The answer is an even better version that still kept the core competence and courtesy of the former owner's operation. Al is still there with more experience in repair than can be imagined; he did great work a while back on my '78 Eldorado and has always had an expert eye and a friendly honest manner. The waiting room has been completely revamped; the parking lot relined and reorganized. Phones are answered promptly; receipts and workorders have been revamped and upgraded. The new owner is friendly and very accommodating. I recently had an inspection due and he worked with me to fit it in around my schedule. Last year I had a 20 some year old Cadillac that was overheating, and there was some question about head gaskets vs. anything else. I brought it in and got an answer the very next day - head gaskets. No guessing, no "well maybe it's . . . . ". Xpert did a chemical test of the coolant, discovered the presence of hydrocarbons, , a 100% accurate indicator of a bad head gasket. There was no attempt to sell me one of the numerous "mechanic in a can, just add to the coolant" products that never work, and I was told very honestly that it would be a job with a repair bill about equal to the value of the car. Flat out honest advice delivered with respect and professionalism. That testing and evaluation cost me a mere $50, well worth it for the certainty it provided as to my path forward. At this point I cannot imagine a reason why I would bring my cars anywhere else for service.

It needed some work though to bring it to the next level with regards to maintenance. I stopped in and met Mike and his wife. They gave me a tour of the facility where I saw other high end classics that they were working on. I developed a real comfort level with Mike and decided to give him the job to help me finish the car. What a great decision! From the onset, Mike was nothing but honest and reputable. He told me from the beginning that if I wanted this car in a month, he was not the right man for the job. I told him to take all the time he needed, just do it right. Well after 4 months I received a call from Mike. The Stang was completed and ready to go home!!! When I got my bill for services I was surprised to no end! With less than 60,000 miles and only a few years old, claiming a total loss on the car would have been a serious waste. Without getting into too many details, my Accord was hit on the highway by tractor trailer truck resulting in damage to nearly the entire driver's side from the back to the front. I'm happy to be alive and somehow completely unharmed. As for the car, that was another story. The shop gave me weekly and major milestone updates by calling or text along the way. When the car was ready for pickup it looked much better but it was dark on a Friday evening after work and the temperature was in the 20's. I wanted to go home so I didn't really give the car a good look until I was filling it with gas the next morning. In the daylight I noticed some things I wanted the shop to take a second look at. Cole's provided a rental from Enterprise at no cost to me and when the car was going to be ready I had a few unexpected personal things going on in my life. The shop manager, Rowan empathize with the unfortunate circumstances I was dealing with and he extended my rental at no cost until I was ready two days later to pick up the Accord. The car was delivered back to me clean, freshly detailed, all my concerns addressed, fully repaired. I am so impressed with the level of customer service. When I turned onto the road to enter Ford there was ample signage for the service area. I knew exactly which direction to turn into to enter service, where to park and there was also a service sign with enter here directly over the service entrance area. This is always helpful when this is your first visit. They immediately served me and entered my information and I signed up for shuttle service, but because I arrived so early. They said they could have my car serviced early so I could drive myself. I said great, I'll wait. 15 minutes before they promised to have the car done the service rep came and told me they were done with one finding and if I opted to have that service they would still have me done on time. Well, unfortunately, my car wasn't done on time and when I went to the service rep he apologized and said there was no charge for the service that day. I truly appreciated that they stand by their word. They also have a coffee service which I totally appreciate as a cup of joe in the morning person. I'll definitely be back.
