Went on 2/13/26 with my family which included 2 kids. Started off a good time and realized we have waited for 1 hour and half for our food. It wasn't a lot just simple orders and when food was brought out the kids meals both fell and they had to wait additional 15 minutes.. not happy!!! I get it food needs to come out together but if at anytime there's kids meals please bring there's out first. Then the temp inside the restaurant was 76. Just overall terrible night. This is my 2nd time this year at this Hooters and very disappointing. Would not go again. First had I went to the bathroom first I would have walked out as it was nasty. A dirty bathroom tells you a lot about the cleanliness of a place and it was just downhill from there. Bright spot, Jasmine our server was nice and attentive. Wife and I ordered both the smoked wings (Chipotle Honey) and Naked (mild Buffalo) wings. The wings are much smaller than before possibly due to higher costs. The naked wings were not good as I recall. They had a funny after taste. The Smoked ones were very good. We also had waffle fries which were not good at all especially w Chik-Fila as a benchmark. They were crunchy but very greasy, my son who is a fry fanatic didn't eat more than 3 which was his whole meal. My other son ordered the burger and couldn't finish it because he said it was nasty. I come here often and today I had Brook as my waitress. I sat beside the hot food window, saw my food sit in the window for an extended period of time, getting cold. Brook sat at a table with 3 gentlemen and just talked the entire time while my food was getting cold. I also waited over 15 minutes for my ticket. My order was wrong and the longest thing I had to wait on was her getting a simple fruit cup for my grandson. Service today was unacceptable. Girls seemed to only care about their friends or regulars. Beers took forever to come out and food was mediocre. The servers weren't much to look at anyways, the hiring manager definitely has a type for very skinny girls which is insulting for the other girls who aren't, but would do a much better job. I'm quite surprised this location hasn't closed down like some of the other hooters locations. Especially since the service was so horrible & their attitudes were arrogant. I recently visited the Hooters in Fredericksburg, VA for lunch while on a business trip. It was right next to our hotel so it was quick and convenient. I ordered the fried pickles, a beer and the Shrimp Tacos. By adding a fresh jalapeño slice or two and the special sauce to the tacos it made them pair well with a nice cold Blue Moon. The low rating is only for the quality of food and how expensive the food was. We ordered the mozzarella sticks, 15 original wings, 6 roasted wings, a side salad, and 1 beer, and fries. Our total almost being $70. My roasted wings did not look like the picture whatsoever. I thought the wings would have a roasted seasoning from the way the picture looked but they were completely naked and looked to be unseasoned. The staff takes COVID precautions very seriously which is awesome and set the bar for other restaurants in my mind. The waitresses wear masks and gloves and seat you more than 6 feet apart from other patrons whether you sit inside or outside. You have to wear a mask and answer questions plus sanitize before you can enter the restaurant. Contactless pickup is also available. Honestly, big shout out to this Hooters for its COVID management. The food came out quickly and our server was nice and personable. The boneless wings could have been a little crispier but overall the food was good. I haven't been to a Hooters in 8 years and after talking with them and being on the receiving end of their service I would consider driving down from DC to see them and eat here. The food is above average bar food - their smoked wings are killer and not very greasy. They have tons of runs and sauces to put on your wings. Prices are reasonable, although I felt high for beer (so I avoided that). There's a ton of TVs and they were willing to accommodate me and put the games I wanted to see on. I've been to Hooters ~25 states in the lower 48, including FL, CA, NY, and this place is hands down the best. The management, led by Mike V., is responsive to any issues, which in my 12 years coming here I can count on one hand. The wait staff is exceptional and the food is excellent; they'll even moderate the wing sauce so that medium is a bit spicier but not hot, or hot is a bit less spicy but not medium. Another aspect is the "Cheers"-type atmosphere; because this Hooters has been in this location for over 15 years (probably much longer), many locals visit the establishment all of whom know and get along with one another. Lastly, which I've found unique to this Hooters, is the family atmosphere. Kids are ever present, and some folks who came here as kids now bring their kids. Profanity is seldom heard, and I've seen the managers intercede to ask those using gratuitous profanity to either "tone it down" or "leave". In closing, if you're stuck in I95 traffic get off at Exit 126/Spotsylvania/Massaponax and get some relief at this Hooters. read more

We stopped after 8 hours of driving & stayed in a local hotel. Hooters was walking distance so we walked over. The manager, Mike, was great. Took my number & told us we could wait on the patio (it was chilly) or we could go wait comfortably in our room. About 30 min later, Mike called & told us we could walk over. I got there about 5-10 minutes before the time I wanted my order ready. When I got there they had tables setup and orders ready for people. Paying for and getting my order was super easy. I didn't think much of my order being ready until after I got home. I take everything out of the bag and most if it was cold. On top of that non of the ranch or blue cheese sauces. I looked at the receipt and from what I can tell the order was done at least 30 minutes before the time I requested. I know they're busy (obviously) but having to heat everything back up (re-heating shrimp never comes out right) things were soggy and no sauces really put me in a bad mood. The chicken wings were 11 bucks for 6 of them and the size looks like they took them off of spring time chicks. So thinking we would be satisfied after our usual pickles and wings, me and my husband were still hungry. So we ordered 2 salads. He had a regular garden salad and that was ok - I mean how can ya screw that up? But I got the Cesar salad and I sent it back. I am totally fine with the sprinkle parm cheese but what ever they put on it was very powdery and sweet and the Cesar dressing was enough to get sick on! Some of the most unfriendly Hooters waitresses of any state I've ever been to. It's almost like they loathe to talk to anybody even to take their order. They give the appearance of can't standing to be there, can't wait to get off. And even during a season of warmer climate bartenders will wear a long sleeve sweater to try to cover up.
