Worst service ever. Servers did not know who had which table. They kept delivering drinks/food to wrong tables. We ordered drinks and meal as soon as server came to table. We waited an hour with no food before we complained. They claimed the kitchen had "lost" our ticket. We tried to complain to management but they were unhelpful and did not try to make it right. These are my carry out experiences..I got the chips and cheese dip recently...the portion of cheese in the cup was laughable. The container was way less than half full. I didn't complain, I just ate it and assumed it was a simple mistake and I don't like to make formal complaints Bc accidents happen. I liked the cheese so I ordered it again a few weeks later. Same portion. I asked the manager why I'm paying almost $9 for two or 3 table spoons of queso with some chips. Their answer was 'it comes pre measured that's just how we serve it.' Ummm ok.....well it's a rip off. My friend ordered from hooters at work so I decided to get some broccoli with shredded cheese on top. The broccoli was around $7 Bc I asked for cheese but it wasn't much and all and their broccoli tastes terrible. The best part is they didn't even put the cheese on it even tho I paid.I can get a bag of broccoli to throw in the microwave for $2 at Walmart and the portion is 7 of what hooters gave me. Was in today for my birthday. First time in awhile. It was the quiet part of the afternoon and no big crowd or rush. My server Maizie was very friendly, explaining everything in the way of specials and promotions and she saw to it that the manager was aware that it was my birthday and I got my comps. She brought my beer and my food in a timely fashion and checked on me regularly and made sure I got my free dessert when I was ready. The duty manager also came by to greet me and check on me and wish me a happy birthday. When she brought the bill, she again explained all the charges and the stuff that was comped. She was also nice enough to pose with me for a photo. I don't come in as frequently as I should but it is usually packed on weekends and for sporting events as is the norm. The food is good and more than enough. Pricey but to be expected I think. I've never experienced rude treatment or service from any of the girls or managers. I think people expect the same level of personal service when its busy and packed as they do when it is slow and that isn't going to happen and I think given the atmosphere some people (mostly "bros") have unrealistic expectations with regards to how the servers treat them. Four stars out of five, but it wouldn't take much to make it five stars, if I was more of a regular patron. read more

Terrible food, I will never eat here again!! First time, I ordered a Buffalo chicken salad and there was a whole frozen wing in the middle of my salad, and my chicken was undercooked. Second time I ordered Togo, and my order was ice cold, wrong order, and the food was completely jumbled around and a mess in the container. Tried it anyway and it was disgusting! 1/2 price appetizers 10pm to close. I did enjoy the chipolte honey wings. The fried pickles were good too but make sure you have a couple people to help you eat them-too much! I like the bar set up with an array of tv's all front and center to watch many things at once. read more

Absolutely worst service that I've ever received at any restaurant. It took me 30 minutes for my waitress to come by my table for the first time. After they realized their error, it took another 10 minutes to get my beer and another 15 for the waitress to come back for my dinner order. After that, I had enough and I left as soon as I could. If you want to have a beer or a meal somewhere in Fort Smith, go anywhere else and you will have a better experience then you will here. read more

But it shouldn't have taken almost 2 hours to get our food. Tables that got sat down after us got their food before us. We patiently waited until we looked at the time and it was well over 1 hour of waiting. Let's just say, we were HANGRY at this point. Our server told us we were going to get 50% off our food. Then the manager came over and said we were going to get 25% off our food instead. Hooters are Hooters, so typically I pass on reviewing chain establishments like these. This Hooters was on par with others I have visited. The waitress was super friendly and even went out of her way to get extra coloring pages for our daughter. However, she wasn't the fastest especially with ordering drinks from the bar. It took 5-10 minutes to get a drink refill. The wings were good and consistent with other establishments. I do have to say, they had some amazing gulf oysters. Super fresh and plump. I had to order two dozen. That alone was worth getting my review out there! read more

This Hooters was definitely an experience. First of all, they don't wear the same uniforms that I've seen in almost all CA locations. Second, it seems as though most of the waitresses are high school students or junior college freshman - they looked extremely young and 3 of the 4 waitresses were serving tables of friends and even sitting down to eat with them. When we entered, we had our drink orders taken pretty quickly. However, it took over 15 minutes just go get our waitress to come back to take our order because apparently all the other waitresses were on "break" and she had to cover everyone's tables (about 10 tables total). This Hooters is horrible. We were seated at a table right away, normally menus are already at the table but not at this location. We waited for about 5minutes before Becca approached us and took our drink order. We order a double crown Royal and Sprite and a Double Grey Goose and Lemonade. It took almost 15 minutes before a drink arrived at our table. When they did arrive, Becca asked if it was okay that the Crown Royal drink was made with soda instead of ginger ale because they are out of ginger ale. My husband said its fine and to not say anything, but it was quite nasty and They were brought to us by someone other than our server. Once our server finally returned to our table, we ordered 20 medium no breading wings and a side of fries with cheese sauce. Quite a large time amount later, under cooked fries and breaded wings showed up. We attempted to grab our server right away but, she disappeared. After finally having her return to the table we explained what we wanted. She argued a bit and said we never told her "naked". Maybe she should have read the order back to us after we said "no breading" to make sure it was clear. We were also never asked about blue cheese or ranch. We received our "naked" wings, naked. No sauce. Over 10 minutes later Becca returned and we asked for a side of medium sauce. When we received the sauce, it was orange stuff with a chunk of butter in it. They couldn't bother to mix it up??? Becca then explained that they aren't Buffalo Wild Wings and the Hooters sauce is oiler. Little lack of service items add up. We ended up ordering another round of drinks before getting the heck out of there. The girls may be pretty but brains will get them a lot further. This location should reevaluate their hiring process. If we ever come back through this area, Buffalo Wild Wings will be our stop! not Hooters. read more

It is your basic Hooters chain. The girls are more attractive than average and very friendly. There are fried pickle chips that are worth checking out if you have never had them before. Went for ayce wings on Monday night. We were seated right away by a friendly hostess and our server was right behind her for our drink order. She was not overly friendly that's for sure but that was fine with me since I prefer to talk with my friends and not have to be subjected to mindless conversation from waitresses groveling for tips. We hit this Hooters after leaving the casino and very seldom do I complain unless things are really bad. Well, things were really bad. 1st my order... The naked wings were ok but the Parmesan Garlic reg wings tasted sour for some reason. My friends also noticed a strong sour taste with totally different orders. We later found out it was the ranch the had obviously been sitting out for hours. One of us had the buffalo chicken salad & didn't like it. She told the waitress and the waitress offered nothing other than a side of hot sauce two hours after the salad sat untouched. The Waitress: My waitress Keisha was beautiful (future Hooter's calendar girl if you ask me) and went out of her way to be friendly and talkative. Great personality, outstanding smile, and spectacular customer service! This girl knows her menu items and exceeds in customer service. She creates conversation that is personal and professional. When you visit Fort Smith Hooter's, request her, she's worth it! The Food: The food was the same as every other Hooter's, but as always satisfying and at a good value. It came out warm, and spicy! As far as the beverages go, I had sweet tea. You can't beat it! The Management: Sarah is absolutely one of the best managers out of ALL Hooter's chain restaurants I have ever visited (HANDS DOWN). Not only did she stop by and check on me to make sure that everything was satisfying. She made sure to spark up interesting conversation while you waited & was still able to coordinate her staff.
