This review is also about their tech support which we had to call for a lot in the past year: first to upgrade our system as we put it in 18 years ago; and then because we remodeled our basement so they had to come out a few times to deal with construction dust setting things off, moving motion detectors when walls were moved, adding new window contacts etc. Two of their service techs specifically are amazing: Gus and Mara. I feel extremely lucky when they send either of them out. Especially Mara. She stands out as being the most competent service tech - of *any company* I have ever dealt with. She assesses the situation, makes recommendations for better solutions, advocates for the customer if needed, and then executes the solution flawlessly, efficiently, quickly.
