Over the past 10 years, this Chili's is one of my favorite local restaurants. Great food, great staff, and excellent service. However, during 50% of my visits, I receive forks, knives, and spoons that are not very clean or have heavy detergent stains from the washing machine. I usually have to clean my own silverware when I visit. Customers should not have to do that. Dirty silverware can potentially make people sick. As a safety concern, management needs to care about its customers better and ensure the staff serves cleaner silverware. read more

The problem was when we went to leave, we were in the parking lot getting into the car, our server came running after us to say we did not tip enough. Our server was easy going and nice. There were a few hiccups that were not our server's fault. She made sure we were taken care of. Hubby got the $10 special (drink, appetizer & entree). I don't look at the menu. I always order the bottomless salad with chips and soup. The salads are decent and fresh. The chips are made in the restaurant. I like them because they are thinner than most chips. Next time you are in a Chili's, look at the light fixtures. The first row is multi colored "glass" decorations. Our service today was subpar and our food was decent. The 2 for $25 was our selection for lunch. I asked if the Mango Habanero crispers were pretty spicy and with her response of "yeap, habanero" was pretty off putting. We decided on the guacamole and chips for the appetizer, my husband chose the sirloin 10 oz, I chose the Mango Habanero crispers and cheesecake as our dessert. The chips and guacamole came out fairly quickly. I enjoyed the chips, salsa and guacamole. The chicken crispers paired well with the corn on the cob and fries, yes it's a lot of food. My chicken came out cold, other than that the flavor was great, it has a nice kick to it. My husband's steak and mashed potatoes were great however; he had a piece of plastic in his mashed potatoes. I was surprised our waitress hadn't asked how our food was, nor bothered to refill our drinks, instead with her dry nonchalant attitude, asked if we were ready for the cheesecake. The cheesecake arrived, she placed the plate in front of my husband and walked off. She didn't care to take our plates, refill our waters or ask if we needed anything else. Good ole chili's!! As my family and I walked in we waited at the front door for 2 whole minutes before a hostess came and greeted us. It wasn't busy at all so I was truly surprised. Once we finally had someone come and greet us, we were asked where we prefer to sit. The waiter proceeded to walk us to our seat. The first table were pointed to was not fully wiped down. So I stated that and he walked us to another one (and for the whole visit that table was never wiped down). Once we took out seats another guys came over and greeted us. He asked for our drinks and right after he told him he asked if we were ready to order. My father made sure to tell him we needed some time to figure that out. So he walked away and then came back with out drinks. Minutes later we all ordered a meal. Before he left I made sure to ask why the "ziosk" (digital menu/Game Center) wasn't allowing me to place my rewards number in so I could receive more points. That's when the waiter explained that they are a little behind on things other chili's are doing. That was a bit disappointing because I love to collect my points towards free food. We waited about 15-20 mins and our food appeared. So that wasn't too bad. The presentation of the food was beautiful. I ordered a carribean salad and my family both ordered a quesadilla explosion salad. Both choices were great choices. I loved all the fruit that was provided in the carribean salad. The quesadilla explosion salad came with 4 slices of cheese quesadillas on the side of the salad. I thought that was neat but it didn't really appeal to me. My dad was starting to get a bit ansy because he is a big water drinker and the waiter hadn't been back to our table for a while and he needed water. So finally I waved him down and he made my dad some more water. Then my dad decided he wanted to try a dessert as well. He choose the wild berry cake with ice cream. It was delicious. The warmth of the cake and the coldness of the ice cream balanced each other out so beautifully!! I would remember it to someone looking for a great dessert. *I believe their ventilation in the bathroom either wasn't working or they don't have one...because the female bathroom smelled so awful. Even a lady that was walking in while o was washing my hands commented regarding it. Then one of my family members that went it smelled it and commented as well. So they may want to do something about that because my family member went in over 30 mins after me and she still smelled it. She was very nice though (bartender on 9/23/22 12p) and attentive during our meal. We ordered chips & salsa $5.89, Big bacon cheeseburger (super greasy) with fries $15.99 and the lunch cheeseburger with fries and the southwestern chicken soup (which was delicious!) $9 was a good deal. I honestly wish I could give this location zero stars to be honest. This location is absolutely terrible. No one seems to care about their job or the restaurant. After being seated at least 3 or 4 servers passed by us made eye contact and still ignored us for about 10-15 minutes. I had to be THAT embarrassing person and go ASK for service. Our waitress was okay she didn't seem too happy to be working there. The icing on the cake was my husbands RAW chicken. Not even slightly pink it was straight up raw and when we told them they took it back, but didn't seem to care enough to even apologize. Had I not noticed my husband would have been extremely sick after eating that. I would have spoken to a manager but there wasn't one in sight. Overall extremely disgusted by this place all together. For the most part I never have issues with Chili's. I am usually an avid fan of their crispers and Santa Fe salad. Me and the wife decided for the 2-4-25 deal. I ordered the sirloin (10 oz) and the habanero crispers. Overall the food wasn't horrible, wasn't the greatest but it was edible. The steak wasn't inconsistent throughout and was a little done done on the top so when you hit it it sounded like you were hitting hard plastic. Nonetheless that wasn't my issue the issue was the piece of plastic I took from my mouth as I ate my loaded mashed potato's. (At least it wasn't glass, right?) At first I thought it was a skin from a potato but realized it was plastic. The crispers as I've always know have always came out nice and hot. These did not, it's as if they took old chicken, dipped it in sauce and plated it. That is not acceptable. The service was mediocre at best, the waitress wasn't horrible to us but she can do better. She wasn't personable, didn't feel approachable. Didn't offer refills at any point and left the plates behind before she served the desert, and we had nicely stacked them up for her. I can't say we won't be back but Chilis can do better for sure. read more

I ordered through Door Dash on July 13, 2022. My order came in good time but that is the only good thing I can say about the experience. I ordered a triplet appetizer. I ordered exactly what was pictured online. It was supposed to be two mini burgers (like sliders). They were the thinnest things ever and were completely charred and inedible. They were supposed to have grilled onions on them and they each maybe had one strand of a grilled onion. The condiment was left off. One of them looked like it had a perfect bite out of it. It also included egg rolls which were pictured entirely differently than when they arrived. They were horrible tasting. And the third thing in my trio was barbecue boneless chicken wings. They were boneless and might have been good had they not been rolled in hot sauce instead of the bbq sauce I requested. Total disappointment and I threw away at least 3/4 of it. " bartender : the store phone isn't for that . ARE YOU FREAKING SERIOUS ???? here I am a woman , with my THREE YR OLD CHILD , tryna find a ride in the cold , and these people are REFUSING to help me in ANY way ! Is this what you teach your employees to do ?! So I asked to speak to the manager and " we've been tryna get her come out , she doesn't wanna come out " REALLY ?!?!?!! and when the manager comes out she tells me " I can't force my employees to let you use their phone , and the store phones not for that " this is the type of management y'all employ ? We ordered the triple dipper that included the crispy cheddar bites, southwestern egg rolls and two burger sliders. Also a burger and fries which was okay. The server sadly had no personality and disappeared a lot. To finish this not so great lunch, I move my plastic glass of ice tea to find lipstick on my half empty glass. We have visited here repeatedly for years. The food is always good and it's convenient. However, we've noticed over the past few years that the service has gotten progressively slower. Today was the worst. It took over two hours to get out the door. The waitress has far too many tables, the food took a long time and it took forever to get out the door. This has been an ongoing issue. We used to meet clients or other people for meetings here, but have all elected to not do so anymore because of the service time. I love that they added the little table-computer thing so you can re-order drinks, call your server if necessary (never is), play games, and even split & pay your check!
