I've been coming to this Hooters for roughly 3 hours and I will tell you, this has been the best Hooters experience I have ever had. I was reading other reviews about this location and I am just flabbergasted that people had such bad things to say, especially about Abbey. Reading that someone had a bad experience with her says more about them as customers not understanding how different things happen on a daily basis in the restaurant business. I don't know what has happened to this place. It really has gone down hill. Service has really taken a dive. The last few times I was there the service has been atrocious. Despite the fact that there were many servers working, getting an order placed and drinks refilled was a tall order. The last few times I was there a tall curly headed guy came in each time and he commanded quite a lot of attention from the servers. He may work there, and it may have been a staff meeting, but without exception, all the servers remained at his table for quite a long time - to the detriment of the quality of service to all the other patrons. If he works there-it's a really bad time for a meeting during peak hours-if he doesn't work there. That represents a major problem-typical of what I am trying to express here. The last time I was there the draft beer I was served was off. I understand during Covid that not as much product is moved, but this beer was totally skunked. Also the bourbon tasted off too-maybe the ginger ale gun was off. Overall the last 3 times I have been have been so bad that I have started going across the street to a competitor. This Hooters is almost as bad as or close to being as bad as the one on Laurens rd. Service has no idea about customer service and customer relations. I would say this is a typical Hooters, nothing special, but nothing lacking. One thing that is important to mention is there are no alcohol sales here on Sunday. So if you are wanting to stop by and watch a sporting event keep that in mind. There are several chain restaurants available, but if your looking for some good chicken stop on by. read more

I came here tonight at 9:30 the waitress sat us immediately since there was no one there. We got our drinks and ordered our appetizer. Once that came out, the waitress didn't come back to our table for about 30 minutes. she sat a table behind us and also sat there with her coworkers talking. the conversation was very loud and my family could hear them and they were talking about fighting customers. the manager had nothing to say about it he just laughed. eventually the waitress came back to refill a tea then left again for another like 20 minutes so we eventually asked for the check and left. we placed a to go order and got our food way faster than when we were inside. when we walked back in the waitress and all her friends were talking about my family and it was very rude. the manager then made a passive aggressive comment and said "thanks for coming back in". never coming back here this was a horrible experience. read more

5 of us for dinner on a Saturday evening, just the guys out for some beers and a few wings, catch some NCAA basketball and enjoy Hooters! Abbey was our waitress and she was lousy. 2 of the 5 dinner orders were wrong and never corrected. 1 order of wings was wrong and eventually corrected. Nice place. Nice staff. Warning due to some archaic religious laws they serve no alcohol on sundays. What a joke. I feel bad for the staff tips gotta be way down on sundays. We went last night for my friends birthday and were extremely disappointed. The food was terrible and over priced. My friend and I split 20 wings and a side of fries, each had one drink & our bill came out to $40. Would've rather spent $40 on a meal that was good elsewhere. We sat and watched all of the servers sit at a table on their phones half the time. Our waitress never came back to check if anyone wanted another drink/refilled any.
