I have track and soccer athletes and the training helped them become stronger and faster! My 11 year old daughter knocked seconds off of her 400m time after training with Redline! I would highly recommend Redline for your athlete (or your non athlete) to give them an edge up against their competitors!

The skill part (where kids get to focus on their favorite sport) is my son's favorite part, recognizing that the fitness part is building the foundation for growth in any sport. The staff wants committed athletes, so be prepared to have your kids work hard (while having fun). Redline truly wants to see the kids progress by recognizing and focusing on their opportunities. I love the benchmark testing every three months which highlights for the athletes' improvements as well as ongoing opportunities to get better. This is not a gym to pass time...this is an athletic center where your kids will get out of it what they put into it...which involves focus and hard work. I also cannot say enough about the cleanliness of the facility. I don't believe there has been a single day that we have attended where the staff was not disinfecting, vacuuming, etc. In addition, I love the lounge where I can sit and read/work while my child is working out, or simply drop-off and run errands. Finally, the flexibility in training (just show-up at any interval that works with your schedule) ensures we can find times that work each week. My child enjoys their workouts. He enjoys getting better at basketball with the fun trainers. Thank you Redline for promoting a lifetime of health and fitness in our children!

I have used their fitness facilities. In my opinion, their cardio is great and the weight machines, which were updated last year, are also very good. I like the quiet, non-assuming atmosphere. For the most part, patrons keep to themselves and that is fine. The gym is basically clean and they provide wipes to clean the machines after using them. I like that. The reason for the lower rating is that for all the years I have been a member, there are but a handful of, actual, friendly staff members. A few great ones that go back a long way, but for the most part, the staff is not welcoming or at all personable. So, do not join for the customer service, just come for the good equipment and cleanliness. And one big thing is that during the summer, the ac is never adequate! Adding ceiling fans would be a welcome addition to the workout facility!

The spa definitely needs a makeover. The tech, Phyllis, not only is a nail tech but has a background in podiatry. She is such a sweetie! The LifeTime staff, are very kind, informative and helpful. I hear them call members by name, they stop and chat with you. The instructors actually speak with you when you are new to a class or an event. You can ask questions and talk to them about anything. So far, since this is new I've taken the Arora yoga classes and the instructors are FABULOUS! There are classes for all physical capabilities with zero judgement on what you can or can't do. So far, the facilities used have been clean, in working order and good to go. There is plenty of parking for handicapped, motorcycles and other vehicles in both sides of the building. There is a small cafeteria with a nice selection of beverages, food, snacks and workout clothes. It is immaculately kept. I am not a fan of dressing and undressing in front of all, but that's the way it is. Not a fan. There is shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers. The sinks have feminine products, mouthwash, soap, lotion, shaving cream, deodorant, hair spray and hair dryers. If clients would stop taking products, there would be more than one like today. There is a eucalyptus steam room in the lockers, that was an experience, so good. There is a sauna, whirlpool, cold plunge, lap pool, indoor and outdoor pool. This place is family friendly. If you have children, look into their camps and facilities. The staff was very interactive and patient with the little lifers. You must try the hydro massage chair, there should be 5! It's wonderful, oh my goodness. All in all there is something for everyone at the one stop. Like a beautiful diamond, my favorite, it is multifaceted with staff, things to do, a place to eat, pampering services galore etc etc. loving it

I was shocked out how quiet it was for a Friday afternoon in the summer. We aren't residents of FH, so paid $40 for the three of us. The staff when signing up was super helpful and informative. There are lockers as you head towards the pool, to leave your belongs. Only downside was you need to bring your own lock, so we couldn't use one. Once entering the pool area, there's quite a bit of seats along there walls, so we found a couple chairs to place our belongings. There were plenty of lifeguards the whole time we were there and they let you know if you were breaking a rule (sitting/ swimming) in the entrance/ walk path into the pool. There is one main slide, a 2 lane lap, lazy river-not sure if you can bring a tube (but probably not safe or big enough to have one), a rock wall and rope (which we noticed kids wearing a green bracelet in order to use the last two things). Only thing I noticed would be helpful is when the staff (for the slide) goes on break, another staff should take over. The staff was on break for about 30 min, but figured since there were so many other lifeguards, one could've easily provided coverage.

They offer a lot more than I use, tennis, kids classes, a field house. The gym is excellent for me. They have a wide variety of equipment, which is plus for me. There is a good amount of free weights, dumbbells, and kettle bells. The Sports Club has a some cable equipment, and a QueenEx (like a jungle gym) which has TRX-type equipment. They have a number of machines. There is not a lot of open space in the gm, but there is enough room for normal workout. At a couple of times the gym can be packed, but normally there is plenty of space. And, there are times the gym is completely empty. There is a cardio section on a different level from the gym, which has treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, etc...They also have a short track around the gym area, which people walk. The classes are very good. Most people could get by taking the classes (which are included) in place of a personal trainer (they have those, as well). My Favorite thing - Towell service. I need a towel when I workout, and I cannot express how much I love that The Sports Club has them available. They do a pretty good job keeping the facility clean. The staff is generally friendly and accommodating. The only real downside for me is the building needs some upkeep, and the parking is a disaster - think grocery store. The club is on the expensive side for running on a treadmill, but it is well priced if you make use of all the club offers.

The pool is overrun with kids to the point they spill over into the swim lanes so either they are in my way or a random soccer ball gets slammed into my head while swimming. I watched a guy in the hot tub get his glasses knocked off his face and broken by a kid jumping in despite the 18 or older sign. The lifeguards ignore it all. Adult swim time is extremely limited. Wanted to learn Pilates. Class hours are sparse. I took 3 classes but stopped when I hurt my back - the instructor was disinterested. I get closer coaching at independent studios. The kids use the weight machines to sit and scroll on their phones. Not a lot of working out going on while I'm waiting. I never see anyone clean a machine after they use it so I clean before and after each machine use. The locker room bathroom is pretty gross, staff just can't possibly keep up with the crowds. I'm forced to head back to Planet Fitness where membership costs are reasonable. No pool but I can't use it at Lifetime anyway so I may as well stay at Planet Fitness. This is so disappointing, I had high hopes because they have so much to offer. Planet Fitness is closer to home and more adult.
