of the ones that I met with. Brent rapidly provided me with a comprehensive quote, and was flexible in working with me to adjsut the scope of the project to meet my needs. We selected HUI, and were incredibly pleased with the results. In addition to doing an incredible job on our basement, Brent has been very easy to reach and to work with after the main job was done. He has helped us to reconnect cables and reset things after we had other work done in the basement, and he sent someone out ASAP to remount a TV that our cable installer had pulled out of the wall. I originally had my entertainment system installed by Columbia in Highland Park. Of course, when I needed them for help, they had gone out of business. After searching the web, I found Hooked Up Installs. Not only did Brent and team come by to fix my original system, I hired him for an entertainment system for the master bedroom as well as downstairs family room. I've had great success with these installations. Any glitch and Brent and team are there to fix it. The prices were very good, installation was excellent and quick (leaving no mess or damage). Mona D is crazy. I built an expensive home and Hooked Up was with me from the beginning. They did everything from pre-wiring to helping buy equipment, set it up and program remotes. Brent the owner, has been responsive to every single question in a relatively short time frame. Not everything is ever perfect, including my understanding of how things work, but Brent has been helpful explaining and incredibly patient. I would advise anyone that Hooked Up is completely reputable and worthwhile to work with. Maybe Mona should realize that if you treat people like crap, they won't want to work with you either.
