Update: Received a call from the manager who was super nice and took all of my concerns and made the situation right. Will give them a 2nd chance. Would give 0 starts but not an opWhen we arrived we got seated pretty fast. There was only about 12 customers in the building. We got seated and then the problems began... We waited 10 minuets for a server to come take our drink order. When she got our drink order we ordered 2 appetizers. She checked on us about 10 mins later and we ordered a 6 piece Daytona wings since we were going to stay to watch the race/ hockey game. Well 35 mins after ordering our appetizers we finally received then. We ordered our food when the appetizers came. We waited another 15 minutes and still have not received our Daytona wings. We decided to get our food Togo since we have been there an hour and service had been horrible. We finally got our to go meals 35 mins after ordering them. We get home to realize that they did not give us our Daytona wings or the fries to my sons burger. No we did not go back or call to let then know because it wouldn't have made a difference. We weren't going to drive 20 mins back to the restaurant to get them, service was not up to par at all. Servers going out back for 10/15 mins at a time leaving their customers wondering when they will be back. There was at-least 3 cooks in the back. There is no reason why it should take 30 minuets to get appetizers! I worked in the restaurant industry for 3 years and NEVER once it took 30 minuets to get appetizers out! The manager never came by the table to see how everything was. I know when I worked in the restaurant industry the managers ALWAYS walked the floor to make sure customers were taken care of. I will NOT recommend this location to anyone. And I will not be returning to this location. read more

I'm only giving this one star because it makes me - I would give it a 0 if possible. Let me list the number of problems our table of 6 had today: 1. Our wings had hair in it. 2. Three of us got the wrong wing order. 3. My wings came out completely cold. 4. Our server (who was nice, but very confused) wrote down things incorrectly to begin with which is why we didn't even get the correct food/drinks. 5. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. 6. One of our girls was given incorrect change (less than what she supposed to get). 7. The wait time for both the food and bloodys were ridiculous considering there was barely anybody in there. This was the ABSOLUTE WORST experience I have had in a restaurant and the food wasn't great either. Please also educate your staff on what you have on the menu/basic beer selections and maybe tell them to stay off their phones and actually check on their tables. This food was good, service good too, but the Parmesan sauce looked strange and runny. Taste was fine though. However, after eating here, I experienced a bad stomachache. Came in just before close one night after work. I sat at the bar for quicker service, only to be disappointed. I placed my order right away(buffalo chicken sandwich)before the kitchen closed & waited patiently. I was a little annoyed that the bartender was flirting with a customer & I had to get her attention to order a drink. My order took forever even though it was only two of us waiting for food. When my order arrived, the sandwich was small & the piece of chicken was half the size of the bun. The contents of the sandwich were all sloppy as if they scrambled to make it without much effort. If that were the case, why did it take so long?? I was tired & hungry so I didn't complain because I took into account that I had walked in shortly before closing(hence two stars). I'll probably never comeback to this location because of this terrible experience(worst at a Hooters, ever!). I understand they were probably shutting down for the night mentally but if their business hours say close at 11pm not 1030pm, then I expect the same quality service as the beginning of the day. We drove jere from. Hi ago. ALL DAY and we were looking forward to the creature comfort of a Hooters. There are so many employees working right now sitting- drinking sodas with soooo many dirty tables. There was a guy standing at the front that ordered online and it was to be ready at 6:50. It was 8 pm- no order. MOD said he'd "get to it now" as he was "short staffed" however three waitresses and hostesses walking around they couldn't manage to clean off a table while we waited. Took 15 minutes for my husband to get his beer- it's a sat night- however only 8 tables had customers but there are only 2 clean tables. The waitress aren't even "off" but still in uniform because I see them going to new tables. But seriously like they're just doing nothing. The sweet girl that sat us- also cleaned our table- and then ended up being our server Kamm was her name. Food was good enough but not hot. Went to have some food and to watch the UFC fight. This was the worst restaurant experience I have had in a long time. I sat at the bar and the waitress was awesome. She was working harder than anyone and trying her best to keep her cool. She was lacking glasses to serve her customers and was hardly able to keep up filling all the ticket orders for the floor. I sat next to the drink window pickup and listened/watched the complete meltdown of the staff because of numerous reasons including patrons and the cook staff. Girls were crying, literally heard 3 girls say they are quitting and one said "i hate this place". The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Well where to begin.....easily some of the worst service of any eating establishment in Madison. Waitress was very nice and polite don't get me wrong, but when it came to attentiveness to our table and timeliness of our drinks, appetizers and food....the ball was dropped. We got to the Hooters at 6:00 Waitress got to table 5 min later, not bad, placed drinks and apps order......got our apps at 645, which was fried pickles, they were nowhere near hot and from sitting under the warming station they were waaaayyyy overcooked. I love eating out with my friends and never had any bad experiences but I have to say we all agreed this was the worst! The waitress jabbed a knife into my buddy leg "on accident" he is fine it didn't draw blood. The floor was slick and greasy like it had never been mopped. Fries were super bland, found a hair in my food. My same buddy couldn't eat his wings cause they were so hard and dry he decided to not even eat. And we didn't even get our appetizer till after our main meal. Manager said our meal would be docked for the hair. It definitely wasn't . Hostess was friendly only bright spot of the entire night. My boyfriend and I have had bad experiences at Hooters in California, Kentucky, Indiana...but we thought Tennessee is a different state, we would give it a shot. They advertised newly remodeled. The women's bathroom smells horrible like a public park bathroom. Indicator #1 that somethings not right. Our table was right next to a bucket catching a leak in the ceiling. Pitcher of beer #1 was gross and flat, had them take it back. Pitcher #2 was gross, flat, and warm. Boneless mild at hooters apparently is boneless tossed in greasy oil with no flavor. The guys in the kitchen have more interest in flirting with the waitresses than they do getting your order correct; my brothers food was wrong, and my moms was terrible, my dad never got his food. Our poor waitress was new, so I don't fault her at all, the manager was willing to comp our food and one pitcher of beer (I can only speak for for mine and my boyfriends check). The waitress said that they were short staffed, but the restaurant was not even half full. We had a fairly large party, but it should not have taken us two hours from start to finish! My friend and I stopped in for some wings and he made the mistake of taking one of the waitresses pictures with his cell phone. Boom! Here she came, you'd have thought we'd have tried to rob the place! She had my friend to delete her picture and then here comes the manager trying to make an even bigger deal of him making her picture. He had already apologized and deleted her picture but apparently that wasn't good enough. Who'd have guessed an employee at Hooters would become that enraged over having a customer take her picture? Why don't they have a sign posted? "No pictures allowed without 1st getting permission!" I do believe this was the worst Hooters I've ever been to. They forgot about us, and I finally got a waitress to come over. Who apparently gives great blow jobs. Me too lady... she also apparently was offered money to show her boobs? And she was once 300lbs? Also, she has a degree in the medical field but can't get a job? Then she complained about how slow the girl who was supposed to be my waitress was.. turns out she sucks too... Either way. We ordered drinks.. and they took forever to get there. I'm pretty sure there was zero alcohol in mine. We ordered extra shots and they stayed up by the armed guard for over 20minutes while our waitress was being offered her part time prostitution job. My son and I visited here during a weekend in Nashville. We were looking for a place to watch a bowl game. We didn't have much time to find a place to watch the game because we forget about central time and were already missing it. You usually know what to expect from a hooters. After checking in on yelp I found it this store only scored an average of a "1." I don't know that I've ever encountered such a lower score for 40+ reviews. My son ordered the lots of tots appetizer, that came out after about 10-15 minutes. It seemed to be exactly what it normally is. He ordered the bacon wrapped wings and I ordered the quesadilla appetizer as a meal. Everything was just ok. When we came in the sign on the door said "no draft beer." Surprised to see that at a sport bar and then they had a list of all the bottle beers they were out of as well. So I can understand why this store scored so low. Food was just ok too! Lots of talking and chit chat amongst the employees with each other. They weren't super busy so maybe they were over-staffed for the day? Maybe take out would have been a better option. read more

I miss the old hooters days. . When the girls had such fun listening to the music!.. as a former DJ I was able to log on to the touch tunes and get the restaraunt happy with the music I played.
