The worst hookah in the valley. Its disappointing because they have a very nice sitting area outside but the hookah is of very low quality and customer service is very slow. Also I have never had a worse Arabic tea than this place. read more

Hoookahmania is the only hookah lounge I will go to in town. I love the ambiance and the employees give amazing service. They have delicious hookahs! I recommend cinnamon, grape, mint in an apple head or spiced chai! They're my two favorites. They also have amazing Lebanese food. We went here with a groupon, on a whim. Our experience? =awesome! We drove down from Prescott on a at nine o'clock on a saturday to find a hookah bar in Phoenix. We ended up with here and ordered vanilla mint shisha, sodas for everyone, and the Tradition Platter. Ohmygod. The tradition platter kicked our butts. It was huge! Our server was awesome and after he saw us staring at the platter , asked if we were familiar with Lebanese food. When we all shook our heads, he pointed out the tabouleh, humus, and babaganush, explaining what each was made of. Absolutely delicious. It also could've fed, like, ten people. Our server was remarkably attentive, friendly, and helpful. Great experience. They were also playing this beautitful arabic music, made the whole experience very relaxing. I travel in from out of town for work pretty frequently and am always looking for great hookah bars in the areas that I visit. HookahMania is one of the best places I've experienced on the road. The service is fantastic, the hookah is solid and the food alone is worth the visit. I order grape and mint hookah and it hits well for about an hour (the server does a great job of providing coals and making sure it's not ashy). I also get the Shawarma combo and it is AMAZING! Horrible expirence. Was driving by with a friend of mine and spotted Hookah Mania, we thought to stop in try. We first sat down and waited awhile for someone to greet us, we then orderd an Apple Hookah which was the worst hookah I've expirenced. The coils were not lit properly, we barely had any hookah and had to keep asking for refills. I asked for a menu, I ended up ordering the Vegetarian Platter. The baba ghanoush was one of the worst things I have ever tasted, took a bite of the falafels and had to spite them out they were so dry. The only good thing on the platter was the dolmades. My friend then ordered the Chicken Shawarma, that was completely dry as well. She took two bites and that was it. The belly dancing was nice and enjoyable, DO NOT go over to the resturant side we walked over there to get a drink the bartender was completely rude. We ordered 2 shots of fireball she gave them to us luke warm, we asked if she could shake them up nicely she rolled her eyes at us I had to say something snarky to her. I'm assuming the older man walking around was the Owner he looked so frantic running around rubbing his head like something was already wrong that we couldnt even complain to him about the service that we had expirenced in general. I typically dont write reviews and tend to write it off but this place was such a disappointment, the only other good thing about the place besides the belly dancing which was entertaining was the server who came up to us after we left the resturant side and took initiave to ask how he could make the expirence better because you could clearly see the disappointment on are faces, he compensated are bill for us apologized and gave us a mint hookah since we stated the apple wasnt to are tasting. I give the resturant and the hookah lounge 1 star and if could give them none i would, I give the first server who was a woman and seemed very shy a 2, and the African American *sorry i dont remember his name* i give him a 4. He was the only person out of the whole place who seemed to care. Side not as well** I was very observant during my time there, I asked my first server who the man was walking around on the Hookah side she stated that was her manager. From a business point I dont think its very professional to go and smoke with your tables, are server laughed when I had stated that. Maybe if you concentrated on running your business and not sitting down to smoke with people pretty much the entire time we were there it could have possible been a better expirence or atleast a better resturant. read more

Amazing food. Trevor the owner came and talked with us. Super good and cool guy! One of the last bowls that we got were a bit burnt and didn't taste too good. So we talked to him and he gave us an amazing deal. Very relaxed atmosphere perfect for families looking to sit down for dinner or for friends to get together and get some hookah going. The service here is really bad, the servers are not attentive at all. Your orders will take a really long time to arrive and if you ask for coals they give you a weird look. They are definitely going to lose more business if they don't fix their customer service. read more

Last night, my boyfriend and I used the groupon for Hoookahmania. It was $13 for $25. We got a regular hookah and hummus. We had a great time. It was very relaxing and we had our own space. We were a little skeptical at first from reading a few disgruntled Yelp reviews, but it's pretty clean in there for a hookah lounge. Of course the couches are a little worn and have a few burn marks, but that's expected for a hookah lounge. The staff was friendly and took care of us right away. I would go back. Great hookah and food but the service was horrible. It was not busy when we arrived which we thought would be a good thing. We sat down and were greeted by a woman and given the menus. After waiting for them to come around and having to ask someone to take our order (20 minutes) our waiter finally arrived. We placed our orders and assumed we'd be enjoying a nice hookah. About 40 minutes in and watching our waiter serve other groups ( that had arrived after Us And also got their hookah before us) he finally came back around with our hookah. Great hookah. We asked how our food order was going and he said that it was on its way. 30min later (only about 3 other groups in the place) he arrived with our food. My friend had ordered a smoothie as well and he said that the kitchen had closed. He said he'd gladly take it off the order though. 10 minutes later we asked him for waters for our group. He completely forgot about them and we had to ask another waiter for the waters. He then came back around and asked if everything was good. Not great Overall great hookah but the service completely ruined it for us. Didn't catch the guy's name so if you decide to come here make sure you get waited on by one of the girls. read more

We went there a few times when it first opened and had pretty good customer service but the last two times were horrible. We sat down and waited about 15 minutes before even being waited on. Our hookah didn't even come out for another 20 minutes but since it had never happened before we waited. After our hookah was brought out we were never checked on again and I took care of our coals. The last time we went it got worse. The place was a little busy but not enough that it was packed, we sat down in the back by the DJ. It took 20 minutes to get waited on and then we sat for another 20 waiting for our hookah to come out. A group whom obviously knew the owners sat down beside us and were instantly given a hookah. So we asked were ours was and the server had forgotten our order so had to ask again. When our hookah was brought out our waters were forgotten as well. This place used to be a great place to go to hang out but now it's dominated by friends of the owner and getting service there is impossible. read more
