The quality of the repair is absolutely perfect and that is not an exaggeration. I have a tendency to be picky and a big pain in the ass (sorry Darren). One thing I'm very impressed with is that with all of the work we have had done at Fisher they take the same care and attention to detail with my wife's 200k plus mile work car (Sonata) as they have with my Expedition. Chad and his team have been amazing each time - timely, transparent, and helpful in navigating insurance companies. The last claim required an adjuster to come out and evaluate my vehicle, and he had nothing but good things to say about Chad and Action Auto Body. When you have a claims adjuster saying good things about you, you know you have a good reputation. I also needed a windshield placed and Chad stayed after hours to get it done so I had a vehicle to drive the next day. Overall super pleased with Action Auto Body - I picked it out a few years ago on a whim because it was close to my apartment at the time, but so glad I have a place to take my car for work when I need it.
